The Last 10 Movies I've Seen

Snatch (2001 - Talkie)
Not quite Lock Stock, but entertaining nonetheless. Jason Stratham is one of the funniest guys in movies.

Final Fantasy (2001 - Sci-Fi Compumation)
A fun, high-tech romp. Gorgeous animation but notta lotta more. Story was fairly inventive, but not good enough to make a real movie out of.

Rear Window (1954 - Suspense)
An intriguing look into voyeurism and the distortion of truth via assumption - quite possibly Hitchcock's best film.

Planet of the Apes (1968 - Post-Apocalyptic SciFi)
Heston embraces his role with relish and while I can't wait to see how a modern film would interpret these these, the '68 version seems far ahead of its time.

12 Angry Men (1997 - Just-Beyond Courtroom Drama)
Good movie. And though it was nearly identical (scene for scene), it didn't hold a candle to its amazing 1957 predecessor.

Cats and Dogs (2001 - Children's fare)
Funny. Predictible. Animated. Typical kiddy korn.

O Brother, Where Art Thou? (2000 - Homeric adventure)
Wonderful. Quirky. Hilarious. 'Nuff said.

Atlantis (2001 - animated)
Artistically innovative. Good use of computer animation camouflaged as genuine animation.
