/glances down to last post.... Gee, i've been neglectful. not that anyone really would notice or care, but hey, watcha gonna do? By complete accident, i finally saw "Phantom of the Paradise" last night. It wasn't nearly as bad as I expected. Seeing/hearing Jessica Harper sing makes me want to watch "Shock Treatment" again, or at least listen to the soundtrack. I think i found a new look for the page.

So we made it into 2001. Finally the real new millennium. funny, it seems pretty much like the old one. no hovercars, replicators, or floating cities. oh well. It seems like not long ago that the 90's were "the future" and 2000 might as well have been a lifetime away. and we're now in the 21st century. Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.....
I'm so ready for spring. for things to start coming alive again. Lots of things in my life are in the process of changing and starting anew, but for now i'm stuck in the period where i know the change is coming, but i've just got to wait for it to happen, I hate waiting. Tomorrow i get a new computer at work, replacing the one i've been using since i started here, back in May of 97. We're moving locations at work, so i get a new desk, in a new building. I'm getting a new job, with changing responsibliities, and in a year or two, we hope to buy a house. So for now it seems like i'm just biding my time....
It has come to my attention that i'm only a little over a year away from my 10 year high school reunion. Man, that's messed up. It doesnt seem possible that it's been that long, but then again, almost everything that has happened in my "Life" has been since HighSchool. It will be interesting to see whats become of everyone else.

Finally got around to doing SOMETHING to the website. Not a drastic overhaul, but it's more flexable and expandable. One of these days i need to really learn my way around a graphics program, but mostly text works for now. I still have some work to do on fleshing the site out some more, but there is almost as much as was previously up. Time for bed.

 So last night we went to Fright Fest at Six Flags. Too many people, but fun nontheless. Anyways, afterwards we stopped at the Denny's Diner at 44 and Bowles, and as we walked in the door, what do we see in the Claw Machine but Feathers, from Wallace and Grommit. After pausing briefly to wonder what the heck a stuffed Feathers doll was doing in a claw machine, i had to have it! Only two tries later, his penguin butt was MINE!

So we did it. We're married now! feels good, feels even better to have it behind us. So much free energy now that we're not worried about the wedding in every spare minute. Got lots of neat stuff. Had a great party, had a great vacation. heck, we should get married more often.

It's been a while, i've been busy. Fall is here, and the wedding is fast approaching. The new plan is to use that event, along with the deluge of photographs we're paying a fortune for, as drive to totally revamp this website. Heck, mabye after the wedding i'll actually have the TIME to revamp this site.
