herez an idea: pc anywhere is an example, so is remotely possible. Develop software that will allow anyone to do pc troubleshooting over the net. The recipient of the help just needs to install a file that would fit on a floppy. They only have to pay the fee for service if the problem is solved? A rating system can keep the good troubleshooters in business. Specialists can post their areas of expertise. Even high end users can benefit. For example, someone could be coding some C++ and get help from someone around the world. The whole session is logged, so honesty prevails. Maybe fee rate could be controlled. ------------------------------------------------
