Day 1 of the tournament went as smooth as one could ask for. My partner and I don't play until tonight, so might account for some of it, but all things considered, we're successfully under way. I even got to go home early. Wahoo! Mixed doubles tonight against the #1 team, so that should give us a fair understanding of where our gam is at these days. My men's doubles with Scott aren't until Sunday. The wolf is definitely looking forward to that!

Well today's the start of the Ryan Arden Tennis Festival. 60 doubles teams competing for glory, and not much else. A few consolation prizes, paperweight glass medals, and a banquet at the end. Stay tuned folks yours truly is playing men's and mixed doubles this year.

Okay, now i'm going to figure this out. Blogger overwrites everything in the file I'm blogging to. So does that mean I have to cut and paste, editing my graphics everytime I blog? I fanyone knows how i can solve this email me. wolfsbane@mailcity.com HELP!

Well, my 2 day weekend is over, and today starts the busiest 2 weeks of the year for me. Tonight is the last Ryan Arden Tennis Festival meeting before the tournament starts on Thurs. I expect it's going to be a long one. Tomorrow I've got two practice sessions to try and find some semblance of a game so my doubles partner and I won't get blown off the court. (yeah, good luck.) Thurs-thurs, everynight is at the tournament desk/on court/wine and cheese function/demo night/ skills night/friends graduation from uni(sunday)/ more tourney desk/banquet. Wish me luck people. Should be a site to see, this homebody, comp. surfing individual, out every night. I'll be a zombie by the time this is over. This wolf should be one tired little pup by the 17th. Can't believe how fast work flew by today, and Scotty wasn't even there! That was the amazing thing. Rose and Al(my bosses) are claming down now as the reno's on their house are almost complete. So things at courtside are slowly getting back to resembling normal. Our Ryan Arden tourney starts next week, so we're of course a little stressed, but all in all life is good right now.
