Happenings
So, how you're you doing?
I won't even bother trying to go over anything that's happened in the past few months. It's too much. I'll just start posting as usual again, and go from there.
Right now I'm sitting at school. Vo-Tech. I still hate this place. I'm here just to get the credits, and that's its. the sad thing is, all teh faculty here believe I'm here to educate myself for a profession. Nope. I'm not even sure I want to work with computers the rest of my life. We'll just see, won't we?
Tomorow I go to St. Gregory's University for a tour. I've narrowed down my college search to them and Oklahoma City University. I picked up my transcript today (never before now have I disappointed myself) and organized the tour.
Amy is leaving....right about now, to see her grandparents. She's been busy as a bee lately. Oh, and uh, she got recruited by Yale to play softball. You heard me, Yale. Wow.
That's it for now. Hopefully write some more tonight, I've got an English essay I need to work on, and some other things. Cheers.

I just don't have much time lately.
Life is looking......well.......decent. I can't say I'm jumping up and down for joy, and I'm not in the dumps, I'm just..here. It's my senior year, finally gonna be out of high school. Yay. I just got done filling out my application for the ACT, which is due to be postmarked tomorrow, and my SAT application, which isn't due for a few more days. I made a 26 last time I took the ACT, and haven't take the SAT yet. Wish me luck.
I've been working like hell. All the time. It's consuming me. I work at Eckerd now, quit Garden Ridge. I might have mentioned that before. I get paid less, but it's closer to home.
I also take jujitsu now, something I think I've also previously mentioned. It's going well, and yes, I'm just a measly white belt. Fear me.
It seems my friends have been going through...well......hell. Two of my best friends just lost their girlfriends, one through a horrible lie, and the other through some circumstances not yet known to me, although they sound pretty bad. One of them has had a killer after htem, but that's been resolved. I've also had a good friend die recently. My social life has been shot to hell due to work and school also.
Speaking of school, Vo-Tech kinda sucks. We learn at our own pace, but everyone there is a moron. I can't wait until actual college life.....geez. I'm experimenting with just about every Linux distrobution out there, I'm running Mandrake 7.1 right now on this computer. I no longer operate any Microsoft products of any kinda. (Much applause!) I feel so liberated! But, as a result of this, I get to do next to nothing. School, school, school, work work work.
My one release is a girl named Amy. Yup, she's still around. Just about the only times I get to go and enjoy the company of another human being are with her. And I couldn't think of anyone else better to do it with. We're both busy people, but we still make it together. I think it's called "love". I like it.
I really wish I could have more time to babble here, because I actually have quit a few things to write out. This website is a wonderful creative outlet for me. Or maybe it's not even creative, it's just an outlet. Regardless, I like it, and by Jove, I that's what matters. So I'm told.
I should be able to write more in the comping....days/weeks/months/etc. Hopefully. I know! I've said it before....I'll try this time, really. Enough for now, I've got some Linux bullshit to tackle. You can usually catch me on irc.slash.net #slashdot and #everything, and on ICQ#11526480. I don't have AIM as of right now, because my qt widget set is a little old and the new set doesn't want to compile on my computer. Damn. Oh well.
More updates to come, hopefully. Cheers.

I'm sitting at school, and yes, I realize it's been a million years since I've updated. Anyways.
I've started school again. Yup. My schedule got all fucked up so I'm sitting here at Vo-Tech, the college-wanna-be for retards, in Computer Repair. The course isn't that bad, but we're having to teach everyone DOS. Yeah....it's gonna be a while. More on that later.
Well, October 2 is the set date for the Napster v. RIAA (or RIAA v. Napster, whatever) trial. Or at least day 1. Shoul dbe interesting, since at base the entire future of file sharing over the net is the issue here. Shoul dbe interesting.
I'll try to update some more later.

Jason, you are one weird motherfucker.

Alright, fuck this. Blogger sucks my dick, it won't update.
Anyways, I've been waiting for an hour for a friend of mine to come over and work out with me. Thing is, he lives about half a mile away from me. And said he was on his way. But he always says that. He deosn't even have to take a shower or any other that other civilized shit, just throw on some pants and a maybe a shirt, and drive over here. Not too fucking hard, eh? Oh well.
I'm hungry too.

I quit Garden Ridge today. Praise be to Allah.
So, I'm unemployed. I feel good. Probably have another job tomorrow though.
Don't have much else to say.

Alright, I lied. Sue me.
I got suspended from my job at Garden Ridge Sunday, and went and got a job at Eckard's. I go back to work at Garden Ridge Wednesday, when I shall promptly quit. Yay!
Work is rediculous. I have to look forward to this the rest of my life. You kinda start to understand people becoming despondant and going nuts when you realize and accept this. Not that I would really lose it, I'm just saying.....
I just wanna get out of school and get on with life. Go to college, gain some actual knowledge, and live. The way I want to.

I live.
Shit, I haven't posted in almost a month. That's gotta be a sin.
I grew my hair back out. Looks back to normal now, I like it this way. Being bald has this strange kind of freedom to it, but I kinda like having an actual style, so no more bald Bryan. Much to the delight of some.
God, I have less than a week before school starts. Or, kinda. I start Vo-tech, a wanna-be college, more or less, Monday. Then I start back to school the next week. Dammit, back to the cesspool of stupidity that is a public school. I have to say, this has been the best summer of my life. I'll remember this one always, I've fucked up a lot, done some crazy shit, and had some of my greatest moments in the last three months. The summer before college is gonna be FUCKED UP.
Eh, started jujitsu as well. Ask Jason about his angst regarding my acceptance in the class. The guy only takes ten people in his class at a time. I really just got lucky is all it is. It's great jolly gee-wiz fun though.
I'm off to work, I'll babble more later.

I don't remember what I was gonna bitch about last night. It had something to do with work. I'm sorry, I'll stop the late night posting.

Fighting sucks. Fighting as in, conflict of interests, I'm not gonna talk to you, fuck off kinda stuff, not physical fighting. That's cool. People lose their cool too easy these days. No one is perfect, we all make mistakes, no one seems to understand that anymore. We can't all read each other's minds and find out what the other person is thinking or what may or may not offend them. Trying to please everyone is bullshit. People get angry with so many things, at themselves, etc, then just unleash all that anger on one person, when they don't deserve it AT ALL. Say you've had a bad day, you got a ticket, lost your job, your grandmother just died, you have pressure to get into a college, and you have 50 bucks in your bank account. You're having a bad day and you're entitled to being a little angry. I walk up, feeling skippy, and don't notice your mood because I'm not a fucking psychic. I ask casually about college, and you go apeshit on me, saying "You don't know how much pressure is on me! YOU try and have your parents bug you everyday about college and tell you to do your best! My grandmother just died, I don't have a job, I ahve fifty dollars, and just got a speeding ticket!! FUCK OFF, you inconsiderate ass!!" Well. I didn't deserve that at all. In fact, I was being nice, asking how you were doing in looking for a college, showing interest in you. If I wasn't such an understanding person, than I would have just said fuck you and left. Instead, you just get angrier at me. That's the kinda bullshit that happens these days.
Or, try this one out. You and I were in a car accident a year ago. We vowed never to screw up and do it again, because it was all our fault. Well, a make a little joke about going crazy and doing something that would put us in the same situation again. You make little remarks about the accident all the time, so I figure I can joke about it too. You take it WAAAY to seriously, think I was serious, get mad, and don't believe me when I say it was a joke. You think I would actually put you through all that crap again. Boy that makes me feel good that you think I'm that nice. It was just a simple joke that I thought we could take, but I was wrong, and you go off on me for something I could not have known. Is that fair? No.
Bah.

“It’s tough work getting it to work exactly correctly and it’s frustrating because one misspelled word and you can’t get it to work,” Katy said recently during the final week of classes at Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School on Chicago’s southwest side.
Haha, silly women. Can't propgram because they can't spell.

Fourth of July fireworks pretty much sucked.
I went to the display at Bricktown (a hokey little downtown district here in OKC. We're pathetic.) which was not only late but short and crummy with drunken people around Amy and I. I went to the show at UCO (A potential college of mine) last night, which was much better, but left something to be desired.
I'm not much of the patriotic type. We were set up by a bunch of white lawyers who wanted to evade taxes, and we're pretty much the same today, stingy, racist, stuck-up motherfuckers who want nothing but money. A government that sends it's youngest men to go get shot for little brown people that couldn't care less about us. A government that does nothing but lie lie lie LIE to us everyday and fight it's own little political wars that none of the people give a fuck about. Senators and congressmen who are bribed by lobbyist and break every promise they've ever made and then some. A hick President who sits around getting head from a confused fat bitch while the aformentioned young men are out dying. Land of vigilante soccer (or other sport) moms who push their children to become perfect, treating them like a pet, not a person. Ah, let's not forget the fat abusive husbands who come home, get drunk, beat their children and wives, and leave them to do it again to another family. Isn't it all just beautiful?
Yeah.

I'm not dead. See?
Just got back from a lovely day with my girl, we went to Lake Arcadia for most of the day. The lake is really small and not so clear, but it'll do in a pinch. We ate at Schlotzsky's afterwards, mm mm! then watched Air Force One at her house.
I've actually done quite a bit lately, just haven't had time to post it. I've been doing things like shaving my head. Yup. You heard me. I shaved Eric's Wednesday, then I shaved mine Firday morning. Just for the heck of it really. Feels damned good. Just ask Amy :)
I'm going to watch fireworks tomorrow night. And the night after. Then I'm going to a little town about 200 miles east of here on Lake Eufala with my girlfriend next weekend. In between? Work work work.
Bah.

Fiddled with the colors a bit. Looks awright. It's slightly cloudy here today, and no one's home, and I have to work today, so I'm a tad bored.
Bored and lazy, that is. I'll get around to changing the color scheme on the other pages soon enough.
