It's CitizenC!

Name: Cary 'CitizenC' Schwartzman.  However, he has been known to answer to 'C', 'Joseph', 'x!', and 'hey moron, get off the road!'.
Age: 18
Birthdate: February 16th, 1982. (He's an Aquarius.)
Hobbies: Rollerblading, throwing snowballs at cars in the winter, going to dance clubs + picking up drunk chicks who don't know any better.

Ok, so who is he?  Where did he come from? And why did PlanetQ3F make such an obviously bad choice for a site director?  Once upon a time, in Winnipeg, MB, there was a boy.  This boy lived in a teeny tiny box in the back lane, surviving by eating food scraps and keeping himself warm with only a toaster.  CitizenC threw out that toaster.

CitizenC would take the bus to school every morning, by trudging through 3 feet of snow, fending off wild dogs with his backpack, wilst making his way to the bus stop.  They didn't stand a chance.

PlanetQ3F pretty much had no choice in having CitizenC as the site director. After all, it was him who first started the site way back in February of 2000. Back then, the site's url was http://planet.q3f.net. It was he who had paid for the domain. And it was he who 'hired' the initial staff, set up the cgi backend.. well, the site wouldn't exist if CitizenC didn't do anything.
