Smart Tags

Microsoft is considering a feature in Windows XP called Smart Tags. When you look at a web site using a browser that has the Smart Tags feature, you get links that have been added by the browser, links that the web designer didn't add.

Those of us who design web sites tend not to be real happy with the idea.

This article explains it pretty well, I think.
