Right then. It's been a while since I've posted last. Again; sorry about that. :< I've finally found a scanner, and my notes / tests / etc. will be available on-line on Tuesday, the 24th of April. Wish me luck on my exams!

K. Well. It's been a really long itme since I've written in here... I guess it's February now; but I'd hardly know I've been so busy. I'm now driving a cab at night and going to school by day. :> Ah, the trials and tribulations of a poor university student: work, lose sleep, but eat... or starve and study. What to do... What to do. Working three nights and all weekend leaves me little time for ANYTHING, (especially friends and that) so I've been REALLY neglecting some of my good friends -- not to mention my parents, heck, I haven't even called them in like... two weeks. On that note; I think I'm headed to Ottawa next week, so maybe I'll just drop in and surprise them! :) hahahaha... poor mom - I give her such a hard time! I'm still working on the Morell paper (was due back in December... but it's REALLY slow going, and he's expecting perfection - it's hard to deliver). I've fallen behind this week in my homework / reading, but I'll be caught up this weekend.

Unrelated story: the CSD has neglected to fix the scanner i used to use. There are now ZERO scanners on campus with page feeders. What the heck is this university DOING anyway? Page feeders cost a couple hundered dollars and save HOURS of user time... holy productivity suggestion. Oh well. Cogs in the machine. K. I'm late for class.

Well... it's Saturday, and what a brutal day it is. I've got assignments everywhere, lots and lots of work all over the place. :< Oh well... further to that, Mike got dismissed from the SU Exec; that was bad news. I really hope he doesn't take it personally - I wasn't at liberty to involve my personal opinions in our decision...
What's more; AIESEC just had our review board - so I took the task of telling those who did not pass; their results. Bad news - especially with some extrodinarily talented candidates.

I am extrodinarily worried about exams. In fact, I think I'm going to study now.

The scanner has (still) not been fixed. DAMNITALLTOHELL.

Goodness, it seems like it's been a LONG LONG time since I've written here... the stupid scanner at school is STILL busted. Idiots running the imaging services aren't NEARLY on the ball for this one... damnit. oh well.
I'm trying to get caught up on Stats -- but it's a labour of not-love. I'm getting increasingly worried about exams and that... :< ugly. ugly. not looking forward to December at all.
I went to the CS / Eng Formal last night... I wasn't planning on going -- heck, i didn't even know it was on -- then a friend of mine from class called and invited me (to my formal! hahahaha...). I was interested in going -- and hoped to see my dean (whom I've had a little trouble with recently), but it BLEW so we went to the Aitken formal instead... same old, same old there...
Krista hardly wrote/called all week -- i think it's because she wasn't getting any mail from me, and was getting all pissy... not that I blame her -- I'm totally pissed myself!!! :> She wrote me a HUGE email, so I'm happy again! I just got an amazing poem from my friend Saleema. Take a read:
Before she'd given me a sign,
She softly pressed her lips to mine;
And ere ten seconds there she spent,
She said goodbye and off she went.
And I, reduced to mute delight,
Was left to wonder all the night
If in that kiss her wonder died
Or if, in kissing me, she tried
To satisfy all her desire
While neatly setting mine on fire?
I should have called her back inside,
And in a whisper, I'd confide:
"It stopped my heart and numbed my brain,
And being kissed, I'd kiss again."

I think it's excellent... so with that, i wish you all goodnight. (The Simpsons are on -- I have to split!) I'll Write again soon...

Wow... and I AM a lucky boy -- Krista called today... :> YEAH!
However... on the down side - I got my trade midterm back, scoring a blazing 12 / 20. :< bummer and a half. Oh well. This week I've got an assignment, two essays and a stats quiz. --that's a fair ammount of work--
I'm looking for help in Stats, and getting everything straightened out with the various NGO, PI groups I'm involved in. I sure hope this week isn't too crazy - exams are 19 days away... ugh.

Wow... big news today! A couple of my friends have decided to TIE THE KNOT!!! Woah... my roommate, and mutual friend with the now engaged pair rolled into my room this morning to announce it...

Holy cow though... seriously. I can't get over it. This is my first first-hand experience with mairrage. My mother will freak out when she finds out -- then give me the "don't get married - yet" speech... :> hahahahaha... silly mom. Mairrage? Not a chance. (not right now - anyway)

It's Exam-Study time now... we're on the 12th... so that means there are only 20 days 'till exams!!!! (HOLY COW!) Better hit the books.

test test test... this is a really neat program....
