Wow. How long has it been since I blogged? That's right...three months and ten days. There is no excuse for my laziness...it's just, well, there. Well, since July 14th, lots of things have happened:
a. School started. (I never realized until this year how much I hate Athens Academy. A kind of dislike had always existed, but it has now transcended to full-on hatred. Let's just say that I only have a social life on the weekends and from 6:30 p.m.-7:30 a.m.)
b. I got a part in the one act play, which I have completely foreshaken cheerleading for (for the time being). I'm Diana in Ring Round the Moon.
c. I got my driver's lisence. I am loving the freedom of being able to go where I want, when I want (as long as I have gas, which I never seem to have).
and
d. I've gained three pounds. Argh. In the chaos of school, I have skipped multiple exercizing opprotunities and reverted back to my old ways of eating. Fortunately, my new weight isn't all that bad, but still....
Homecoming has come and gone (last weekend). I went with Nick and I had a lot of fun. I'm lucky that a sweet guy asked me, not some asshole. The play opens next week and run Thursday, Friday and we compete in reigonals that Saturday. Because of my innate stage fright, I'm now terrified and opening nights a week away.
Well, I better go and escape before I have to go to tutorial. (I'm at school right now, skipping European History). Ta-ta.

Wow...it's been a while, hasn't it? I wish I could say that it was my busy, busy life that kept me away from this blog. In reality,it was my inate laziness. Not much has been going on these past few weeks. Started competition cheerleading on the 1st. Been having to get up at 7:30 a.m. to do so. Oh well. At least I get to watch Saved by the Bell: the College Years before I go. I realize how much of a loser I am. I've accepted it. About a week and a half left before school starts. Argh. Three weeks from Friday, I'll have my driver's license. Very exciting. Kinda scared about the test though.
Getting really into The Young and the Restless. Gonna miss it, but I'm just about ready to go back to school. I'm so tired of being bored. Going shopping these next two weekends. This weekend with Lauren, the next with Julie. All my old clothes hang off me now, and I cut the waist off of my only pair of jeans. Need some new boots. Pissed off about the new "no tank-top" dress code at our school. But seeing as my mother (the dictator of whether or now I look like a slut...and I never do...) has no knowledge of this rule thus far, I see no point in telling her.
Had pancakes for breakfast this morning. My mummy makes the most kick-ass pancakes. However, eat them with a glass of milk...and you'll be full for the next three days. This, however, is not the case with me. I want bread. So...I'm gonna have some.

Watching Road Rules: Maxium Velocity Tour. Am so sadly into that show. Getting really pissed off at the MTV.com group that the Road Rules group is competing against. Damn, those girl were bitches. Like little twelve year olds bitches. Oh well. Random thought.
Not much going on today, just like yesterday and the day before. Simply enjoying the laziness of summer. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Completely pissed, and feeling very lazy and pained. Got invited to a party tonight, but am currently dibilitated by extreme headache and mini-fever. On the other hand, somewhat relieved because am not tan and skipped exercise yesterday. Just finished that about an hour ago, then shaved my legs. I have that great after-shave feeling, when the moisturizure is still sinking in. Orgasmic. I think I'll just rent some movies and stay in tonight, for partying is not fun when brain is cramped and blood vessels pulsing. Goddammit! Was so looking foward to being in an area filled with nice looking half-clothed boys. Of course, my vision of this party is to be surrounded by them on a pool float, being fed grapes while shoulders are rubbed. Argh.
Must say, exercising with a headache is not fun. Skipped yesterday, however, and could not today. Recieved letter from Lauren (who is in Mississippi until the end of the month) and planning on writing one back. Got e-mail from Danaea and plan to see her soon. Answered call from Mom and reminded her to bring me back something nice from her vacation. Also made sure she lives up to the promise she made me yesterday: if I don't get a chance to go on vacation this summer, this weekend before school starts, she'll take me into Atlanta and we'll shop all day and stay at a nice hotel that night. Excellent.
Groan. Just remembered that cheerleading practice starts incredibly soon. August first to be precise. Starting then, must awake at 8 o'clock every morning for practice. Double groan. Watching "Making the Video". Groan once more. Desperately wishing for great, designer couture clothes.
And maybe a body like Britney Spears' would help too.
Katie.PS- Afterthought: Who else kinda has a guilty inkling to see Coyote Ugly?

Sorry for lack of blogs. Computer's internet service has been shitty since the last entry, and just got back to working last night. However, not much report, I've had a pretty lazy week. Sunday, Madeline came over. Went downtown the next day for Mellow Mushroom. Got an excellent vintage beaded clutch at Uncle Albert's, and splurged babysitting money on numerous fashion magazines. It's an addiction. Later that day, Julie came over. Made daquiris and complained about singledom. Whoever writes those top twenty lists on "why it's fab to be single" is full of shit.
Great body image day, though totally skipped exercise routine (which has built itself up to be almost an hour long). Got a mini-tan, laying out the other day. Had Mellow Mushroom for dinner (what can I say...I have my vices) and watched Sex and the City with my cousin. The parents are out of town, and feel a wonderous sense of freedom. Tomorrow, have the house to myself for majority of the day (it's naked time!!!...just kidding....really!). Am very excited about solitude...how sad. Going to exercise, shave my legs, plan on how to redecorate my room and cure cancer.
All in a day's work.

Happy Belated Independence Day, everyone!Wednesday.
Okay, I have just seen possibly the most distrubing thing in my life. Please go to the website http://www.expage.com/page/ilovereed....the creepy thing? Reed is my 12 year old brother! Someone has made a fan page for my 12 year old brother! Now, if that is't the saddest (and creepiest) thing I have ever seen, I don't know what is. Wow, I'm speechless.
Why don't I have a fan page?

My family just got back from my brother's baseball game, therefore taking away the empty house that I love oh so much. My brother now has a friend over, but it's okay, because it's one of the quiet, nice ones. I'm incredibly bored, so, okay...there's not really much to say.
Au revior.
