Usually this kind of post would go in the Journal section. But I am exhausted right now, and this version is much easier. Just got back from Portland. Went to visit my friend John and to go to Morgan's birthday party. I took the train, which was very de-stressing. Started reading another biography about James Dean, and got halfway through. His favourite book was the same as mine, The Little Prince, and that gave me chills.
The party was incredible, people dressed up as "Cowgoths", wearing Orange and getting absolutely smashed out of their minds. It was a very ecclectic night. For instance, the playlist included such gems back to back as Sir Mix-a-Lot, AC/DC, and Voltaire. 'you get SPRUNG'. Jay and Jeff drove up and we all danced around and drank ourselves silly. Everyone went nuts for the cake Jay made, it made them literally moan. I met some very interesting people, let me tell you. The people in Portland are very nice and polite, it's almost a shock how little attitude they have. I'd trade them for Seattle pompous ass scenesters any day. I really enjoyed myself, and I observed more than I usually do at parties. My usual party activities tend to be more involved (and/or obnoxious), but this time I was completely content watching everything. Morgan was ever the doll opening her presents, and the evening concluded with some toe suckin' for the birthday girl. Hung out with John some more afterwards. Wow. That boy is just absolutely adorable. SQOOK!
So now I am home, and my cat missed me terribly. I can tell because she is making as much noise as possible and hissing at her tail. Hahaha, I love the little devil. I think I will take a nap now and drinks lots of water. My stomach has been through some hell this weekend. "Blah" said Toad. I had such horrible stomach pains during the drive home, and now I am thinking of seriously disciplining myself to eat better, and just take better care of myself in general. Alright, off to dream land.

"Have you every had the feeling that it's not in your hands? Do you ever just know that you've got something to do and you have no control over it?"

Neil Hannon is my hero.

I see unspeakable vulgarity
Institutionalised mediocrity
Infinite tragedy
Rise up little souls—join the doomed army
Fight the good fight—wage the unwinnable war:
Elegance against ignorance!
Difference against indifference!
Wit against shit!

Added some new stuff to the rest of the page. New page entitled: The Things I love, and the things I loathe. You can find it at the bottom of the Profile page. Added a new entry to the journal. Over the last few days, I've also added a few things to crackfoolery. I think that's about it. Yippee.

Sometimes I just spout off random memories to online friends who probably get more and more freaked out by me daily;) Case in point:

FrogFaerie: ahhhh. yeah, I was alone a lot too. I liked playing
with mud better than other kids
J: Mmmm....mud.
FrogFaerie: hehehehe. I can pinpoint when I first tasted
disappointment in humanity. I was 5, and my next door neighbour borrowed my
favourite doll. she brought it back all fucked up and written on. I was so
mad. I vowed never to let anyone borrow anything of mine ever again. So then
my brother wanted to borrow my tinkerbell nail polish (don't ask, he doesn't
remember why), I said no, and he broke my etch-a-sketch. Wow, that was odd that I just
spouted that off to you.

hahahaa. For more like this, check out my archives. I have some interesting childhood stories written down. Read about how I was trapped in a hole in the ground when I was 6! It WASN'T like Alice in Wonderland....

Hello oblivion. Got that post done right on the nose. Maybe this year won't be so bad. Goodnight everyone. ::fireworks outside my window::

New Year's Eve, oh boy. How sad am I? At home, alone. Well, there was really nothing to do, and no one to do anything with. Rather the opposite of how my life has previously been like. What's worse is, I just woke up from a 13 hour nap. I had fully intended on sleeping through the turning of the New Year, but some loud noises outside woke me up (I live downtown). So, I guess I have to stay awake through all this business. My only hope is, that this time next year things will be different. I'm not even going to get drunk tonight. I'm just going to sit here, knowing that another year has passed by. Here's to the last few minutes of the year 2000.

Just got done watching 2001: A Space Odyssey. What a fucking weird ass movie.
