Ugh ... well, not to make excuses, but RL really isn't being nice to me, so the redesign for the new blog still hasn't been finished. Maybe during May ... if I get some essays and papers out of the way first.
No promises, however. Unless someone can promise to get RL off my back, that is. ;P ;)

Still lagging behind with my poor blog, but now I've got a decent reason for it. ;) I am actually migrating the blog to a new system since I've decided to take the plunge and start using CGI/Perl and such things on the site.
So, while I am setting up the new templates there wont be any new updates, but following that they should likely get back up to speed, yay. :)

Dear me, look who's been a bad girl again ... Poor, poor neglected blog. Then again, now that the Blogger people have their new server, blogging should be quicker again, so maybe I'll finally manage to get all those links edited in as I've been meaning to for so long.
And maybe I'll have time to read some more too, although trying to finish up an essay on Mycenaean horse burials is currently foremost in my mind, as well as getting some work done on Blood of Dragons so that we can get the MUSH up sometime.
I have, however, finished my re-read of Good Omens, the collaboration between Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett, and it was just as funny as the first time. I normally don't like funny books, although I can enjoy funny and clever short-stories, and when I tried some of Pratchett's own work I wasn't too thrilled. But, as I said, Good Omens is great, and I really recommend it to anyone with a taste for blasphemy and who'd laugh at the concept of the Four Horsepersons (one's a woman) of the Apocalypse turned into the Four Bikers of the Apocalypse.

A recent (4.x or above for Netscape, 3.x or above for IE) browser is necessary for this site to render properly, and lots of colour and javascript enabled might be useful as well. The design might break on resolutions below 800x600, but hopefully it shouldn't.
