this was a quite impressive site, with some "3D" scans of objects, although the navigation was a bit confusing
here's a 101 on using your scanner ... i always scan at 600dpi or greater though, and reduce the image from that ... you get better quality that way, as long as your machine can cope with it
i found an interesting excerpt on creating seamless background images from scanned objects ... not sure i'd buy the book tho
ooh ... a panoramic view of where i come from ... i got this page from an "i feel lucky" search @ google, so i had to post it ... it's a very scary place tho ;)
