This is it guys. I have decided to shut down the clan for good. I have just got word from ammon and wtf that they are also leaving our clan which now leaves us with 7 people. With ammon's departure, it means we have lost our clan server. We seem to have nothing left. I really cannot continue to run a clan and it is time for the clan to end. I will be getting rid of everything to do with MI6.5 soon unless I get a lot more support and unless all of you guys want to carry on. But that seems unlikely so I want to thank everyone for all they have done and I just want to say goodbye.

After thinking long and hard about what would be best for me and the clan, I have decided that I should give up the managment of this clan. I have a couple of reasons for this. First of all, when Stallone departed from our clan, it made me realise how unhappy people were with our clan. Some people did not like the way I was managing it. My second reason for giving up is that I am only 14 years old. I am suppose to be having fun with friends and concentrating on school work instead of running a succesful clan. I have already used up a year of my time working on this clan and it seems to have got us no where. We have not had many matches and we are just not organized well. But don't worry as I plan to replace myself with a new leader. If you mare interested in taking my place, please contact me. I will be continuing to run the clan until I find a replacement or if eventually, no one wishes to replace me, I will end the clan for good. It has been lots of fun playing with all of you, but I feel that it is time for me to leave.

Ok. I was talking crap before. I wouldn't give up this clan unless i really had to. And i don't have to. Our clan is just starting to come together. Soon, we will be HUGE.

Our clan is in crisis right now. Our server has been messed up thanks to me being stupid on it. I have now kicked out a large portion of the clan but other members that i kept in have decided to leave right now just when i needed them most. I am seriously considering shutting down our clan. It is just far too much pressure on me and i have many other commitments that make running a clan almost impossible. I wonder if i am being selfish or doing whats right. Give me a week or two to make my final decision but i wouldn't get your hopes up. I would expect bad news.

I have made some big changes in the clan. I have kicked about half of our members out because i fealt that they did not show enough enthusiasm. I have sent an e-mail to all clan members regarding their place in the clan but if you did not recieve an e-mail, just contact me as soon as you can. Well, we got a practice tonight at 8:00pm and i have sent you all the e-mail about it. But there is some bad news. The clan we were set to play has pulled out at the last minute so that will not be going ahead and we now do not have any league matches planned. But, I also have some very good news. The AoW clan and I have decided on regular friendlies between our clans to be played on a weekly basis. They will tell me what day and time tomorrow and when everything is finalized, we will start playing the matches. We will be playing these matches on their clan server. I also was thinking about introducing a new system in the way our clan is run. It is similar in style to EZero'sway of running. I was considering giving each clan member a job to do in the running of our clan. These jobs would include things such as match finers, tactics writers, recruitment etc. And finally, Jpoc, I ain't blowing you off. Just show more interest in the clan and i will pick you for things.

Our own personal clan server is up and running thanks to ammon. The ip address for the server is 216.37.235.24:27016 and it is open to the public but we will make it private when we have matches etc. The server name is "[MI6.5] Clan Server". I was on there and i was getting about a 200 ping on my 56k connection and it is great for our european players as it is based in Germany. If you are in the US, you can still get a decent ping of about 400 on a 56k connection. This server kicks butt and i hope to see everyone there soon. I will be on most nights at about 7pm GMT. Well, nothing much has been happening in the world of the mi6.5 clan recently. I have started on a new website and i hope to get it finished soon. We will be having a match against the clan EZero which is run by a previous MI6.5 member who shall remain namelass *cough* mouton fruit *cough*. I have a server for 19:00 GMT on the 12th of May. I will be selecting the team sometime today so keep checking your e-mail. I need people to tell me if they are available for this date so that i have a good idea of who can come and who can't. I also have a hour practice right before the match so if you can't come to that, then i can't choose you for the team.

I am so sorry that i missed the clan match last night and i am sorry to the people who turned up but I was doing the most opposite thing to tfc you could think of. Yes. I had gone to church. Lol. Sorry. Apparently, because *SiN* outnumbered us 8 to 4, 2 of their players came over to our team (but did bugger all). I was told that we still lost but i bet that if we had a full team, we could have whipped their asses. I have been told that we have an official match with them in aboutn 2 weeks time and I promise that i will turn up for that. Sorry again. Well, we have 2 matches planned for this week. I have sent details of one of them to the people who are playing. Same tactics as last time. I have also sent everyone details of out practice next saturday but if you didn't get them, please e-mail me and i will send them to you.
If you feel like i am leaving some of you lot out, that is because i am not seeing enough of you on tfc so i can't judge how well you play. This also means that i can't pick you for matches so i recommend that everyone downloads a program called Kali from www.kali.net and then look for me when i am playing tfc so you can show off your stuff. Then i might pick you for a match.
Please go to the forum and start some new discussions as it is awfully quiet in there and i would like to hear from a lot of you.

You may feel that I have been rejecting this clan recently and to tell you the truth, I have been. This is because I was in the process of setting up a clan for the game "black and white". And then, I got the game. And then I realised that it wasn't that good and i would prefer to play tfc. So, I am back and I am going to put 5 000 000% into this clan and not some black and white one. Well, we won the match against *SiN*, but the maps were screwed and half the players didn't show up so we are going to have a rematch soon. I have booked a 4, yes 4 hour clan match on the barrysworld servers from 12-16 GMT on the 21st of April. This will be to practice tactics but people will be free to come and go as they please. I will send you details of that when I get them.

Sorry about the lack of news recently but there hasn't been anything to say. I have been revising our tactics for this sundays clan match but that is about it. Just a few words about my future plans. I am going to be starting a clan for the game black and white when i get good enough at it. It will be a very small clan but I already have one person interested. I was also thinking about making a mod for half-life but i would need a lot of help because the only thing i am good at is mapping and 2d-art. I can do basic moddeling and some coding but not enough to make a mod so if you are interested in that, then contact me about it. Thats about all.

Just to clear up the confusion, the last match we played was against SLF. So don't think you have missed out. $tudent has chosen a team for next sunday's match against *SiN* and i am confirming tactics with him now. We will almost certainly beat this team with the tactics we have established. I tried to post some news yesterday but the news server was down so i couldn't. We will win the next match. No sweat. Guess what? We lost our clan match. In fact, we lost it so badly that we lost very bad indeed. I think the score on 2fort was 150 - 0 to them. Not a good score. But we did manage to get a whole 10 , yes 10 points on well. The thing is that they got about 100. Oh well. We will beat fatal and sin in our next 2 clan matches. Please don't e-mail me from now till next saturday as i will be away in shitty france with shitty people, shitty food and shitty language. Guess what. It's shitty. Bloody french bastards. This news is incredibly important for all people playing in the clan match today. In the e-mail, I said that the practice was at 4pm GMT and the match was at 5pm GMT. THIS IS WRONG. The practice IS at 4pm GMT but the MATCH is at 6pm GMT. PLEASE REMEMBER THIS. On a completely differant note, I would just like to say to Mouton_fruit that I CAN NOT TAKE YOUR BLOGGER PRIVALAGES AWAY. ONLY COLORFINGER CAN. I hope that has cleared things up.

Because the new patch for h-l came out yesterday, we may have a problem with the match this Saturday. If you are going to be playing, then you have to get the latest h-l patch otherwise you won't be able to play. This couldn't have come at a worst time for us. The patch is 11meg and you can get it by heading over to Fileplanet. I would also like to say a big up yours to 2 of my best friends (Simon aka Mouton_fruit and Joe aka The hairydrop) who were originally in this clan but have now branched off to start there own crappy clan called elemant zero (crap name i know). Since this clan was their idea to start with, it has made me consider the future of this clan but i will tell you my plans later on this month.

Ok. The server wasn't working. Don't ask me why but it wasn't. We really need someone with a very fast connection to be doing this instead of me and my 56k modem. What we also need is the Half-life server program instead of the one built into h-l but I am not going to download that because it is 92mb.

I am having problems with my e-mail. Whenever I send an e-mail to someone on a hotmail address, I get it sent back to me. I need CodKiller and Backslash to e-mail quickly about the clan match and to say if they have received my previous e-mails. And can you stop recruiting. I am having to turn down loads of people who want to join but can't because I have stopped recruiting. I will be doing a dedicated server on Saturday 9th of March at 8pm GMT so I will post the IP up at about 8pm that day. I just hope it works this time.

I tried the clan server but I only had 2 people come on and they couldn't get on properly anyway. I am not sure what happened but is probably because of my slow connection or the fact that I am on a network. So, if you tried the ip and nothing came up, then that is because I finished it early due to lack of people.

It will be called "MI6.5 Clan Server" but I can't get you the ip so just refresh your server list at about 6:05pm GMT and look for it in the list.

First up, yes I am alive. To give you all an e/nish overview of my situation, here's the deal - I came to America in November of 2000 to attend University over here and take a year out of my English course. As a result of my move, I was sans-Halflife for a considerable period of time (about 2 months) while waiting for my stuff to get shipped from England. Then horror of horrors, my hard drive was corrupted and pronnounced D.o.A. so I had to go buy a new copy of Halflife (those wily marketing freaks subverted my harddrive on it's way over I am more than certain). Now, once I'd bought my new copy of Halflife I excitedly plugged in my (English) modem and, perhaps unsurprisingly, it failed to work on the American lines. My (at that time, now ex) girlfriend had a spare modem which I installed. But that didn't work either.
Then we had to move house.
So at the moment, a week after the move, my PC is set up in the basement of this place complete with Halflife and ready to rock - except with no internet connection yet. Of course all this is rather precluding my internet based activities; such as website maintainence, new website design, posting on Blogger, reading email etc. The chances I do get to get online are invariably stolen from other people's computers. However, I am investigating Tif's (that's my ex) modem further and trying to get it working with a wireless system. If I can, then WAHEY and I'll be back and all that happy horse shit. If not I'll have to look into something else or just wait until July when I come back to England.
As far as goes website design, those clowns who've turned SCREAM down purely based on the website design can go stick their heads back up their asses where they belong. Any clan which judges you on that criterium alone isn't worth the time it takes to write an email challenging them. However, I am going to have a look at designing a new website - I have an idea in mind, but I'm going to need to get all my photo-imaging stuff back up and running first.
