Quotes from Vampire Princess Miyu:

"Your eyes are clouded until you cannot see, even though the truth is always within you."--Miyu

"Miyu you said that the ocean from moment to moment is beautiful right? People are the same.
It is because there is death that life is so wonderful. " --Miyu's Mother

I like this guy's thinking.

Prince sings like a woman... he looks like one too. So does Michael Jackson...

I donno… Beth and I were talking about the terrorist attack today and I know she thinks I’m crazy. I’m not really sure but I just feel pretty numb to it all. Don’t get me wrong, my sympathy and condolences go towards the families of those who lost loved ones in this attack, it’s horrible that so many people died like that. But at the same time I can’t help but think about how stuff like this happens all the time in other parts of the world, and the people here cannot fathom it happening to them, it feels so unreal to everyone. Most people I ask about their feelings told me “I still can’t believed it happened”. It’s so funny how we forget that there are other parts of the world where a person wonders if they’re going to die the moment the step foot outside their house, where a person is shot in the street every day just because of their religion, race, whatever. And geez, almost the entire continent of Europe was annexed by the Nazi’s and millions of Jews were tortured and killed. For years America has not been touched by any terrorists other than a couple bombings and domestic crimes by stupid teenagers. Then this attack occurs and all they can say is “I can’t believe it happened”

"just like you were robbed in a familiar street, just as a home can be invaded and broken into, so can our country."

This attack simply proves that we aren't invincible and that life can come to a sudden end. It's just sad that after hearing story after story about murder, rape, disease, whatever on the news it takes something this catasrophic to actually make people realize that....

It also shows how lucky we've been all these years.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Kudos to MTV for being the worst station on television!

I've been playing The Illusion of Gaia the past two weeks AND I CANNOT GET PAST THE FIRST BOSS!!! Isn't that terrible? The thing is so dang hard! And Jonathan goes on to tell me:

"Well if you think he's hard just wait until you make it to the Great Wall!"... thanks.

Then Chris tells me:

"Oh I've beaten that game fifty times!" ... thanks again!

*sigh* It sucks tho cuz I used to be a die-hard gamer until Playstations and Saturns came out, then my parents refused to buy another system and I got screwed! So my only gateway to the gamer/anime world was Game Fan magazine (their anime fan section used to kick major booty with awesome graphics, but now it sucks!!!). But I'd drool over the Neo Geo's, N64 (I have one but I hate it!), Playstations, etc. Jon's friend Matt was suprised I even knew about King of Fighters! For a while I used to go to Funstation and play Gauntlet until I was broke... then I realized that I don't like being broke... *sigh* But since I can't afford a PS2 or anything nifty like that I simply went out and purchased an SNES and a couple good RPG games... Now if I can get my grubby hands on CHRONO TRIGGER!! Yeah!!

I really don't like my Color Theory class... it's B-O-R-I-N-G! I sit infront of these two guys... I swear they must have NEVER went to school in their lives because they didn't even know what primary colors to mix to make purple!! GEEES! But the entire three hours today was dedicated to a lame project which consisted of designing our own color wheel and creating some sort of gray scale/color scale thing... bascially it makes me think of paint swatches.

Oh yeah! I went to the coin laundromat for the first time in my life! Weeee! I think the guys there thought I was the dumbest white girl they'd seen. I couldn't even operate a coin washing machine! Arrrggghhh!

I have GOT to be the slowest person on the planet. I LOCKED MYSELF OUT OF MY OWN HOUSE! Well it happens to the best of us but PLEASE! I ended up having to wait on the front porch for an hour for my parents to arrive home, and it was hot outside. Mom suggested I walk to TCC, but it's a 30 minute walk from here and I have to lug my portfolio and art supplies with me, which is a major no.

The life of a weirdo.

Weeee I shall now be known as Sleepy Girl, the girl who likes sleep alot and doesn't get enough of it so she is always sleepy cuz she doesn't get any sleep when she needs it and she stays up too late so she don't get much sleep during the night because she wakes up too early thus she is always tired due to her lack of sleep. And if you miss a word you're gonna get slapped.

Actually I'm on a very odd sleep schedule because of how my classes/work is set up... I might just not work on Mondays and Wednesdays just so I can sleep in... cuz obviously I need it. I was a complete ZOMBIE at work! And I keep thinking everyday is Friday... Man just give me some tranquilzers or something!!

I attended my first geetar class today. Watch out world, here comes the next John Denver! So put on your earplugs because I suck!

Well good news! My truck has been repaired and I have it back home in the safey of my driveway! I attended both of my art classes today... and I'm relatively tired because I had to wake up too dang early just to realize I can't go to work cuz I don't have enough gas in my truck to get me there and the gas station was closed... dang.
