From my little brain.
Hello one and all. Enjoy reading it.

Click on the car to see the rock
climbing & CivicGrrl's B-day bash!

Although the car has nothing to do with either Rock Climbing or the Bash, mute was nice enough to let me use this pic that he took. I think it turned out really neat, very surreal. It's like the Diablo was stuck behind the glass, but was dreaming of outdoors under the cloud and sun. Very cool.

Only one pic of rock climbing, and it was me belaying somebody. Belay... :) heh, sounds perversed.

....okay, maybe it's only me who thinks that. Well, Belay!

Edited for grammar and bad typing.

We had it easy as kids. Boys had short hair, girls had long hair, and that's how we could tell between the two genders.

Then seemingly, in the span of a decade, everything changed. Twiggy cut her hair short and that was all the rage. Then when the hippies invaded, well pretty much everyone had long hair.

Frankly, it's so hard to tell now what gender anyone is anymore. You have girls who are ultra built, and then you had nancy-boys who have eating disorders which made them skinnier than stilts. Even boobies, once a trade-mark of girls, are no longer an absolute. Fat overweight men with B cups and flat chested girls add to the confusion, especially when viewed from behind.

Our last vestige of hope I guess is the act of urination. You can see this in dogs. Male dogs lift up their leg to pee, female dogs squat. This is reflected in humans. Well, I don't have to explain further.

But let's face it - no one likes to clean a dirty washroom, even if it's of their own fluids. Truthfully, though the male anatomy has oft been associated to hoses, tubes, straws, and for the unfortunate few, funnels; peeing for us isn't exactly a laser precise exercise. We're not talking smart bombs here people. More often than not, our tinkles (especially the "in the middle of the night" jobs) are more like carpet bombing. We have an idea of where the bowl is, but as long as most of it is on target without splashing our legs, we're pretty happy.

Armed only in underwear, sometimes it's easier just to sit down and pee. I know I'm fairly uncoordinated when awake, but much more so when half-asleep. Still I haven't managed to miss the toilet once while sitting down; working good so far.

But really, isn't this that all we have left to show of our male-dom? I unforunately think so. Hence, this I vow: As a male of my species, and as a genuine guy, let all who read this be my witness; for here and now, I will always stand proud and tall whenever I need to do a Number One . Sticky yellow floors be damned!

....I wonder if lady-boys stand or sit. Wait, I really don't want to know.

You know I haven't said this in a long time, but "It really sucks the big fat bag!"

Without being too insensitive to the 9/11WTC incident, one of the lesser known tragedies is that my brother and cousins cannot come because the flight schedules are all FUBARed. Which really stinks because I haven't seen my cousin in 11 years and my brother for 1-2 yrs. Talk about sickening.

I echo the sentiment by a Vietnam war veteren seen on TV last several days: "President Bush, just give me one of them old B-52 bombers, load it up with fuel and bombs, and let me drop a couple on them."

Gawd-dang it!! Faithful to a religion is one thing, fanatics are another.

Assassinating all the leaders in Afghanistan and converting them to Christianity wouldn't work, because we all know how well Protestants and Catholics are getting these days.

....aren't TVs really good contraceptives?

I'm not a big fan of country music. No scratch that, I don't want people to know I listen to that stuff. Wait, I don't listen to it, but I don't hate it, and there are times when it's alright.... errr, that's it.

In an age where the airwaves are populated by angry rappers inserting gratuitous profanity into every other sentence or 'alternative' music screaming incoherently into a mic while trashing the stage, it is refreshing to hear something that truely has a melody and words that paint a story. To this end, although I'm not a country music lover, I occasionally happen upon a song that I like, even if I saw it on CMT first.

And this is her: Cyndi Thompson, who is both beautiful and has a great voice. A truely deadly combination, regardless of music genre.

Find the song on MP3 or whatever, and give it a listen. Think of the worst heartache you've ever had, close your eyes, turn up the volume, and let her voice carry you away. Awesome.

....buy the album or something.

My brother and cousin are gonna visit me! Yippie.

Another cousin, curiously named PowaBiatch (a guy....), wrote to the tune of "Are you nuts? Don't fly now!"

So I replied:
--
The hysteria is understandable, but not exactly warranted. You're right, anyone flying will now face a tightly controlled military-like operation. Hence, this is the best time to fly.

Yeah, there are better times to visit, but hasn't this tragedy awoken a sense of urgency in you yet? For me it says: Don't depend on tomorrow, for today may be all that you have left. I want to die doing something I enjoy, not sitting in an office before 9am, still bleary eyed and a little sleepy, then WAM! You're no more.

I guess if it's your time, then it's your time. I am desperate to see as much of my family now as possible. Holding onto every precious moment, taking it in as I would a great movie. This only strengthen my resolve to make the trip back to HK, no matter the financial or career cost. I had reserverations about leaving work for 2 weeks come next spring, I felt guilty for having to leave a fairly newly acquired position. But work doesn't seem as important anymore.

Well, I think we're pretty safe....

http://abcnews.go.com/sections/us/WolfFiles/wolffiles75.html

According to the article, Nostradamus' predictions have been all wrong thus far.

....batting 0 for 103 kinda sucks.

BiggyJ sent me this today....

"In the City of god there will be a great thunder, Two brothers torn
apart by Chaos, while the fortress endures, the great leader will
succumb, The third big war will begin when the big city is burning"
- Nostradamus 1654

>>>Nostradamus' prediction on WW3:

"In the year of the new century and nine months,
From the sky will come a great King of Terror...
The sky will burn at forty-five degrees.
Fire approaches the great new city..."
"In the city of york there will be a great collapse,
2 twin brothers torn apart by chaos
while the fortress falls the great leader will succumb
third big war will begin when the big city is burning"
- NOSTRADAMUS

He said this will be bigger than the previous two. 2001 is the first year of the new century and this is the 9th month. New York is located at the 41st degree Latitude.

....I don't know if these are legit predictions. But scary nonetheless.

The ride home today was very strange. There was an eerie silence throughout the streets that was as audible as fustrated motorists in gridlock during rush hour. There was definitely an air of something different today. People went home earlier, they were more afraid to make eye contact. The people in the malls spoke in a hushed tone. Even the neighbourhood dogs did not bark.

The indescribable horror that befelled New York City definitely shocked everyone. I cannot speak for others, but I definitely saw the world in photographic pictures. Each time I turned my head, I was trying to remember everything around me. The grass seemed greener, the dying flowers seemed more resilient to the coming autumn. Even the cars appeared to be less aggressive.

Much like Pearl Harbour, the assasination of JFK, and Tienanmen Square, we as a generation today have grown older. We can no longer be young and naive, and I think this is the biggest tragedy. More than the loss of life, the loss of our innocence today hurts. We're more weary of strangers, more protective of our personal space, and much less inclined to trust others.

My initial reaction to the tragedy was stupid. I tried re-affirming my seeming invincibility by riding like to lunch like my pants on fire. Excessively speeding through lunchtime traffic. I don't know, I had to clear my head, and the best way I knew how was by concentrating through high speeds.

However, the ride home was totally different. I took my time and enjoyed the weather. I pleasured in the absolute synchronicity of my bike while I made effortless lane changes and instant throttle response through traffic. I know this sounds totally stupid, but it was my way of coping with the loss of my innocent virginity, my once unwavering belief that human, and humanity was good. Today, that belief was shaken, and now I have seen true evil.

...Today, a little part of me died.

I know this doesn't seen to matter now: But some website just decided to steal my picture and put their URL on it.

Stolen Picture.

Here are the original pictures.

....wondering if I should be upset.

The world is a little more crazy today. *sigh*

I'm at a total lost for word. What pisses me off is how quickly the leaders of different countries will issue statements "condemning" these attacks. No duh! Of course it's wrong. Do something about it, don't just shake your head, say "too bad" and then sit on your hands.

I can't believe they got to the Pentagon though. That is scary.

....This one we will soon not forget.
