Not much of an update, sorry. I moved into a new apartment about a month ago, and I am still unpacking and moving stuff from my parents' house, so I haven't had much time. To sort of make up for it, I created a "secret" section on my graphics site, SylverFox Graphics, just for the visitors of this site. It's probably going to be mostly Pagan-oriented graphics, but I may add some other extras. The rest of the site has other stuff, as well. Oh, crap! I was just messing with my ICQ last night, and I accidentally deleted somebody trying to send me a message. I'm such a moron. If you were that person (and all I saw was the ICQ number, 10 something I think), I'm sorry, I wasn't trying to get rid of you or anything! Ok. Everything is installed, and it appears that everything is working fine on the computer with the new hard drive. But I haven't had a chance (and I won't get one, either, since I'm working today) to work on any of my sites, so that will probably be next weekend. Wednesday, February 07, 2001
All right...The case for the new hard drive came in yesterday, and we got it all put together and everything appears to be working fine. So it looks like I'm back in business. All I have to do now is reinstall everything. Tuesday, January 30, 2001
Figures...The new drive ended up being physically too big. So now we're ordering an external case for it, and hoping that it will fit in there. Otherwise, we have to return it and order a whole new one, and hope that fits. And maybe go through this whole process over again. Ugh...what a pain... Friday, January 26, 2001
The new hard drive came in last night. And the systems are all down at work for the weekend. So, the plan is to put in the drive (9GB, by the way, whoo hoo!!), reinstall everything, and hopefully start back to work on the sites. Grrrrr...Well, I hope no one was looking forward to any updates on the site. There won't be any for a while. My home computer died on me, so I have no way to edit my files (which, luckily, were all completely backed up, along with all my programs, since I was getting ready to upgrade my OS). No clue yet how bad it is, or how long it will take to fix (or get a new computer). Monday, October 02, 2000
