I have finished the layout for this blog BUT I can't get some of the stupid javascript to run right so I'll wait til later to put it up. Here's the deal, I had so much to write about but I forgot most of it because I put it off and put it off. My Bible teacher at school says that every man suffers from one main sin. I guess mine is procrastination. Oh well. Lets get this party started.
Wednesday I had off of school and my dad is still on leave for work so we all went to Gettysburg for a day trip. We went on the self-serve auto tour that is supposed to take 2-3 hours. It took us 5. Oy. To start it off, we got their at the visitor's center around 10:30 AM. After touring at the weapon collections and various videos about how to operate civil war canons, we ate lunch at a restaurant my mother sweared was the best (my parents went on a second honeymoon a year or so ago to Gettysburg after my sister went their on her wedding and said how good it was, well my mom and dad ate at this 'good' restaurant) which ended up being a fancy truck stop. All the food was canned or compressed. But I had fun.
Later on in the day, we went on the auto tour. My Dad didn't want to get out of the car for any of the monuments but we finally got him to go see the Eternal Light/Peace Monument thing. Coincidently, a nearby highschool had a field trip there on the same day so all the kids saw what I am about to say. My mom wanted me to take a picture of my father and her on the monument. So she went up the stairs, my dad was already up there, and I was off about 30-40ft away watching. My dad startd running around hiding from her like a little school boy. It was hilarious at the sight. I guess you'd have to have been there.
The second thing besides the griping and complain, that my dad did was, we past a statue of a soldier with flowing robes, a reaf of ivy on his head, and a trumpet. My dad says "Look at the creampuff!"-reffering to the statue was supposedly gay. Then he starts saying in a gay voice, "C'mon fellas." and making other comments. (Twas funny). Don't get me wrong, he's no homophobe, he's just funny at making jokes about the other side of things.

Well I have been working on a new layout for this poor excuse for a web blog. Also I've been doing the Spirit Week thing. Lemme explain, My school has this thing to promote class unity, spiritual growth, and fun; called Spirit Week. What we do is everyday til Thursday we dress up in a different theme. Friday we have a class theme day, present a drama and a video of a service project we do in our city. Well all this is graded for points and we see which grade did the best in High School. First day down, my class in first (Go Sophomores! -that is, 10th grade). I am in need of anime! And a job, i don't know who the heck in my neighborhood is wanting a worker but it seems no one.
I bought Civilization 2 the other day. Its very addictive! Which reminds me, does anyone out there in Cyber World know where I can learn something online? Like find out what normal kids talk about and how to increase my vocabulary? What about how to make better conversations with people besides ("whats up?" and "how are you?")? Please help!

One final note, my parents just finally gave me the option to switch to a public school. I wanted a Magnet school but ITS TOO FREAKIN LATE! You have to start in 9th grade and work up they said, so now I AM STUCK FOREVER! I can't even go to college because my parents are broke, shoot, its not all bad though. My dad will be able to work again soon once his neck heals fully and my mom is working part time for the doctor. Maybe I can get a job. Yes, I feel I am getting strongah every day. ^_^ *cough*

Long time no post. Well the operation was too much of a success! God is good, amen? Doctor went in and found no disease after all so he just fixed me up a bit. I am just recovering, he cut a nerve so its numb (bleh).
Some stuff about school. 3/1, First period Biology. A boy named Jared started nodding off to sleep. Or so we thought. He started getting really pale, to the point where we could see the veins in his head and he turned blue/green. He then fell off his chair but the boy next to him caught his body. Suddenly Jared went into a convulsion. Our teacher ran over after he woke up and he didn't remember anything. Then our teacher sent the boy that caught him (his name is Joey) to the office to get a wheel chair. The idiots at the office didn't believe him (we don't have a nurse at our school btw) so they walk down dragging Joey into the room. Finally poor Jared got to the office and his parents told him to stay!! Oy!
3/2. Period 5, Lunch. A fight broke out two feet away from me and I didn't notice! Stupid ear! I couldn't hear it and i didn't look up at my friend who was tossing around on the ground with another classmate o_O. Well, thats about it. See yas all later.

Hey everyone. Boring V-Day today. Well I am preparing for hospital thinggy type...ah, surgery tomorrow. Not much to say.

Krioni on 2/13/2001 04:58:45 PM posted:
Today I went to see my doctor about the surgery on my ear I am having Thursday (in 2 days). He revealed to me that my current hearing will go down another 20% but the disease will have been taken away...unless it grows back. I am starting to be afraid. I don't want it to drop anymore, I am tired as it is of saying "What?" or "huh?" to the kids at school. I leave it in God's hands and may he deal accordingly. All my faith is in Him and I do not fear. Even as writing this the fear has left and a more welcoming spirit of adventure has just overwhelmed my soul. "With God, All things are possible."-A verse in Matthew somewhere...I remember it was on a picture frame we had once. I common strengthening for me. God is good. Amen.
I am still reading my How-To-Draw Manga books. I am hoping for a job so I can buy some real supplies. Now I will practice on paper and try increasing my God given talents. Also, I am going to restart working on various web page projects I have not finished. Hmmm, maybe watch some anime. Macross Plus is AWESOME. Heh. Well, see yas.

Here is the low down on the past few days. Friday I went with John to Ames to pick up this package of GameBoy Color accessories that cost $30. He had $31 on him in cash. When he tried to buy it the tax and all came to a total of $31.49. The guy wouldn't let him have it so we spent hours roaming around the shopping center begging for change. One lady thought we were muggers so she started to run to the parking lot. Like an idiot, John, for some reason, started chasing her!!! After a block I grabbed him by the shoulder and stopped him. But boy could that lady run!
Also, the other day my father called me a 'fool' for joking around with him. Its funny, he jokes with me. Some times to the point of aggravation. I tell him that and he says, "What? Can't you take a little joke?", mockingly. Well the same to him. Later in the day he asked why I was mad for so long and I said, "Because I am a fool." Then he said he was justified in calling me that because I was one. That damaged me bad. I don't know why, but that hurts. He won't be forgotten.
I let my friend Luke borrow my HTML guide, and what took me 3 months to read and perfect, he did in ONE DAY!! One final note, I just did an awesome layout on this page: http://www.stas.net/2/finalflight but it is underconstruction.

Enough with the lacking posts. Here's the deal. Yesterday I finished Inking a pic I started months ago and just forgot about. Now I am BACK!! I have gotton it all back!! Yeah! Okay now for my day (2/1/01), I got directions from a guy at school to help him with his site, My PC froze up so I probably will do it tonight. I started editing a new site I am doing. The site, will have a really attractive layout. The site itself needs more content, however. It is a gaming reviews and midis page. I need more for it though. If you have any ideas, e-mail me.

Here is the story of my luck. A friend and I decided to make a gaming site with reviews, midis, and etc. but as I started scanning pics for the layout the scanner freaks out and now is unusable. I am left in the dark on this one. I tried deleting it and all its programs several times yet to no avail. Alas, I am here to sit this one out. Anyway, I planned on rearranging my room with my Dad all week but as soon as I awoke I said nevermind. Go figure. I guess I am just lazy? Maybe for some reason I acctually enjoy my life (woo-hoo). So what now? I don't know...I guess I could try doing something productive. I am bored right now so I am rambling. OH I FORGOT, I wrote this really detailed response to a negative review written for a game I like some guy did. I mean, I wrote a reply that was really (as i think) well done. Ok bye for now.
