Well, tour time again and I can't be more psyched. Leaving tomorrow for Colorado and then seeing the Travelers at Steamboat Springs the 3rd with SCI, Then BT at Red Rox the 4th of corse and no one can talk to a horse, of corse. then Bolder for the 5th. THen Phil at red Rox the 6th and 7th. Phil and Willy the 11th. Philt the 12th and 14th. then come back and get ready to do it again I guess.

Hey now, Just did the "Fear and Learing in NYC" trip with Jose, Breez and Bones. We caught the 5-8 Supper Club Show which was a sweet show followed by the private 1am CBGB's show which was loud, fast and heavy. They wound it up around 4am. Then we drove out to Philly for the Electric factory show 18 hours later. You could kind of tell the band was about as beat as we were that night. Then we came back to MN. Tuesday I went with Nickey, Breez and OD to the Chicago show, Very Hot show, Gina and But Anyway were the highlights, very jammed out and tight. The key and song changes were perfect. Well now I just better get back to work and save up for Summer tour, see ya out there.....

WOW!!!! Phil & Friends summer tour is going to be a rage. Red Rox July 6th and 7th falls right into place again. I'll be backstage on the 4th for the Travelers and hopefully Phil will be too. Playing Somerset then too. I have a feeling it is going to be an even better summer than last if it is at all possible.

Wow, it's been a long time since I posted here. Well its been a long boring winter for me but now some shows and warm weather are coming. I'm going to see Steve Kimock Band a few times this month and next month heading to the big city. Blues Traveler is releasing BRIDGE on May 8th and I'm going to be there for the party and then a few shows after that. I just heard about a lot of uncomformed stuff happening at Harmony Park this year, LOS/Blueground Undergrass, WSP, etc. I better get to work on the bus.

Happy Halloween, think I kind of have my November figured out today. I'm starting with B B King tomorrow night in LaCrosse then Dammit Jims Friday and Shmingeez Saturday at Rascal's and Ben Harper Monday in Madison and maybe Ratdog on Wed in Milwaukee Then the 17th-19th WSP in Madison, St. Paul and Ames. Not too bad of a month, that's about all I can handle without going broke. Other than that not to much is new with me.

Just back from Chicago. Last Tuesday we drove down and saw Dark Star Orchestra at Martyr's. It was a really good show, I was just suprized that it wasn't a recreation of a show rather than misc songs. Crashed at Chanda's and ended up getting to Phil & Friends late on Wednesday. Good show, second set that is, and had a fun time. Then we drove down to a hotel where a bunch of friends were staying for a wedding on Friday. Thursday we took the train to the show with Jeff and Terra. My friend Frankie was working security but couldn't get us any passes, but it was nice to see him because I couldn't call him because the # I had was wrong. Friday we decided to skip the show and go to the wedding. Me and Jose went to the zoo and then showed up at the church for the end of the service and to get a ride with Sweet Lou to the reception. Totally Irish style, Gueness all night there and then relocated to a bar for a barrel of McCaffery's. Saturday went and hung out by the show early and just kicked it with the guitars for a few hours. went into the show just in time to get a nice spot on the floor right as they bust into Doin' That Rag! One of the best shows I've ever seen in my life. Then back to Minnesota...... oh well, fun week though!

Well, I'm almost ready for Phil and DSO in Chicago next week but still am kind of burnt from all the shows this summer. I'm more psyched to see SCHWA Friday here at Rascal's, especially after missing them at Jeff and Terra's wedding. They are friends of mine and don't play very often anymore so it should be an interesting show. If you are anywhere remotely near Winona Friday come and see them!!! Well, that's all for now....
