Well wonk wonk everyone. I haven't updated this in so long. It's really annoying isn't it? Well, I just finished watching all 26 episodes of Neon Genisis Evangelion, and, one word, wow. That series is so good. Wow wow wow wow wow. Kay, I'm done. In other anime news, I now have a whole 122 videos! Hazzah! I know, that's not very many, but it's a start. I get to go to the Colorado State Championships for skiing this Friday and Saturday. (oo..booyaka!) It should be fun. We get to spend 2 nights in Leadville. The only bad part is is that sometimes the altitude is so high up there, that some people can have trouble breathing. But I was born in high altitude, so nothing should go wrong there. But the course there is so FLAT! I practically have to skate beyond each gate to get at least some speed going. Oo! And my mommy says that because I did so good in skiing, that if I get a good score on my Driver's test tomorrow (yeah, I get my license, stay off the sidewalks, hell, just don't go out anymore) then I get to dye my hair lime green! I've wanted to dye my hair lime green since elementary school! YEAH!

Wow, I haven't written in sooooo long. Nothing much is going on. I recently won 2 auctions on eBay. I won the first half of the Fushigi Yuugi series subtitled, and the entire Neon Genisis Evangelion series dubbed. The 8 Fushigi Yuugi videos cost me $50 and the 13 Evangelion bideos cost me $130. Which I think is a SWEET deal. Our home race is coming up, this Friday in Beaver Creek. It's slalom. *gag* At the last race in Vail, I did EXCELENT on my first run and I was in 15th place, but on my second run, about 4 gates before the finish, I lost control and crashed, HARD! All I remember is flipping then rolling a couple of times, taking out 2 gates, and sliding a little bit. And I hit my head REALLY hard, I am so happy I was wearing a helmet. But I sat up, and felt REALLY dizzy and could barely see straight. But I looked down, and my skis were still on, so I came to my senses and got up, even though I was in so much pain. And I hiked. And I FINISHED! And it was cool because we got the crash on tape, and did I mention that I FINISHED! Even though I was badly hurt. And all the people at the bottom were clapping for me! It was cool. Till I woke up the next morning, and couldn't move without pain striking me in my neck, legs, and back. Mostly my neck, every time I used that muscle it would hurt. So I went to the trainer (the athletic docter girl at school) and she said that I strained a lot of my muscled in my back and neck, and that I should take it easy, which is exaclty what I am doing. =}

Oh my goddess, I haven't written in awile, sorry --- SO um, my birthday rolled around finally. Gots me a BADASS CD burner...and a cool move from Dan, (A REALLY COOL MOVIE! THANK YOU DAN!) And Phil made me, uh, this thing, I think they're skis? Um, anyhoo, Kelly and Lauren got me two really cool shirts, and cool cards, anda my new GS suit was technically a b-day present. My sister Gretchen's package hasn't come yet, but it has my X-mas present too. My sister Ranie and my bro-in-law Chris got me $120, (b-day and x-mas present combined) It was a very nice b-day overall, now I just need to get that damn liscense! Kelly and I are grey-hounding it to Denver on Saturday, the only reason why I'm going along is because her mom won't let her go unless someone comes along. I bet that Kelly wouldn't even think about having me along if I wasn't required. Oh yeah, Kelly's hair is silver, it's badass. And Lauren's is blue. I was thinking bright red, or pink. I can't do blue, (Lauren) silver, (Kelly) green, (Justin) so I guess I have to do red or pink. So um, yeah, school sucks, we got our new uniforms for ski team, (they're badass) and um, school sucks. Yup. =}

HAPPY SWEET 16 TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, so my b-day was yesterday, but I had a ski meet yesterday so I couldn't write in my bloggie. So anyways, it was a rather good birthday. On Thrusday, before we left to train, someone got in the school intercom thingie and said "Happy Birthday to Annie Vogel from the Ski Team" that was cool. And then we had the over-nighter for this race, so we spent the night in WInter Park. When we got to our crappy-ass motel, we went into Cappie's room for a little meeting, and they had a cake for Abby and I. (Abby's birthday was last Sunday) It said "Happy Birthday Annie and Abby" and it was yummy. =D And then we fit all 13 of the ski team members in a hot tub ment for about 5 people. It was dark, snowy, and cold. I walked back to my room with no towel, no clothes, (except for a swimsuit) and NO shoes, with snow up to my shins. It was REALLY cold. But it was fun anyway. As for the race the next day, my first run went well. I skied it rather well, espeically for skies that haven't been tuned in a LONG time with NO edges. And then when the boys were running their course, (girls first, boys second) I was at the top talking to the guys, and helping our manager Lee take down clothes, etc etc. And Lee, Cappie, and LeeAnn all have radios, and the DQ list (tells who was disqualified on the girls first run) was up, and LeeAnn went to look at it. You can get disqualified for many reasons, cussing on the course, missing a gate, stuff like that. And then I heard on Lee's radio "Annie got DQed!!!" And I was thinking, "WHAT THE HELL!!!!" I did NOTHING wrong! So then Cappie said that we would protest it. (when you protest it, you basically argue your way out of it) so I skied to the bottom so that they could tell me what I did wrong. And the guy said that a gatekeeper saw me miss a gate. All the gatkeepers on the course have to watch you go down the course and if the think that you miss a gate, they draw a little drawing on the paper to show what you missed. The drawing was all screwed up, and I DID NOT MISS A GATE! So they said that I can have a provisional second run and they'd settle it afterwards. I was PISSED! How could I miss a gate? I would have notcied a total awkward rythm change, a change in the ruts, and I would've STOPPED and HIKED. Grrr...I was pissed. So I walked around, eating lunch, waiting for the girls' second run to start. And when I was digging through my bag, the guy that talked to me at the bottom saw my name on my sweatshirt and said "Annie? Bib # 101?" and I said "Yes?" and he said "You aren't DQed anymore. The gatekeeper was confused. Just go ahead with your 2nd run, no protest needed. We just crossed you off." I could've kissed the man, but that would be sick. I was so happy! But then the second run comes along, and I was going good for the firts 4 gates, (this is slalom, by the way) and I slipped, and straddled the gate. (Good thing I'm not a guy) THe rules say that you have to have both boots be on the right side of the gate, so I kinda fell over. But both my skies were on, (the race is over for you if you loose a ski) so I got up and HIKED my ass up to that gate. And then the rest of the run was just really bad for me, but I did finish, so that's all that counts. =}

Today was my first day of midterm finals. I took my Art and my English finals. I drew a banana in art and finished typing up my report in English. Then half way through English I went to make up my Biology final becuase I was gone on Friday for my ski meet in Loveland. Then, after school, (school ended at 11:10) Alex, Caleb, Andrew, Andreas and I went over to Caleb's house to play some video games. It was fun. And then I went home and fell asleep. That's about my day right there. I'm still trying to finish watching all my new Magic Knight Rayearth movies, I have 12 of them with 4 episodes on each, (except the last one, that one has 5) I'm still just on the first series. Good luck to me. ~.~

I saw Dracula 2000 last night with Lauren and Kelly and Dan. It was good, for the most part. And I went to ski team practice today, and while I was getting ready at Kelly's house, my sister (who lives in Colorado Springs) called. She wanted to know what I wanted for my birthday. (my b-day is in 4 days! Sweet 16 YEAH!) I told her that I wnated money. The she told me that my mom said to call her. So I called my mommy and she said that she failed tomention that I had a dentist appointment today. ~.~ So ski team practice ended a little early for me today. My cleaning went well, but I have a btich for a dentist who won't stop talking to me about teeth and diseases and all that fun stuff that scares the shit out of me. I miss Terri. Terri was the coolest dentist. It was like she knew me. Everytime I'd come in she would ask me stuff like "Oh! How's the ski racing thing going? How's soccer? School?" It was so cool. My teeth still hurt. >.< I have to go to school tomorrow and take finals...I don't know why the hell we have finals AFTER Christmas break, it's like they want us to forget stuff over break. Baka teachers...
