While not really a problem with Earthlink per se, this is a pretty interesting little read about one of the co-founders. You know, it's great to get useful input from Prodigy employees - we're glad to facilitate it on this board. I don't always agree with what they're saying, but hey, at least they try and explain what's going on, even if a little candid. Makes us wonder though what Prodigy's exec's think about all of this. Prodigy's own support - the ones who are probably sick of Prodigy's crap as much as anyone else and still only paid $7.50 an hour to put up with it - feel it's worth trying to help disgruntled customers. Well, I guess if you don't have to deal with the phone calls yourself it's an easy problem to ignore. Too bad though, the one's who actually care over at Prodigy seem to also be the ones who have the least to gain. Kudos to PI Guy, Deep Throat, and the rest - and thanks for helping.
