Coffee Lamp, Oh Coffee Lamp
You are so trim and lean
Your shade is made of burlap,
Your body full of bean.

You stand so proud in rooms unknown
I want you for my very own
you image will not leave my mind alone,
Oh Lamp, so full of bean.

You shine no light,
Yet you seem to glow
Why do I love you?
I do not know

Your caffeine beckons, calls out to me
I want to extract it, set it free...
But then The Coffee Lamp, you would not be,
So I will leave you alone.

Coffee lamp o'caffeine goodness
My heart beats slow without you
My mental function's slower too
I need you to light the darkness
Of my 6:00 AM stumbling
O how you are brown and bitter
Yet you make my body flitter, and now your lifeblood I needs be drinking ;)
