Beloved Readers,

My head is buzzing. I can't watch the T.V anymore. I can't read news websites anymore. I can't blog anymore. I need a day to myself. I decided to head up to Lake Tahoe tommorow. I need nature. I need a break.

I will return Sunday evening. So no updates until then. Be safe. ::hugs::

Jessy

P.S ~ Yes, I put comments back up on my site. Please dont abuse this. And, sorry it did not save any old comments.

Watching this on T.V broke my heart.

Thanks to Reacharound for posting the following link. (this sure makes you think.)

A spooky message board from airliners.net

"concerning the hypothetical question: Could the WTC survive the impact of a 767-300? This was posed November last year."

Things are slowley getting back to "normal". I saw more tourists in S.F. More people getting back to work. Nobody is forgetting, we are just starting to live again.

Comment

Im off to class today. If you are in the city, and want to hang out of course e-mail me. It will be good to see some of you again.

Comment

Returning to normalcy can be tough with bomb scares erupting throughout SF, the Bay Area, on ferries and on bridges.

Hmph! :o/ Unfortunatly, comments are off for now. People have nothing better to do then write childish, heartless comments about the recent tragedy. They will be back up soon. Im sorry.

I see hatred out there. This frightens me. The owners/workers of the liquor store by my school were sad today. People kept on harassing them. Asking them if they were "One of them." This is not right.

A heavy feeling today. I ended up going to S.F for classes. I almost did not go. When I got to the B.A.R.T station and headed up the escalator to wait for my train I spotted a sign on both bathroom stalls. "Closed, due to bomb threats". I stalled. I walked up the stairs, boarded and headed to the city. There were cops everywhere. B.A.R.T has no security at all. Which right now scares me. You can take anything on the trains. They don't check you.

There was a strange calm in the city. Not a lot of people on the streets. It was surreal. I got to class to find out only a handful of students had come to class. We sat around talking about what happened yesterday. We are all still in a state of shock.

Heartsick and shaken in the ghost town of S.F.

The department stores were closed. The restaurants that were open were mostly empty. There was no road rage, no red-light-running and hardly anybody on the streets of downtown San Francisco at all.

I should have just stayed at home today.

We want to help. But we cant. My classmates and I. We want to go draw blood and do whatever the Red Cross needs. Im good at drawing blood. I know if this had happened in our city I would be there morning, noon and night helping the hurt. I cannot finish my Medical Assisting course fast enough. I cannot start my RN classes soon enough.

And, yes I did get this statement from CoffeeCup.com

"We hope that swift and forceful action is taken against whomever is found to be responsible for the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. If any country is found responsible for these attacks, we call for that country's complete destruction and annihilation..."

SF mayor was scheduled to fly to NY Tuesday morning despite a mysterious air travel advisory he received Monday.

For Mayor Willie Brown, the first signs that something was amiss came late Monday when he got a call from what he described as his airport security -- a full eight hours before yesterday's string of terrorist attacks -- advising him that Americans should be cautious about their air travel.

The following was sent to me in a e-mail from my Cousin:

Are you familiar with Nostradamus? This is a quake from one of his predictions:

"In the year of the new century and nine months, From the sky will come a great King of Terror... The sky will burn at forty-five degrees. Fire approaches the great new city..." "In the city of York there will be great collapse, twin brothers torn apart by chaos while the fortress fall, the great leader will succumb, the third big war will come when the big city is burning..."

2001 is the first year of the new century and this is the 9th month. New York is located at the 41st degree Latitude. He also said that this will be the third World War and it would be bigger than the last two wars. I hope he is wrong, but judging from his predictions of Hitler, Napoleon, and Pearl Harbor....

this is shocking............
