ah, February... a time for giving in this, the year of our lord. here in Tempe, it was a blistering 72 degrees and at one point, I thought to myself "whew, I'm kind of warm…" then, I thought of the weather in Colorado and I let out a great laugh. a laugh that echoed off the palm trees. as I biked home from ASU in the 72 degree weather, I pitied you Coloradoans and reveled in the fact that I wasn't in Colorado. this, it seems, created bad karma. very bad karma. bad ju-ju. later that day, my Samurai was towed and I had to walk all the way home in the 72 degree weather. then, I missed a class because I had to walk home from work. then, I found out that I have a test in my geography class next week that I don't even have the book for yet. so, basically, what I'm trying to say here is: I hate you. I hope you're happy.

hey kids!
it's your favorite folk-rock guitar/mandolin player who's actually from colorado, but now lives in sunny arizona! as you can see, i am NOT actually dead and gone like jeremy and matt would have you believe. i'm just in arizona. there's a fine line. so, what am i doing in arizona, you ask? well, i've taken to roaming the earth... kinda like that guy from Kung-Fu. along my journeys, i've picked up some sage advise from many great philosophical geniuses. for instance: don't stick tape on hairy parts. ok, so most of these "geniuses" i've met are usually self educated and live their sorry lives out of a crappy cardboard box... and come to think of it... they never actually spoke TO me, but rather, i overheard them screaming these things in dark alleys or muttering to themselves when they think nobody else is around. whatever the case, their word is tried and true. i will share more of these self-improving epiphanies with you in my upcoming entries. I should go.
