The webloggers webring is not meant to be a "clique" - all submitted
personal weblogs with properly formatted code will be admitted into the ring.
Please read the complete "rules" and ring guidelines below. This webring was created on February 27, 2000 out of sheer boredom at Webring.org - moved to Ringsurf.com in September 2000.
There are two WEBLOGGERS WEBRING sections below:

READ ALL THE RULES! RULES NUMBER 1&2 are the most important.
RULE NUMERO ONE:
- The HTML fragment (e-mailed to you after form completion)
MUST appear somewhere
permanent on your weblog page - this should be the
page you submit when signing up
[NOT a separate "links" or "rings" page!!].
RULE NUMERO TWO:
- You have
one week to add the code to your weblog. If the code is not detected by the ring's automated checker by that time,
your site will be removed, without notice.
RULE NUMERO THREE:
- Your site must be a
personal weblog that is updated on a
somewhat daily basis. Content can be from
any area of interest and also in
any language.
RULE NUMERO QUATTRO:
- For consistency in the ring, the HTML fragment should appear 'as is' - feel free to make minor color/spacing/style changes. All the links in the code sent to you via e-mail must appear on your page - they should NOT open up in a new window (i.e. please leave "target=_top" in the fragment).
RULE NUMERO FIVE:
- If you move your weblog, you MUST change your listing at ringsurf.com or
notify me - if you don't, it's likely your site will be removed from the ring.
Questions? Feel free to contact me.
THREE EASY STEPS:
1) Fill out
this form.
[remember to submit your WEBLOG URL, not the "splash" or "rings" page]
2) A confirmation e-mail is immediately sent to you with a custom HTML fragment,
insert this custom code into your weblog page -
you have one week to do so.
3) Patiently wait for your site to be verfied (that your code is correct and is on the page you submitted - which MUST be your weblog page) - you will receive an automated e-mail letting you know you've been added into the ring.
