Post traumatic stress disorder.
I'm going crazy. I need a vacation. For the past few days, I've been watching TV... and trying to not watch TV.
So... I'll be in San Francisco for a few days.
Please God... watch over us...

Did you know that people were trying to auction off reminents of the World Trade Center on eBay? Those sick fuckers. I hope they rip their own balls off and eat them.

The unspeakable happened this morning.
I thought it was a joke. But we were no where close to April 1st.
I can't blog about this... I can't... makes me feel guilty.... people are dead, and I'm blogging about it.

Nobody told me that L.A.'s Sky Sushi turned into a clicky asian night club during the afterhours. Or did they?
I'm sleepy... been awake for almost 24 hours now...

I've been doing a lot of thinking lately, especially about my future and the well being of my future family. Yeah, it sounds funny.. makes me sound like a sap... but I don't care, I want everything to be as perfect and organized later as it could be. It doesn't hurt to know what you want, and that's what's been turning through my mind... what I would want out of my family, and how I could provide for them. I put myself in scenarios that could possibly happen, and think of methods to resolve those scenarios to the best of my ability. What I should do for a living, what would the consequences on my family, upon choosing a certain career. Med school? Being a doctor? How often would I be home? I wouldn't be home much, if I did make it though the years of schooling. Attached to the beeper I would be, always on call. I grew up in a family where my father was around all the time, and I enjoyed his company. He took us everywhere as kids, and always provided us with the best they could. Sheeeit, I didn't care if it was a gigantic die-cast 5 lion Voltron set, or a recording of a Strawberry Shortcake movie, I was happy as a clam during my childhoood. My dad deliberately passed up promotions in the Navy, because taking a promotion would mean that he would have to leave us. That's a family man. You should see all the pictures we've taken, all the parties that we've held, all the videos we have... sometimes it may not seem like it, but I love my family. Do you tell your mom and dad you love them and kiss them goodbye when you leave for somewhere, everyday? Hell, I do, I'm not ashamed to say it. I'll do it in front of my friends, I don't care. I want them to know that if I die that day, they know I loved them.
I even do it when I'm mad at them, it's funny. It helps to disarm them, too.. but hush. =)
So is it so wrong to think of these things?
Peculiar that when I think of these things... things happen... but for one of my friends, she broke up with her boyfriend of one year because he didn't think about these things.
Things. These things.
Maybe I think too much? I dunno... a lot of people think about the future. Unfortunately, they're not my age. Gah, someone shoot me. xP

"Sarah G is annoyed by some recent articles about blogging: 'I mean it even implied that you shouldn't bother if you don't have an interesting life, and even if you do, you have to be able to write about it in an interesting way. Bloody hell. I'm glad to say I was nodding off by the end of his column.' I'm not sure about the article in question (don't know which one it was), but Sarah's sentiment is right on. Blogging is the ultimate democratization of publishing, and it's for anybody who wants to do it. It always bugs me when people conceit to say who should and shouldn't be publishing their thoughts. If people don't want to read a blog, they can move on. The beauty is, there is enough from on the web for all of us."
Word. Up. Yo. What Ev said.
