I fell in love with you,
But now your love fell untrue. My heart is broken for my mistake,
All I need is you or I feel I will break. My emotion for you is so strong,
I’ve felt like this for so long. Our love was so great and strong,
I don't know what went wrong. All I feel for you is so true,
Baby come back so I can renew. My love has been true and will be true,
Till the day I die I will feel love for you.

Great News!! My fathers CT scan report came back today.. All the mets except one are gone. Wooot!!. This is the best news that i have had in along time. He still has to have a Dr's appointment to discuss the remaining met, my parents where too excited about the rest of them being gone that they forgot to ask what is the condition of the last one. I have a feeling that it was originaly the largest one and is taking longer to dissapear. But it looks like the Interferon is his magic bullet. And that stuff was just supposed to be a maintanence drug. Not an actual "cure" like the IL-2 was suppose to be. He is going to return to work this coming monday, which is awesome. He isnt the type to be just sitting around and the last couple of months he has been getting really restless. Not only will him working be good in itself. it will be somewhat of a therapy also. Not just sitting around and worrying, but up and getting into stuff. :)Recieved the letter that i have been waiting for today.. Woot! i was out in the garage cleaning up a few things and the mailman stopped by to deliver the mail. I asked him if there was anything for me that i had to sign and he said "nope" and drove off. *sigh* about 30 minutes later he comes driving up the the other side of the street then gets out and comes over and says "i forgot i had this for you" Hmmmm! Didnt i ASK you if you had anything else for me? *sheesh* Anyways, after i cleaned up my projects i went inside and hooked up my programmer and loaded the software.. slid the card in and tried to read the contents so i can make a backup of it.. Nothing... "Reset Failed!" Huh? so i messed with it for another hour or so, tried different programs and still "Reset Failed!" So either my programmer has taken a shit on me or the card is looped somehow. Well, it was time for a reader/writer Unlooper anyways

My motorcycle isnt nice and shiny anymore :( its all wet and has road durt on her *sniff*.. Went to Josh and Michelles for dinner tonight. She made Indian Fried Bread along with refried beans and hamburger meat to top it.. Mmmmmm!! It was awesome. Thanks again guys.. it was nice.. we sat around for a couple of hours bullshitting and waxing nostalgia about our days at Avnet. *sigh* the good ol' days.. when it was time to leave it was raining. so i had to cowboy up and ride the motorcycle home in the rain.. wasnt bad at all, pants got all wet and my fingers got pretty cold. but nothing that i cant survive.Finnaly sold that POS van. they came over with the cash today and i signed over the Title. Now.. i just need to get them to get it outa my driveway. they are suppose to get it Tuesday morning.. it will be nice to see it gone.

Went out shooting with a buddy of mine today.. The Desert is so nice this time of year. Mid 70's, sun shinning ect ect. perfect day to throw lead out in the desert.. He brought a .22 rifle and a .45 semi auto pistol and his uncle brought his new SKS in 7.62 NATO rounds and pretty much the same .22 rifle as my buddies and also a .22 pistol. got to shoot all of them. I found an old Master Lock out in a trash pile and put it on the target board which was about 30 yards from me.. i ended up hitting it after 3 - 4 shots.. and the damn thing still was locked.. i guess that old commercial is true! :PI believe that POS van parked out front is finnaly sold. they came over and looked at it again today and i lowered the price again a little just to get the shit bucket out of here.. I have to go get the Title Notorized and signed over later today and also do a few errands. Bills Bills Bills
I dont know whats going thru my fathers head right now.. he called the dissability office and told them that he is going to be returning to work today.. i believe he would show up there today, but he cant return to work without a Dr's release.. i guess he has made up his mind on what he is going to do no matter what the results of the CT scan are.

Cute Poem i stole from someones pageYou are a yuppie biker
You came upon the scene
Just to keep the prices up
On Harley's new machineYou bought it brand new
And lavished it with chrome
Then splashed on some fancy paint
And now regard this creation
Entirely your ownYou polish it by day
And talk about it by night
The only time you ride it
Is when the sun is brightAfter all what's the point
If you can't be seen
When owning one of these shiny new
Harley D. machinesYou trailer it here
You haul it there
If it weren't for your pick up truck
It would never go anywhereYou hang out at the dealership
And act like all the rest
But you stand out like a sore thumb
In your designer chaps and vestHarley t-shirt n leather jacket
You really think your cool
But that's not what the little girls say
When your cruising round their schoolIt allways seems to amuse me
How after just one beer
You usually manage to find your bike
But can't find your way out of first gearI've seen the way you ride
Man it's got to be a sin
If it bears any resemblance to the way you walk
It's sure to make most women grinBetween the manly stud you are
And the flashy chrome and paint
When you pull up at an intersection
You're sure the girls will faintThen fate would have it
The answer to your dreams
A firm young biker bitch
The trophy of your dreamsShe pulled up beside you at the light
On a low slung FRX
But the emrarrassing way she left you in the dust
Now we both wish you'd have kept the car

Well, ill try this one more time. i tried to post a blog sometime wednesday but blogger.com timed out on me and lost my post. *sigh*Wednesday morning got up and went to the smog station to get the bike tested so i can get it registered and have a legal running vehicle. It failed :( the CO's (CarbonMonoxide) levels where too high. the state limit is 5.0 and the bike was putting out 8.35. since it failed you are allowed one more time thru free, so i wanted to goto a motorcycle shop and see how much it would cost me for them to put it on the exhaust analyzer and try to get it within limits.. stopped by Apache Honda and talked to the mechanic at the desk about it. i showed hi the printout from the test and asked him how much it would cost me. he quoted $315 +parts.. HUH?? just to put it on the scope? he then proceded to tell me that he has been in the bussiness long enough to know that a 8.35 wasnt a carb adjustment and they needed to be removed and cleaned.. Im sorry. this guy is smoking crack! so from there i went to see a guy that i know that owns a Tattoo parlor and knows a few people that work on bikes.. so i stopped by there and picked his brain for a few minutes and he gave me a name and address of a Harley shop in Glendale that has a exhaust analyzer.. so off to them i went.. no luck there either. they only work on Harleys, i can respect that. if i owned a chevy shop, i sure as hell wouldnt work on a ford.. but i picked his brain also for a bit and he gave me a few ideas on how i can maybe get it low enough to pass.. so i went home cranked down on the air/fuel mixture screws till they where totaly seated and then i brought the idle up to about 1300 RPM.. the bike usually sits around 600 RPM.. then off to the inspection station again. still failed but this time it got a 6.11. and since it failed twice i was eligable for a waiver.. every vehicle is allowed one waiver in its life time.. and since i REALLY need something to get around on i went with that.. but the waiver station is on the other side of town, maybe 30 or so miles.. by this time its around 2pm and i started this whole mess at 9AM. the mechanic at the waiver station was the most helpfull person i have met in ages (or at least that day). since there was no one else really waiting behind me we worked on the adjustments for about 30 minutes but there was no way the bike was going to go below 5.93. so he granted me the waiver and off to the MVD we went to get it registered.. The bike is running awesome even tho it wont pass smog, i am able to pull wheelies thru 1st and 2nd gears. thats pretty tough with a cruiser/chopper style bike. but the needles that i installed with the Cobra kit is way too much for the engine as it sits.. the registration is up again in april, so i have to put the original needles back in it before then.. but i'll wait till it has to go back in for smog.
sometime wednesday night or thursday mornin someone broke into my black truck.. looks like they wanted the stereo system. but i have 4 huge sheet metal screws that holds a metal plate that was fabricated for the radio.. i dont think they had any tools so they ended up taking my truck box speakers.. leaving the stereo and amp.. Fucking Retards!

In with a new year and in with a new life. The easy way is the route chosen by both people and a route that i plan on keeping. I am going to look deep within myself for the next couple of months and see what l have been ignoring and try to become the Man that i was once starting to become but was laid into a deep freeze and forgotten. During this time i will not write anything in the blog about my feelings, thoughts or ideas, as for they will be but a passing faze in my transformation and my thoughts one day may not be what i am thinking the next. I will be going thru many facets.. reckless, happy, sad, angry, reclusive, loveable... you name it, i will do it all for the sake of trying to become the Man that i wish to become and to find the true Man that i am.. The people in my life are going to fall into different classes 1) People that i love (Family/Friends)... They maybe the worst off.. for they will see me change from one day to another. And will participate in my journey 2) Acquaintances/Strangers... This is a time to start anew. i have treated these people with unfair prejudice in the past. I wish to grow in this particular area, for i have missed the company of some wonderfull people from these actions. 3) Enemies/Retards... This class will remain the same. The well has been tainted so to speak and cannot be truelly sterilized. My attitude will be in hybernation to them. but DO NOT wake or provoke the attitude, once it has been woken up and senses its cave is cold and empty it will be even more fierce and hungry then it has ever been in the past. this time it has nothing to lose.. Someday it will learn how to return to a peacefull slumber without incident and not be awoken or provoked, but not here and not now.. only when its cave is warm and full once againNew years resolutions.... Loose weight, i am going to work on hitting the 240 - 250 mark. yes, its only 50 or so pounds but i also want to be able to bench press 385 again and with asperations to do 500+,. with loosing fat and gaining muscle it will be a hard slow path... Why 240 - 250? at 6' any male weighing less then 200 looks sad and like they are in the final stages of AIDS and with my body frame i can carry the extra weight. I am also planning on starting Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or some other form of ground based martial art. Not only will this help with the weight loss and muscle gain, but it also teaches you humility and self control. and the last resolution, to stop chewing.. this one will be the toughest. it is my pacifier, my addiction, my weakness.
From here on this blog will contain nothing but news..
Woot! Thanks to Josh and Micheal my motorcycle is now running :) now i have to get all the bugs worked out.. the choke doesnt open all the way, it idles too high and i know the carbs are not balanced. i should be able to take care of these problems within the next couple of days. I am going to try to come up with the $17 for the air filters that i want for it. since i have it all torn apart and things are not synced yet this is the best time. The bike still needs new clutches, but i can "baby" it (yea! right!) for a bit and make these last a little longer.
Enuf!

Wow!! Talk about an emotional rollorcoaster.... I was down cause of being afraid of my dads CT scan results, then up after sulis called and said she was interested in getting a new car, then down again when she got home and had a heated discussion about the car subject and then once again up cause i was called in for an interview for a job that i really want. I dont know if i can handle that again, my Neanderthal brain is meant for a flat line emotions.. Neither extremely happy nor extremely sad. It needs to be brought into either emotion slowly.I called the contact person for the interview back this morning and they want me to bring 2 references of people that have supervised me in the past. That isnt an easy task, the last job i had i was "supervised" by some lady that never interacted with me except for bitching at me or giving me projects to do thru email and she was my supervisor for only a month or so, so im gonna scratch that option. the supervisor before her at the same job wont take calls for such a subject, he will refer them to Human Resources. And like they know anything about me.. the job i had prior to that one does not due bussiness in town anymore. They closed up shop and moved everything back to singapore or malaysia or where ever they are from. So thats a dead end also. That leaves me with jobs that i held over 7 years ago or longer. I dont think thats what this place wants but thats all i have to offer. Ill give them a contact from a job i had along time ago at a local gas station and that i have kept in contact with over the years. that leave one more contact. I have NO clue who to use, im trying to get ahold of a gentleman i worked with pretty closely with at my last job. While he never had to supervise me he still knows my work ethics.
get better Lex!! :)

Today is the day that has the power to drasticaly change the rest of our lives.. My Father is going in for his CT scan today to see what his lung Mets are doing. If they have shrunk, Great! Awesome! life is good. he will be able to return to work and then work on setting up his retirement within the next few years.. If they have stayed the same size, well... The options are completely up to him and my mother. either go back to work and play this whole thing out by ear every 6 months or go back onto IL-2. And if they have grown.. Not good! He will most likely be put back onto IL-2 and that in itself is bad.. So needles to say i've been hoping for the best.Once again i would like to thank Lex and S for their old DSS equipment :)
Uhg! I need to get off my ass and catch up on the house work. I've let it slip a little for the last couple of days, and with 3 kids.. it adds up fast :(

Hoe Hoe Hoe... :)Well Christmas has came and past for us. all in all, i had a good time. watching the kids and sulis open their presents.. Im usually pretty nuetral about most holidays. but i have a soft spot for christmas.. the only thing that gets me down about it is not having enough money to get the things you want to get for your loved ones and peoples attitudes surrounding the season, Ok.. make that two things. but the former always makes up for the later on christmas eve and christmas day.
I got alot of goodies this year, bu most of them came early due to necessity. like, My motorcycle jack/lift (which ended up not being needed at that moment) and a good car battery charger/starter. the only thing that i got early that wasnt a necessity was the Sega Dreamcast. And that was bought as a present for both me and my son. The deal we got on it was too good to pass up, $150 for the system, VMU, extra controler and one new game. tonight i got a electric screw driver, drill bit set with sockets and screw driver extensions, security screw driver bit set (extremely nice), Tom Clancy book, Kick flips finger bicycle (from my daughter), Nice wall clock with a sketch of a Rotty, leather wallet (from my lovely wife sulis) and and and.. shit! i cant think of anything else right now that i got.. Someone *cough*lex*cough* has got me all excited and stuff about these certain cards ive been wanting. Oh well! enough about what i got for now.
I bought sulis a nice little dagger for christmas. i still dont know why i would give that women a knife that has a blade longer then 4 inches. glutten for pain i guess *shrug*. Uhm, got my Father a christmas fire truck that has santa sitting in it and it whistles and blows smoke out of the steam engine. i wonder if he will ever have enough fire dept memorbelia? he's been collecting fire truck models, toys and hot wheels forever. Plus he also has a collection of brass antique fire extinguishers and other odd ball stuff that would make any museum envious. and not every guy can say that he has his own 1932 seagraves fire truck that has been fully restored.. Hmmmm, i got my mom some movie theatre gift certificates. its what she asked for and its pretty hard to buy something for a women that has everything she ever wanted. The kids made out like Bandits.. shit loads of dolls, hot wheels, poochies, furbies (grandparents revenge), skate boards and skates and everyone in my family got CD players except me. im not complaining at all. i never use them :) and there is a list a mile long of other stuff they got.
But, you know what... the biggest gift to me tonight was being able to see each of my family members smile. its not so much as what they got as a present, but for a moment all the worries where gone.. and thats a gift that has no dollar amount.

Sitting here trying to dub the cam corders video to a VHS tape for the 4th freaking time, this really isnt that complicated but the audio/video gremlims are out to get me.. tracking is all off. audio is hissing.. *sigh* maybe its time to clean the heads on the VCR's since my shop is like a small bowl of dust and i bet that isnt helping things..Tommorow we open presents *Woot!* Eeeeer, today actually. its been a long standing tradition with my family to open presents on christmas eve. then that allows us to go visit relatives and what not.. christmas 2000.. wow, where has the years gone? I still remember going thru the presents under my parents tree and putting all my presents in one area like it was yesterday };)... I also cant believe i've lived here in Phoenix or 12 years now. Oct 31 1988 was my first night in Phoenix.. Moving here to goto auto/diesel mechanic school..

"Dont let your mouth write a check your ass cant cash" "Your tug boat mouth is going to sink your row boat ass" and for the Red Necks and WWF fans "Know your role!" with that said... What is it with people that they tend to bite off more then they can chew? Does sitting in a moving car with the windows rolled up and doors locked add to their balls? same thing with sitting behind a keyboard, phone and/or not being in the same physical location? do these actions bring peoples stupidity to a higher level? or does it remove all instincts of self preservation? case in point.. this afternoon i went to go pick my kids up from the bus stop, but i was running a few minutes late and when i got to the bus stop no one was there. So i made a quick loop around the block just to see if they where walking home. As i was turning back into the neighborhood i saw the bus heading towards the bus stop.. so i high tailed it back to the bus stop and by the time i got there the bus was already stopped at the area that it usually stops at. so with them coming from the south and me going the opposite way i couldnt turn around and be on the same side of the road.. the bus had its little stop sign out, lights blinking away.. the whole 9 yards.. i was kinda parked to the right of my lane so when my kids came across the road they would be more towards the sidewalk.. but this fucking idiot bitch retard comes rolling up behind me at a good clip like she was going to blow right past the bus and all the warnings.. the bus driver blew the horn on the bus to get her attention and at the same time i put the truck in gear and pulled a hard left to block the road since at that time my kids where walking across the road.. she ended up only about one foot away from my door.. so i let my kids get in and get buckled and situated, no big hurry.. when they where done i rolled the truck back a little so the car and truck where lined up... now, this is where i get confused.. 2 ladies, one being in her early 20's and the other was maybe her mother.. i looked over at them to see what the hurry was and she stared back then lifted her hand up and flipped me off! LOL.. so i returned the kind gesture. anyways, what was her action going to accomplish? nothing! she cant back it up, she wouldnt back it up since she pulled away in a hurry.. it was like some one poking a bear with a short stick and then running.. Lame! if you cant back up your talk or actions and you know you cant back up your talk or action.. shut the fuck up and be a good little bitch before someone puts you in your place.. its only the best thing for ones health and well being.. If your David "Tank" Abbot or Ken Shamrock from the UFC or pretty much anyone from there.. well, you can do whatever you want and please disregard anything that i have said.. :)On a better, happy note.. Congrats to Lex and the man formaly known and S on their new house.. Woot!

Finnaly some good news. my parents both had their Doctors appointments yesterday, and so far so good.. My mom is doing great after her surgery even tho she may have pushed herself to hard to get well. they took her off of Tamoxifen and that scares her since she has taken it everyday for the last 7 years and she tends to believe it is the reason why her cancer hasnt returned :)..... My Dad is doing awesome his blood workup came out extremely good, his blood cell count is up, his creatone (sp?) levels are awesome and everything is looking for the good.. NOW, i just hope that his CT scan at the end of the month does just as well. He is getting very anxious to do stuff, he is starting to look for projects to work on around the house and he wants to return to work. returning to work is a possability if his CT scan shows that his lung mets have either decreased or has stayed stable. if they have increased then he may have to go back on Interluken-2 and then there is no way that he can return to work *crosses finger*Vehicle news.. i visited an old boss of mine that owns a few Mobile gas stations and a couple of them have autorepair bays. i asked him what machine shops he recomends for doing head work and he gave me one place that he "only" deals with.. from what they said they do awesome work and is reasonably priced. i need to call them and get a price on how much it will cost me for them to Magna Flux the head and see if it is repairable.. I wish i had a couple thousand dollars sitting around, i would just shoe horn in a V8 into the damn thing.. Heh, Rice Boys beware! :P

welp.. out of 4 vehicles only 1 is driveable.. after that fiasco with the toyota i brought the Plymouth truck outa retirement. everything was going great for a few days with it, no problems. actually it really impressed me, being that it sat for 3 years and only a couple of hours of work and some TLC it came back to life. but it was a short lived life, Monday morning i drove to the bus stop with the kids like i do every other day of the week. and for some reason i ended up shutting the engine down.. flooded it or something, but i tried to restart it and nothing. totaly dead battery. Ok cool, its probably from the LCD clock that i hooked up and i didnt put one of the leads on the ignition side of the battery so it sits all night draining the battery. no problem, push it home (approx 200 yards) no problem. brought out the battery charger/starter and jump start it.. Cool, everything is looking good in the world... WRONG!!! as i was sitting there watching the AMP meter on the dash waiting for it to center itself (that means the battery is charged and isnt pulling any current from the alternator) i happened to look over at the Temp guage... it was sitting at 3/4 HOLY SHIT!! the truck has never ever gotten that hot, even when pulling the toyota behind it and a bed full of oddball belongings from cali and going over the grape vine on I-5.. I immediatly shut the engine off to see whats up, the first thing i see when i got out of the truck was a trail of anti freeze on the driveway *sigh*.. well to make a long story short, there is a crack in the head. somewhere in the exhaust port and it leaks water into the exhaust manifold. and as i was taking the head off the truck i noticed water in the intake manifold. so HOPEFULLY i can take the head down to a machine shop and have them magna flux the head (check for cracks) and then have them repair the crack(s) otherwise im SOL.. a used head for it costs anywhere between $200 - $350 and then i have to get it worked on. OR i have a complete engine sitting over at my parents house from another little truck we tore down and i can use the head off that. that is something i dont want to do at the moment. i would rather have this one repaired or find a used one real cheap.. as i understand from reading tech sites on these engines they are known to crack due to them installing steel valve guides into an aluminum head and if "I" am having this problem so is everyone else and i would like to keep that extra engine whole for as long as possible..i cant wait till i find a decent job.. as soon as our bills are caught up im getting a new vehicle. either my dodge ram 4x4 or a PT Cruiser, i havent checked yet but rumors are they are going to be putting a V6 in them soon :)
Now for my daily rant.. i heard on the TV or Radio about a movie theatre chain being sued because of their Stadium style seats. so i looked it up. LINK Ok.. WTF is going on? are peoples lives so frivolous that they have to bitch about movie seats? come on!! there is spots in each theatre for wheel chair parking and there is plenty of seats available for people that cant walk stairs to sit.. let me think about this, you have a DISablility!!!! period thats why they call it a disability.. (Main Entry: dis·abil·i·ty, Pronunciation: "di-s&-'bi-l&-tE, Function: noun, Date: 1580, 1 a : the condition of being disabled b : inability to pursue an occupation because of physical or mental impairment, 2 : lack of legal qualification to do something, 3 : a disqualification, restriction, or disadvantage) Notice the last entry "a disqualification, restriction, or disadvantage" YOU CANT FUCKING DO IT... get over it!! i mean *sheesh* there are alotments made for them to attend a movie and have adaquate seating. now they are bitching about where they are sitting. so by their thinking if i where to goto the movies and got held up in traffic and didnt get to the theatres on time to get a decent seat i can sue the theatre for not providing me good seating? fuck that! next thing you know they are going to be sueing state parks for not making wheel chair accessable rock climbing

Well Well Well.. Just got done reading sulis's blog and talking to her, Here is what i have to say.. "I should follow my own favorite piece of advice: "maybe if everyone else is fucked up maybe the problem is actually you"" In this case babe. the problem isnt you.. they are fucked up. the only thing that you can blame on yourself is being to compassionate."That you can't have all the love and all the fucking attention when you want it but have everyone turn their back when you don't" That is a product of irresponsability and the lack of countability and nothing to do with love.
"What I really want is everyone to get the fuck along, to stop feeling fucking sorry for themselves, to be part of the fucking family with a whole heart not just their little toe, to get their fucking acts together and maybe we can be great together" Its not going to happen, some people need their misery. Without it they are nothing. Without it they wont get the attention they crave. if they where ever to get along they would loose their misery and then maybe be part of a decent family. and when your part of a family you lose your individuality, once that happens then they cant cry about how bad "MY" life is and lose their attention.
"I have heard one of you tell me that family is only blood and fuck everyone else, I have heard one of you say that they want everyone to get the fuck out of there business" Blood is thicker then water. Heheheh, on to the next one.. This is actually pretty funny. They want everyone out of their bussiness? But yet again they cant keep to themselves.. Hmmmm. If i wanted people to not meddle in my affairs i would move.. move someplace far away from anyone else and not socialize. THATS the only way that is going to happen. If thats not going to happen consider me knee deep in the shit called your life. Why? because i can. :)
"I refuse to turn my back on you and let youi continue to dance to stupidity that I see going on all around me" Actually. the stupid dance is pretty funny to watch. and once one is doing it, it draws others to it. pretty soon there is a small loosely knit group of people (friends?) doing the stupid dance. and rarely do people once again become a spectator of the dance unless removed from the group.
"Why, I am I the bad guy for wanting us all to be happy and all of us to have all the things that we want and need, weather that is a motorcycle" You will be the bad guy no matter what you do when you try to take someones "drug" away. Sometimes you have to play the part.. I have a motorcycle };)
Yes. i maybe at fault for some of this that bothers you.. for which i am sorry and i am trying to learn how to lesson it. but with the other stuff it pains me and pisses me off to no end that such juvenile angst and high school antics affects you and gets you involved.. you have 3 loving children and a husband that loves you "higher then the sky *you finish the rest*". these outside distractions are nothing in the grand scheme of our life and unworthy of your attention and time.. Remember that i always have and will love you and i AM very proud of your accomplishements.
I miss you

Lets bow our heads and have a moment of silence for our dear Toyota........................................okay. She was a good toyota, a happy toyota, always there for you and did what you asked with a smile on her grill. several trips to our home town (800 miles one way) able to withstand our monsoon floods like it was a small puddle, in other words our own personal red submarine. able to pull ford 4x4 bronco's out of the rocks that she had no problems going thru herself. never ever left is stranded in her 135K mile life. the closest thing was the timing belt breaking at about 110K and that happened only 2 miles away from home.. Well, i got around to buying a new radiator cap for the car about a week ago since the old one wasnt holding any pressure. so, after a week of having it on there and not knowing where the water was going every other day. i checked the oil.... Water!!! there is water in the oil.NOT GOOD.. but i am happy that i checked it before one of the bearings seized or got spun, apperantly there is a crack in the block or head or else the head gasket blew out on it. needless to say the car is parked until i am able to chase that one down... onto the good news. i had to get the old truck going (79 Plymouth Sport) it has sat for just over 3 years and i needed to replace the water pump in it. so yesterday morning i set out to get it up and running. after cleaning the plugs and spraying some WD-40 into the cylinders i tried to crank the engine over.. no go!, so i grabbed a huge wrench and sprayed some more lubricant into the engine and after a few grunts on the wrench the rust broke loose. then i threw in a battery and hooked up the charger to help add some extra juice and tried to start it... it turned over a few times then she started.. even with shitty ass gas that has been in the tank for 3 years. i was sooooooooo happy... then i replaced the water pump, put on some new fan belts and spent some time getting the "lot rott" out of it and put $5 worth of new gas in it. so far so good, i spent the afternoon cleaning the truck and what not.. Damn i love Dodge/Plymouth trucks. Now i need to find a new driver side fender and bumber, sulis decided to pull out in front of some lady at a mall awhile back :( and really did a number on the fender. oh well!Laters!

Today was a decent day. woke up kinda late due to staying up with sulis till 6am. cleaned around the house a little then got ready for my parents to come over. at 5 we all went to the mall to get the kids pictures taken with Santa Claus and then went to McDonalds for dinner. Yup! Exciting stuff, at least nothing went wrong. actually, i feel a little lucky. i won a free Salad Shaker from McDonalds on their little scratcher game.. Woohoo! Maybe this is a sign of my luck changing? NOT!!! Its 4:45am and i'm wide awake and bored outa my mind. Cant sleep, not tired and i cant think of a single thing to do.. i feel my life has become a little stale of late. i know this by the fact that i want to rearrange my shop. just so that something seams new in my life. The quest for another job continues. i want something that will challenge me and give me opportunities to move forward. I am getting tired of being a rock on which moss grows. The last job that i had was with Avnet CMG. decent place to work, i dont think there is a better place for me to have gotten my experience but it grew old fast. there was nothing i couldnt handle and the wheels of management spun slowly which didnt allow for much training outside of the bussiness. sulis wants to get a job there when they open their new building and add the 3rd shift. i think its an awesome job for her to get experience. and sitting at a desk with a phone to your ear trying to help some freaking clueless retard how to work on their PC doesnt even come close to what she will learn on the PIC (Production Integration Center) floor.Damn im bored.
If you have ever seen the movie Aron Brocovich and the part where her boyfriend is at this city picnic and he see's some of his friends ride by on their motorcycles and he gets this glazed over look on his face..... Well, i totaly understand that feeling. everytime i see someone ride by on the road i get this primal urge to climb on my bike and head out with them. I guess i would have to foot pedal pretty damn fast since my motorcycle is still sitting in my garage collecting dust *pout*
Been trying to be productive the last couple of days. cleaned my shop from ceiling to floor, i too damn much crap for this small room. no matter what i do its still cluttered. Cleaned the garage again. same damn problem as my shop.what i need to do is go thru all my electrical parts out there. when i worked for KES we switched from building telco equipment to building burn in ovens and also doing the burn in process for IBM and their Prizm shop.. but anyways when we swapped products the CEO wanted to sell all this excess inventory of IC's, resistors, ect ect and he had us set them outside to be sold to either a scrap component dealer or a surplus electronics dealer. it sat out there for a few months. after we had to call the cops on some scavangers and throw a few tarps over the pile so the boxes wouldnt get too ruined by rain he decided to go ahead and throw it in the trash.. so i ended up with 4 truck loads of extra junk sitting in my garage. alot of it is just pure junk that has no real value besides piece parts and a bunch of good 9V wall transformers.. but there must be close to 1/4 million dollars worth of IC's sitting out there. would be nice if i could get what we paid for them. but now they are only worth a few bucks for some of the more popular stuff and the rest is only worth the gold that can be gotten out of them if melted down. you can probably get 1 oz of gold from all that junk sitting out there. after i get all that shit tossed or sold then i can start planning on building my shop in the garage.. it will take up one full side of the 2 car garage. :)
Still feeling extremely Anti-Social. like this isnt a stretch from my norm. but i have been feeling more explosive tho. it seams that i need to stay indoors as well. everytime that i have gone someplace public the last couple of weeks people have been more on edge and totaly missing the meaning of christmas. i can get totaly involved in an altercation if i dont tone down a little.. like tonight when we pulled into the parking lot at McDonalds some retard was out for a joy ride in his POS ford truck and didnt slow down for another car heading to the drive thru.. words where exchanged and i felt myself being pulled into it. not good! Well, sulis just woke up for another hit of Nyquil. so i am going to stop rambling on and visit with her for a few..

Excuse me while i climb onto my soap box here.. after reading some of the posts over on my wife's community web blog and the topics it contained. I got interested in a couple of things people have brought up and i wanted a chance to put my 2 cents in.. you know, play devils advocate or what not. so i asked her if she would add me to the list and guess what? i guess there is people on that list that cant handle my way with words or that is easily offended. whatever the case maybe she has to protect them like a bunch of children and she refused to add me. To which i think is a load of fucking crap! I have to respond to the last post by her and the statement of "He calls anyone I call a friend an acquaintance. Of course He thinks his friends are all real friends" Bullshit!! there is maybe one or two people that i would ever label a friend. the rest of them.. well, acquaintance's.. The reason i say this is that most of the people that i have met, and yes. i have met ALOT of people. of all race, religions ect ect. and what do they want? thats the problem, they "want". what can he/she do for me? how much emotional baggage can i unload on them?. Everyone wants something. What i want is someone to have my back, to be there when the shit falls. No matter if it doesnt fit their schedule or if its something they dont want to do.. I want to know that someone would take a bullet for me, because if your a friend, i would take one for them. These one or two people that i can truelly label a friend has been there for years. the smallest length of time is now going on 12 years. And the reason i label them as a friend is cause we have been tested by time. friendships are not made over night. How can someone call someone else a "friend" when they have only known them less then a year or maybe just a little longer? no idea. maybe some people dont feel fullfilled unless their day runner, cell phone or email address book isnt full of insignificant people's names. *shrug*Next but not last there is one small quote that disturbed me from her personal blogger and that is this "Tal says I am being melodramatic about it." this is on the subject of my son and when he had his siezures and RSV.. I dont think that she is being melodramatic about it at all. i believe that she should stop mourning the past and enjoy the present. Like she said. he is a happy healthy child now. why make yourself depressed over what happened in the past while the present slips away
Lastly was the subject of what makes a Lady or Gentleman.. Well, since i am not allowed on the list and voice my opinion on the belief that a persons social standing and activities make the person....... If i where *cough*bullshit*cough* on the list *cough*weak*cough* i would go *cough*shallow*cough* on. but i am not. so ill let it be.
Saturday we went out to my parents just like any other weekend.. It was enjoyable, we got down the christmas decorations and all that stuff. later that evening my dad and i put the tree up and my daughter and mom put the decorations on. I never truelly believe its christmas until my parents house is decorated :) Also that night we watched the fights on PPV. the main match was between Trinidad and Vargas Awesome fight.. Both fighters where down at one time or another but Trinidad pulled it thru and kicked that loud mouthed vargas's ass.
Well, i feel like i am writing another damn book and im getting hungry. Im outa here

Well Hell!!! Its December, Time to be happy and all that. Where the hell did the other 11 months ago? Didnt we just get done celebrating the Millenium? *sheesh* Ho fucking Ho Humbug, Merry Christmas. Yup its that time of year again and here i am sitting with out the 130 Million from the Power Ball Lotto. I Bought a DAMN ticket.. Its MINE i tell you MINE!!! i meant to pick those numbers i swear!! Anyways, went out and spent money of christmas stuff, Tree, Ornaments, Lights and Tinsel (love that tinsel) and when sulis got home from work we trimmed the tree. Looks nice if i may say so. Ill put a pic up later since the camcorder is recharging right now. I know, a freaking pic of a christmas tree. But its MY christmas tree Damnit :PWith it being the holidays I tend to start doing some deep thinking. Life, Family and Career. Life - yea, i think i got one, sometimes it feels like i dont since its stuck on pause right now. but i am trying to find the play button. Family - You know, i cant ask for anything more. i got 3 great kids (even though i want to sell them off to the slave trade sometimes) they are all healthy. I have a Beautiful wife of almost 11 years.. Damn! has it been almost 11 years? O_O and i have parents that are the best in the world.. What brought this on? i started to surf around and happened apon a link to a "female goth webcam ring" and i was reading their bloggers. posts, thoughts. just about anything they put on their page that led to insight to their minds. You know what? they all need to stop their bitching, seriously we all have problems. We drudge thru them. shit like, My computers not working, My cars broke, My boyfriend/girlfriend is pissed at me. just rediculous shit, shit that has no real meaning. They end up going to a head shrink that just takes their money and puts them on some mind altering drug that makes them freaking smile all the time.. Yea, i know there is people out there that truelly need these meds to function correctly. but to be on meds cause your life isnt going as planned! give me a break. This is the same thing as kids on ritalin and their so called ADD. Its a scapegoat for parents and teachers, so they dont have to be a parent or actually have teaching skills. all they have to do is maintain this mound of drooling flesh sitting on their chairs. Where was i going with this? Oh!! People and their misserable lives. They dont know what having a problem is like.. Take my father for example, a strong man. Has everything a man could want in life. Then all of a sudden have to live the realization that it can all be ripped away by cancer. Now thats a fucking problem.. Enuf!!! Career - Thats the "play" button that i am trying to find
Holidays and people. What about it that brings their nasty side out? Thursday afternoon i was running around to different stores with my mom and i could just feel the tension in the air as we walked thru the stores. people being uptight, rude and thinking that "their" priorities are the highest.. this came to a boil in me when we stopped at WalMart to look at some christmas decorations.. If you know me then you know i am the fisrt person to stick my finger into someones sore spot.. if they dont, ill make one... well, as we where driving up and down the parking lot looking for a parking place my mom saw an open handicapped place... yes, she isnt the one that the tag is registered to but she has just recently gotten out of the hospital for her annurism surgery. anyways, she started to drive towards it as this asshole.. excuse me, i dont want to be associated in the same class as he... this fuck head come up the lane the wrong way and pulls into it in front of it... well, thats it. im getting out. so i got out of the car walked over to this guy and said "thanks jackass for taking the spot" he replies "ah, pretty good! and yourself?" WTF!!! not only is he fucking stupid he's def.. so i repeated my statement. and he shrugged and asked if i had a tag.. i dont have to answer to this fucking idiot so i told him its none of his fucking bussiness and the point is that he came up the wrong way and pulled into the place in front of us and yes we do have a tag. then he responds with "well, i earned mine" what kind of fucking responce is that? "i earned mine" like its a fucking war medal or something. so in my best assholeness voice i told him that if he keeps it up that im going to make him earn it all over again.. at that point we just went our different ways.. Another satisfied customer :)

ok, im bored.. i took a nap with sulis this evening and didnt wake up till 8:58PM, way too much sleep. Im sitting here watching TV, surfing the web and waiting for the laundry to get done.. exciting huh? Found a site that hosts Polls for you so you dont need to build it from scratch.. so heres mine.. totaly Lame, but i wanted to test it out.
Heres the URL incase someone else wants to do a Poll MyPoll.net
Well, i was suppose to head to Peoria this morning to drop a Resume at a place for a job. But this AM when i took the kids to the bus stop the toyota started to act weird, the temp jumped up quickly to a little over normal. so i decided to wait till sulis got home and take the truck, *sigh* she didnt get home till 2:30PM so i didnt have time to run up there and still be back in time to pick the kids up from the bus stop. So, in the meantime i decided i would go out and mess around with the toyota and see what i can break. I finnaly got it to get pretty hot in my driveway by parking it behind the van to restrict air flow and then holding the RPM's around 3K. it took awhile to get up to a decent temp but once it did i found at least ONE of the culprits in the water leak. The damn radiator cap has gone bad *sigh* i have a STANT cooling system pressure tester, but i only have the adapters for Domestic Vehicles. It would of been so easy with the correct adapter.

How much bullshit can you take from one person? how many lies? how many empty promises? how can one person open up their family to someone and not get the respect of the same? how can someone go from caring for someone to pure disgust? I have found out...

Heyya! Spent most of the day in front of the TV. not really exciting but Discovery channel was having a Junk Yard Wars marathon today. Man, i would love to be part of one of those teams, That is totaly my kind of stuff. I wouldnt mind building a Robot to compete in the Robot Wars either. I have some wacked ideas for a robotMexicans... *sigh* what are we supposed to do with them? A couple of them came over again today to check out the van, they where here yesterday to ask if its for sale, Well, Yea! everything is for sale for the right price.. But i guess they where expecting me to let it go for real cheap. They looked at it for a bit and nit picked the problems with it trying to get me to go down in price, I'm asking $1000 for it plane and simple. they give me cash, i sign over the title and i dont want to see the piece of shit again. But, they wanted to come over the next day with a battery to see if it will start and so they showed up around 11AM with no battery in hand and with more nit picking. AGAIN he asked if i would go lower in price, NO!!! i swear next time he asks i am going to raise the price on him by $250 and every time he asks ill up it another $250.. i mean shit! the piece of crap is worth $1000 to me running or not. i could strip it down and sell the glass and rims and trany and get over 1K for it. also i can use it for a trade in at one of those dealers that will accept any vehicle as a trade in and give you $2500 for it. What the hell does he want with it anyways? to carry more children? O_O
I finished Tom Clancy's Cardinal Of The Kremlin awesome book, a little too much russian politics/goverment in it for me but awesome none the less. So far my favorite book from his has been Without Remorse. and next would be Rainbow 6 but the newest series that i just started called Net Force. Its about the internet in the future and a govermental division that is in place to enforce the new laws of the net.. Hmph! well, now this is shitty.. after looking for links to these books i think i may have not gotten the first book in the series. :(

Sheesh! whats wrong with the world today when people have to sue a place cause they got burned by a freaking pickle? ITS FOOD BITCH!! COOKED FOOD! ITS HOT!! ITS A GOOD THING!! she would also be first in line to sue if the food wasnt brought up to FDA mandated temp's.. Fucking Retards!
Now these are cute Weenie Babies would this be mentaly scaring to a child to recieve in their christmas stocking?... Heheheh

Well shit!! Not really an exciting week at all. My server crashed really hard and i had to reload Win2K server all over again. so the IRC server was down and so was the web server *shrug* but everything is back up now, but it isnt perfect yet. Still lots of "tweaking" to do and ect. the DNS maybe down for a day or two while all the routers get updated with the new IP that was assigned to me while the server was off. but it shouldnt be a problem at all.The neighbors across the street had a garage sale this weekend and he was trying to sell a weight set with military press, leg extensions, butterflys and squat bar for $30.. so anyways we bought it, it needs a little work. the steel cable is frayed in a couple of places and one of the legs on it are broken. but that can all be taken care of pretty easily. my only problem with it is the leg extension seat is too shallow and when i try to do extensions it rolls up my leg almost to my knee. it hurts :P ill modify that later.
OH! i knew i forgot something that happened. we met my parents at David Kwans for lunch on Thursday and on the way back the damn Toyota decided to over heat. so for the last 6 miles on the way home we had to drive a mile then stop till it cooled off then drive another mile. *sigh*
*poof*

Heh, Spent most of my day laughing my ass off. i finnally found some other people that share my thoughts on these "Wannabe" racers and their little rice grinding cars, you know the ones... Lowered, Whale Tail, Blacked out lights and retarded exhaust pipes. Speaking of exhaust pipes check out this Lame Ass and his exhaust pipe too freaking funny. what are these idiots thinking of? Here are some links to the sites i found Beaterz and click on "Review" then "Simply Rice" and also check out Brians Rice Boy Page Heh... "Theres No Replacement For Displacement" all the puke colors and bolt on's in the world are not going to help those pieces of shit (dare i say it?) cars?Speaking of Piece Of Shit cars.... after dropping my kids off at the bus stop i headed over to McDonalds for some breakfast and as i pulled up into the drive thru there was a Corvair parked in front of me, Bright yellow with all the aftermarket fender skirtings and stuff. actually the car was in decent shape but the engine had something to be desired. Like Balls, But anyways i guess the fantastic/infalable crew at McDonalds was taking thier time on his order so they made him pull around front and wait, so i pulled up and got my order and after checking it twice (you can never check enough) i pulled around front to B.S. with the owner for a second.. Poor corvair, it was just purchased a couple of weeks ago by a teen ager and by the reaction to my questions a corvair ignorant teen ager. The corvair was a 66 and had a 110 in it, i knew the year by the tail light design but the dual exhaust pipes kinda threw me and i guessed it had a 140 in it *shrug* other then that he wasnt very excited or informative of the car, i guess he got it cause it looked cool or something. i expect to see it in a nearby junk yard within the next year.
All this led me to a dream i had after i got home and ate my breakfast.. i used to own a 65 Corvair Corsa, it was a pretty fast little car and got all the looks and stares. i believe i have a pic of it in my corvair section on my site. but anyways, i ended up selling it to some kid for the same price that i bought it for and i cant remember why or the circumstances but i/we never signed a bill of sale or transfered the title. he ended up taking the car to a local mechanic cause the car used a little oil, with corvairs they use a forged piston jug and i put chromaly rings in it. with that combo it will take a good 50+ thousand miles for them to "break" in and not let oil past. so after this mechanic tore it apart and did whatever his little master mechanic mind thought should be done the kid couldnt fork over the cash to cover the total. so he let it sit there until somehow the mechanic got a mechanics title on it (these are used when people dont pay their bill and the mechanic takes possesion of the car to sell it) Hmmm, i kinda call this grand theft auto/ chop shop since "I" still have the current title and i never recieved anything about "my" car being transfered over to the mechanic. If i was notified of it i would of happily paid the bill (which would of been a lesser sum then i already had recieved from the kid) and gotten my car back. But as the story continues i was driving by the garage and noticed it sitting in front of the shop for sale so i decided to take a look at it and ask a few questions. They where asking $3500 for it HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! since i only paid $3000 for it and no way in hell was it worth the extra $500. the mechanic was showing me the car all proud like till i started to point out problems it had. like where the rear shocks had punched a hole thru the body and i had to weld a chunk of metal in it and also the rust under the windshield ect ect, the list is a mile long and then i decided i would pop the fact that i own that car and how funny i thought it was that he had a "clear title" on it while i owned the original title and it was still valid. needless to say he became busy at the moment and had to stop showing me the car and the next day the car wasnt there anymore. :P
Oh yea!! i forgot the dream part. in my dream for some awfull reason i was at some guys house looking to buy something or whatever and i happened to pull up a tarp that was covering a car.. and low and behold there was my corvair *sigh* Damn you Josh... Damn you and your corvair fever :P its spreading back to me.. Just say No! Just say No! Just say No!

Heyya... Not much to say or anything, still coughing my lungs up but its way better then it was.Went out to my parents house Saturday, Yea! i know it wasnt Sunday like usual but sulis's work has her on some freaking 10 day workathon (Retards) and it didnt make a difference to her what day we went out so i picked Saturday so i wouldnt have to worry about the kids having to wake up early for school the next morning. My mom is back home from the hospital after staying there 2 nights they released her Thursday evening. She is still sore from the operation and has bruises everywhere from I.V's and stuff but she is on the road to recovery :) We watched the fights Saturday also, Lennox Luis Vs David Tua. I had such high hopes for Tua but he just seamed to puss out and not take any chances on going into the inside, Lennox kept him on the outside with his jabs and made Tua look like a little girl.. I swear if Tua had half the rage that Tyson does he would of taken the belt *sigh*

Im back.. where did i leave off? Hmmmm. After my Dad woke up we ate a little something for breakfast and sat around till about 9 AM and he decided its time to head for the Hospital. again i didnt thing it was a good idea for him to drive so i showered up called sulis to tell her the change of plans and headed to the Hospital. During the night they moved my mom from Recovery to ICU and we got a little lost trying to find her :P but our Male intuition didnt fail us and after a few double doors and choking down our pride and reading the signs on the wall we found where she was. All things considered, she looked pretty good when we got there. i mean sheesh, she just had a major operation and all. her voice was pretty horse and she said she is beyond sore and a little groggy. but about noon she was feeling more alive then she did earlier and was actually serving herself crushed ice and such :) They mentioned to her prior to the operation that there was a chance of her being released the day after but, Uhm... no! with her in that state and my dad being the way he is and all i didnt think it was a good idea and i guess the Doctor had the same thoughts cause he is having her stay tonight and possibly tommorow night. which i think is a great idea except for one fact. my Dad, he tends not to take the best care of himself with out my mom and him being by her side he wont take care of himself either. He missed his shot today which i suppose is ok just once but tommorow when sulis gets home i am going out to their place and get his meds and sulis can stop by there and give him his shot on her way to work. ill probably buy him a couple of gallons of bottled water also cause he gets dehydrated easily and he wont drink faucet water at all.Other then that there isnt much to say.. i tried to be lazy today and sleep but i kept waking up and or just couldnt sleep. Oh Well!!
I finnally got a sticker of the Tattoo i want. Here it is PIC i want it done in the middle of my back between my shoulder blades, let me know what you think and also i am looking for someone to draw me a Tribal for my arm. I am looking for something along the lines of what Goldberg of the WCW wrestling has. but thats his Tattoo and i want something original. remember, if you want to draw something up for me that i have 17 inch biceps and i want a full wrap around Tat. the ones on the Flash in the shops are usually only 12 inches and that would only be a Cuff Tat to me

Heyya. Well, now its Wednesday and my cough seams to be getting better *shrug* i still go thru spells of coughing fitsSpent all day yesterday at the Arizona Heart Hospital. we got there right before my mom had to check in and got to spend a few minutes talking and visiting before the hectic schedule began. after admiting and this and that she was finnaly taken to room and we got to see her once more for about 30 minutes and they came and wheeled her away at 10:30AM. After a few stressfull hours of waiting the consiarge
came and informed us that the Doctor wanted to speak with us in front of the nurses station. i dont know about everyone else but i got pretty tense then and was sick to my stomach untill we where standing there and got to see my mom being wheeled by in her bed, i was totaly relieved then. had a huge release of tension inside of me. Then the Doctor came out and told us that the procedure went as well as anyone could of hoped and the "stent" went in without a hitch and there is no external bleeding from it (external as external of the aorta) and its good to go as far as he can tell. Wednesday morning they are going to do a C.R.T on her and make sure everything is good and she will be released sometime this afternoon :) At 7pm last night we had to make a quick trip back to the hospital to pick up my dad, after being there all day and the stress and whatnot i didnt think it was a good idea for him to drive out to our place to spend the night. More later, Dad just woke up

Did i mention i HATE being sick? *sigh* i am now coughing up lung parts. Thursday and Friday i had a dry cough. which hurt like hell and gave me a sore throat. but it all worked itself to a head Saturday. Josh invited me to goto Palm Springs with him to a Corvair Show and Swap meet (more on that in a bit) on the drive there, during. and on the way home i coughed and i coughed and i coughed. especially when we where walking around and working all that good stuff outa my lungs, i thought i was gonna die. after getting home at around 5PM and sitting in my shop chair in a daze i watched some boxing on HBO then went and found our humiditifier filled it up rubbed some VICKS on my chest and crawled into bed.. Well, when i woke in the AM i started to cough up some Guinness worthy lung oysters. Ack! (*note to self* no more evap/vicks mixing) I believe i've had my share of being sick now. it's time for it to go away and bug someone else. The Corvair show was kinda of a bust, there was maybe 60 vendors for old and new parts and about 40 different corvair models. there was some corvair Vans. Trucks, alot of Late models and a handfull of early models. i was pretty dissapointed that the corvair stationwagon was not represented but was happy to see one parked on the street. There where quite a few corvairs with a V8 conversion in them. also known as a Corv8 or a Crown Corvair which got its name from the first "kit" form of the conversion. Josh ended up buying a few piece parts for his corvair and a couple of books. so it wasnt a total waste. plus it was the first time that he was able to get up and close to other corvairs besides his own. All in All i had a pretty good time even with my manic coughing. The funny thing about the whole day was that there was a GAY pride fair? powow? or whatever they call it in the same civic center. the corvair show was in one baseball field and "they" where in another. talk about alot of "happy" people walking around O_O
Well, my life is not complete without my qoute of worry or heartache. Tuesday morning at 8:30 my mom goes in for her Aortic Anurism surgery at the Arizona Heart Institute. she is going in for a new process where they enter in from the inside of her thigh and insert a stent where the artery is weakend, it's supposed to be a safe fast procedure and the recovery time is suppose to be under a weeks time. I hope so.. the alternative is the conventional procedure where they have to cut her abdoman open and go in there and do the stent straight on. and that will keep her there at the hospital for a week compared to one day with the other option and also the conventional one of course has a higher risk factor. more on this when its over. i dont have any real info on the new procedure, but i will get some. *sigh*
OK.. heres a question and a delima.. Me as a person hold very high expectations on a persons word. when i say i am going to do something. Damnit, I am going to do it one way or another or if the cercumstances are beyond my control i will get ahold of the person as soon as i can and try in some way shape or form to fullfill my word or to make alternative plans with the person that best fits their needs schedule or whatever.. But, one thing i do not do is leave the person hanging. i have done that once and i still feel like an ass for it. Heres the question... I have this "friend" that when they give their word its a crap shoot on if they will fullfill their word. I fully expect the same curtousy and commitment from the person as i show and give them, If not i usually totaly dissasociate myself from the person.. the way i look at it is if i am not worth the effort then why are they? Its less of a heartache, then i wont have to be dissapointed at that person again and the person wasnt a "friend" to begin with. am i being to harsh? should i change my actions? do other people have the same feelings? what would you do in this situation? Dont forget that i am a trained Asshole. true in every Asshole aspect, and probably will never change my thoughts or stance on the subject *shrug* this is just one of those curious questions
Sunday was my Moms birthday so as usual we went out to visit and stuff. but this time we treated my mom to dinner. sulis and my kids went shopping and bought some food. I hate being sick.
My best goes out to S and Lex.
Well, Halloween was a dud for me. I've been fighting an illness for the last couple of days, it started of on Sunday with a small cough but by Monday night i was officialy feeling like shit. havent gotten any good sleep despite sleeping 18 out of the last 24 hours. i keep waking up every 3 or so hours in a puddle of sweat and a fever. i get up and take some Nyquil *Mmmmmmm* and stay up a couple of hours till it kicks in.There was a comedian that once said that if RED and GREEN had a flavor, that Nyquil RED and GREEN is it :)
Continuing the other nights major BLOG.... When Brian was here and after i had took him to Petco to check out the ferrets he ended up talking to his buddy back in Cali and mentioned that we have ferrets here in the petshops. and i guess his buddy wanted one so Brian went back to Petco and got him an Ablino Ferret, carry bag, some upper respitory meds, shampoo, leeshe and harness. but after talking to the store clerk for a bit he learned that if the ferret isnt handled often that they become depressed and get sick alot, and it being california and all that the ferret was heading to he didnt know if he could find a vet to care for it when it needed it. so he made the decision to give the ferret to me.. Yes! i own a 10 week old albino Ferret now. :) He is majorly cute. i have some pics of him but ill wait till i get some good ones before i post them.
*COUGH* *COUGH* Time for Bed again..

Uhg! next big event, Hmmm.My cousin Brian and his girlfriend and my grandmother came down to visit my parents for a week. Its been awhile since ive seen any of them. my grandfathers funeral to be exact. They got their saturday evening talked to them on the phone briefly then and we are going out to my parents on sunday and will see them all then. Sunday wasnt really eventfull at all. i put in the horse shoe stakes in the yard and we tossed horse shoes for a couple of hours. wow, its been along time since ive done that and that can be said about everyone else as well. Brian and i decided to go out Tuesday and ill show him Phoenix. :)
Tuesday.. i picked him up at about 9:30am and off we went.. first stop, the Tattoo shop. Ive always wanted a Tattoo, but of what? a tribal band on my arm has always come to my mind. but, i dont want any stinking tribal off of the Flash on the walls. i want something that is one of a kind. i kinda like the Tribal that Goldberg has from WCW wrestling. but thats played out and.. of course, its his Tat. i need to draw something up and have them ink that for me :) But, i did find a nasty Tat of 2 Devil Girls done by Coop there is one that is on the Flash Poster, but not on the site. i would like to get that in the middle of my shoulders on my back *shrug*.. Pics later if i get it done or can find a good jpg of it. i would post a URL for the place IF they had a page :P
next stop. the local gun store. called Shooters World. this place used to be the premier place to buy all your malitia supplies. but since then they where bought out by Arizona Sportsman. now its a Wall-Mart of gun shops. politicaly correct ect ect. My cousin being from California and their strict fire arm laws to make the moral majority feel safe in their beds at night hasnt seen an Uzi, AK-47, AR-15 bullet proof vests, fanny packs as holsters and concielment holsters, natually he was having kittens. a regular kid in a candy store.. so after looking around a bit he asked them about their prices for lanes and gun rentals. they want $12 for a lane, $10 an hour to rent a hand gun and you buy the ammo. he ended up renting an Uzi and bought a box of shells (50 rounds) and off we went to the indoor gun range located in the same building. (BORING.. nothing to shoot at except paper targets. Zzzzzz) he let off about 20 rounds and wanted me to shoot it. what the hell! i have nothing better to do. so i went up to the line. cycled the next round, aimed, fired.. Uhm! im not THAT bad of a shot. it wasnt even in the torso section of our target. so i went thru the steps of proper aiming.. AGAIN!! high and right.. fuck it, let em rip. 3 seconds later and 10 rounds gone i was done.. what a piece of shit. no wonder they are fully automatic. you cant freaking hit anything with just one bullet, so lets toss alot out there and hope on the odds. at this time Brian is grinning ear to ear. like he was just devirginized or something. after we where done we went to pay for everything and i mentioned it was his birthday to the girl at the counter and she ended up giving him a discount and not charging him for rental of the Uzi. pretty cool eh?.
off to my favorite store.. The Ocean Floor, its a HUGE fish store. maybe about the same dimensions as a football field.. just huge. again Brian is grinning ear to ear.. he and i both love the habby of Aquariums. but there is nothing like The Ocean Floor in the San Jose area. not much happened here, looked at tanks.. supplies, fish, pond equipment, more fish and some more fish after that. :)
next was Petco to see the ferrets. again, him being from California and ferrets being illegal there. *shrug* no clue as to why they are illegal there. maybe its to protect them from mentaly unstable people carrying ferrets, oh wait! thats guns. heh. nothing more scary then having a loaded ferret pointed at your head when being car jacked.
Im sure glad i moved outa that shit hole called california
welp, thats about it for now. i this i wasted enough ANSI characters for today

Damn Cobwebs!!!
ok... a friend of mine called and asked if i was still interested in helping him work on his 1966 chevy corvairso, what was supposed to be a 6 hour job turned into 20+. the original plan was just to R&R the clutch, throwout bearing and input shaft bushing.. but, if you've ever met someone that is bitten by the corvair but you know that you cant just buy a couple new parts. he also bought a pressure plate and a new snout that the throwout bearing rides on. It took only over an hour to drop the engine and transaxle out of the corvair (im a pro at this even after 10+ years of not working on a corvair.. Dont ask why i'm a pro at it :P) we pulled it up to the garage and proceded to split the transaxle and engine apart.. so far so good! even tho the damn thing is pretty heavy and greasy, we managed not to break anything besides our backs.. OK, we have it split and sitting on the floor, off comes the preasure plate.. out falls the clutch.. looks easy so far right? now comes the fun part. the input shaft bushing. trust me. ive done a few of them in the past and not one of them was a pretty site. In theory.. heh you're supposed to be able to pack the bushing with axle grease and take a clutch guide and whack it with a BFH (Big Fucking Hammer) and thru the amazing science of hydrolics it comes spitting out.. well. ALL the ones i have done in the past have not been easy.. so i told my friend to grab a hammer and a screw driver and get pissed at it. start chiseling away at it. heres the part where i thought i was going to be able to sit on my ass and point and laugh.. wrong!!! remember the throwout bearing snout? that was my own piece of heaven.. we looked at it for a bit, then we looked at it some more.. yup! its not going to come out by itself. Damn! now, let me explain this. Yes, im a "trained mechanic" Yes, ive done this ONCE before. but this is where i bite the bullet and shell out $100+ for a machine shop to do it for me.. and i get a warranty, so i dove in with my sockets and wrenches and my toes crossed for good luck. meanwhile poor Josh is back at the input shaft bushing with hammer and screwdriver in hand. this is hour 1 of the Josh Vs Bushing.. i get all the axles guts torn out and neaty tossed on the driveway and the next step is to "Press" the snout out.. Uhm! PRESS? BFH maybe? naw.. too brutal so we decided to look at it some more... nope, its still not coming out by itself. this is where an Arhbor Press would work great. but considering i am married to someone that believes that you shouldnt buy tools when your not currently using them.. i dont own an Arhbor Press. luckily his father in law has one so we decide to drive over there and take care of it.. after 3 hours. 1 Diabetic reaction (Josh) 1 food break and mutliple practice runs of trying to line up the oil gallies on the new snout with the axle case we are done with that.. back to my house we go.. Josh take his hammer and screwdriver again and off to conquer the bushing.. i have the axle back together withing 30 minutes and now its time to align the gears, after many adjustments and doubting my own abilities. Owe! its hour 3 of Josh Vs Bushing. heh, i think he has finnaly got it scared.. I got all the gears lined up to where i was happy, but i still didnt have that warm fuzzy feeling yet. At this time Josh's father in law comes over. he is another "trained mechanic" also we graduated from the same tech school. cool huh? i asked his opinion on the backlash ect ect and he seemed happy.. cool! someone else to take the blaim with me.. i put it all together and thats the end of my project. Heres where i get to sit on my ass and point and laugh at Josh. after many questions from him like... am i really still hammering the bushing? or am i hammering the crank and also questions on other methods of removal. Welcome to owning a Corvair Josh *grin* Hour 4.. he is seriously thinking of alternative methods, so his father in law says he has a Blind Puller, for pulling dents, bearing races ect ect.. Hmmm. maybe that will work. off he goes to fetch it.. now, with blind puller in hand and a renewed outlook he gets at it again. after 45 minutes of hammering this blind pully they finnaly got the bushing to move... yup, it moved enough that it was almost visible by the human eye. 30 more minutes go by.. Hmmm maybe we didnt see it move. back to the hammer and screwdriver. Ding Ding!! Hour 5. its starting to look like someone has actually been hammering on it. scratch here, ding there. your getting close Josh! You almost have it beat.. *snicker* he ended up being able to gouge a groove on the inner surface, so i told him to stick the screwdriver under that and really get pissed. after 30 more minutes FINNALY he broke it into 2 pieces, couple more whacks here and there and he is home free. See? wasnt that easy and fun? by this time its 12:30AM and we started at 10AM we decided to clean up and call it a night..
Since that was Saturday and Sunday is my day to visit my parents we didnt work on it Sunday. Monday we will get a fresh late start after he gets off of work.
Monday, he gets here about 5PM and i guessed it would take a couple of hours to put the engine back in. got everything put together and ready to jack the engine up into the car.. not too hard, typical corvair stuff, axles getting in the way, engine going in a little off center ect ect.. its finnaly nested where it belongs. time to bolt it in. axles are always soo much fun a little rope here and a little rope there.. no problem. Uhm... wait a sec.. why do we have bolts left over? Hmmmm the Bell Housing, Axles, ect ect finnaly got the musical bolts all sorted. and in place. Woot! its almost done, a few things here and there. wires attatched, Battery installed. lets put this baby on the ground and see what she does. Click Click Click.. doesnt start, i must have gotten a wire mixed. Yup! fixed it. she started right up without complaints except for a new exhaust leak. due to a bolt we had to break on the header pipe since it was rusted and all. time for a test drive. she ran pretty damn good for a car that sat for 7 years but the thing needs new suspension parts all around. made me almost sea sick. it was about 10PM at this point and we decided to call it quits. the car is running and the clutch works great. prior to this the clutch was so soaked in oil that the car couldnt make it up the little curb into my driveway. Mission Accomplished :)

ah... the rat babies, Sooooooo cute. as of Tuesday they are 2 weeks old and wondering around the tank exploring. looks like all of them have their eyes open now. poor Fat Rat cant get a moments peace now. when their eyes where shut it was a sort of Marco Polo game. now, they zoom right to her. they babies have started to experiment with solid foods, i just looked over and seen the fawn/albino one holding a chunk of solid food in its mouth. Did i mention how cute they are? sulis went thru and named most of them yesterday, Hopefully ill post pics and names tonight.

Same O' Same O'.. started the two young rats on Tetracycline last night. this time i am using 1/2 tablet (approx 125mg) per 2 Oz's of water. within the last 24 hours ive seen a drastic decrease in their sneezing, i also put in a couple of ceramic tiles upside down in their cages to help wear away their sharp little claws. I've dreaded having to actually cut them by hand.ive spent the last couple of days preparing a contract for some webmastering job that was offered to me. shit loads of double talk and mumble jumble. but, in this day and age you have to cover thy ass!
the extra money will be nice. as it would allow me to get my motorcycle back on the road and help with my new rat hobby *sigh*
man... i've been slacking on my aquarium maintenance. ever since the Oscars died ive been at ends as what to do with that tank now. i would love to turn it into a reef tank. but then i would have to buy a couple canister filters at $150+ each.

There hasnt been much going on of late to write about except for one thing.. My female rat (Fat Rat) gave birth to 12 little ones on Tuesday, August 1 2000. here is a pic of her and her babies. PICWhen she was busy having babies i went to the pet store down the street to check out a couple of fancy rats they ordered.. last week i went to the Pipe shop next door to it and i decided to stop in and see what they had. one of the employees asked what i am looking for and i said i was looking for some fancy rats so she got my name and number and said she would call me when they get some in, somewhere along the lines someone ordered me 2 cause they thought i wanted them. why would i order rats? my female is pregnant and i wouldnt just buy any old fancy rat they got in. So none the less i went there to check them out and they got in a platinum hooded and a mismarked Berkshire Dumbo. i decided that i would buy the Dumbo and the guy asked me if i wanted the other one. i told him i would take both for $10, they wanted $8 for one. He asked his manager and they agreed on $10 for the pair.. Well, my Rat population grew from 2 to 16 within 1 hour

I dont feel up to it, but im here none the less. As i was saying.... The reason they called me out was to tell me in person what they found out and also my dad wanted to discuss what we need to do to plan for the worst. What we talked about i am not going to write, it isnt something i want in writing. Maybe after all things are said and done and have happened.Onto more trivial stuff. It seams that someone in the chat room cant keep their fucking mouth shut. There was a convo between me and someone else that was copied to the person that we where talking about. heh, well. since this person decided to give me the Big Ole Fuck Off on their web page i guess its alright to name names here. well PoMa has put a page up about her exploits. Its quite amusing actually. and what she recieved was a snippet of me and this other person just having a hoot over it cause the numbers just dont match and she thinks its the end of the world. why? becuase she doesnt have any relationship skills? why? cause she picks the most irresponsible and unstable people to hang with? why? Who gives a fuck! ive got only a few things to say about the situation. 1) learn respect! you wont get anywhere without it. learn how to respect yourself and others... now this is one area that i dont practice what i preach, but im not the one having a crisis over it. i choose to disrespect some people outa choice. thats who and what i am.. an asshole 2) learn to be true to yourself and others.. with out this, you are nothing. ive said this to her in the past. and it "IS" something i do practice. when i say to myself or somone else that i am going to do something. Im going to do it 3) make your font size a little bigger, us old people have a hard time reading that small type :P

shit! its been awhile since i have wrote in my blogger. I've had to much shit on my mind to even put it in writing. As i stated prior in my log that my dad was going to the ocologist last Tuesday to see what his cat scans and tests show after his IL-2 treatments... well..... the results are not good. The IL-2 got rid of the 2 Mets in his lungs from the kidney cancer, but there are 4 more and twice the size of the original ones and they are growing fast. these only took 15 weeks to grow to that size. (fuck! i am having the hardest time getting these thoughts from my brain to text) at the rate of their growth if none of the treatments that he has scheduled to go thru works, the Doctor says that he has 6 months to 2 years to live. right now my parents are in california for a couple of weeks they left saturday morning to go visit friends and family in Morgan Hill. this may very well be the last time my dad will be able to enjoy a trip, with every session of treatments more and more are taken out of him. after the first 7 weeks he bounced back pretty quickly. within 4 days of his last treatment he was feeling pretty decent and even went back to work for 3/4 of a day. but this last round has knocked the shit out of him. he slurs his words, has no energy, still is having symtoms from his treatments. the next schedule of medication that is is going to take is suppose to not as bad as the IL-2. but with a already depleted system like his its going to be rough none the less. this new medication alpha-interferon is only 20% as effective as IL-2 is. but there has to be hope.My parents wanted me to go out to their house Tuesday to talk to me. i had a bad feeling when i was asked to go out there. ill tell you. the drive there and the drive back where the longest drives i have taken in my life. they only live 30+ minutes from me, but mentaly it was like driving across the US.
More later when i feel up to it

Yesterday was another sad day. woke up around 9:45 AM to meet my mother at Sams Club at 11 AM. I did my usual rounds thru the house. say hi to the rats and fish and make sure they are taken care of water/food ect. then i let the dogs out for a bit. came back into my shop and i noticed that the truck was parked in the driveway but there was no sign of sulis. well, i guess when she got home she went over to talk to Eva across the street, hence me not being able to find her. After having all my animals and family members accounted for i started to get ready to head to Sams Club. took a shower, got dressed and all that mumbo jumbo and when i came back into my shop i looked in the rat cages and i noticed Ghost hanging over the top balcony really weird like. i said "hey babe! look at what Ghost is doing" she replied "uhm, i dont think he is alive" so i rushed over to the cage and gave the cage a quick nudge to see what is up.. yup he is dead :( *sob* so i reached in and had to push Dumbo aside since he was all curled up with Ghost asleep. I have no clue why he passed away, when i checked on them that morning everything seamed fine, the only tell tale sign of any problem was a caterac in his left eye. *shrug*So, needles to say i am not going to buy anymore rats from the local pet stores. from what i gather, all the major pet stores localy get their rats from one breeder in California and i have had nothing but bad luck with them. 3 outa the last 5 rats have died from different stuff. every rat so far has had some kind of respitory problem and i have no idea on their genetic lines. since this breeder in california also supplies the stores with feeder rats i can make a safe assumtion that they fallow the same breeding habits with their fancies, inbreeding and not breeding for temperment or longevity
What a waste of gas and time today! last week when Shane came over he told me there is a job opening at the Cave Creek Conference Resort as a Conference Supervisor and wanted to know if i was interested. well, i am kinda interested and kinda not. i am interested cause working at the resort was fun as hell, got me into decent shape and i made cash tips daily and i am not interested cause i will be working under the same manager that i did at the other resort and this one is farther away. it was 48 miles and took me 55 minutes to get there. from what shane said the manager has calmed down in the last few years and has mellowed out alot, that wasnt why i quit. the reason was the internal tug of war between the manager and the conference supervisor. they would both call me on the radio and want me to do different stuff at different ends of the resort and me being only human i can only be one place at a time. naturaly i did what the manager wanted done first then i started on what the supervisor wanted. but usually i just ended up getting my ass chewed out for not getting stuff done fast enough. and neither the manager or supervisor would listen to me when i tried to explain to them that they where expecting me to snap to attention for their job and drop everything else. i felt like a dog with 2 leashes being dragged opposite ways. oh well!
Like i said it was 48 miles and 55 minutes one way. once i got there i went to the bell desk to have them page the conference manager for me. He was in a meeting *great!*. i was supposed to talk to him to see if i even wanted the job or even apply for it. they sent me to Human Resources to fill out an application and all that shit. when i talked to my friend about this position he asked how much i needed for pay. i told him i needed at leat 35K to survive and he relayed that to the manager. the answer back was that 35K was kinda high and 25 would be more realistic and they get about 6 - 8K a year in gratuities. that didnt sound to bad untill i made that trip there today. there is no way in hell i would take that job for 25K plus a ungauranteed gratuitie. you might as well budget in winning the lottery. so i wrote down that i needed a minimum of 30K and with the possibility of 6 - 8K gratuitie that would work out nicely. shit! just gas alone will eat away the 6 - 8k. anyways, i was pretty pissed that i got up and drove all the way there just to fill out an app.
The only fruitfull thing i did today then was i got the package off to Brew and Lex, it went 2 day air. but with the arrival date being saturday no clue when it will get there

Oh! i forgot to add... i feel so criminal like, when i went to petco to get the pinkies i also wanted to get some meds for the Oscars. i brought the Hex-A-Mit and the pinkies up to the register and set the pinkies box on top of the meds. the kid behind the counter wasnt really paying attention to what he was doing and ended up asking me like 4 times how many pinkies i had, then he had to look thru the SKU book to find them and hand type them into the register after he was done the total came to $3.21. i payed the cashier grabbed the junk and walked out. when i reached the car to put the pinkies in the back i realized that he didnt see the meds and i just walked out with them O_O what to do at that point? go back and pay for them? or go with the flow? i chose the later. after all it is his job to make sure he rings up all merchandise and stealing the meds where the farthest thing from my mind. so i considered it a gift and went on my way.. Bad Talent! Bad!Started the medication of the Oscars tonight with the free meds after doing a 90% water change in the 10 gallon tank and moving the Oscars into it. Hopefully this will work.

Sulis and i went to see X-men today. Awesome Awesome flick. they did an excellent job in casting for the characters except for one. Wolverine, i always seen him as being short but built like a brick shit house. maybe in the 5'5" range and 250 pounds of muscle. but they have a guy that was 5'10" and 180 if he was lucky playing wolverine. oh well, cant win them all. all the other characters where as i imagined them from reading and collecting X-men comics for the last 20 years*sigh* on the way to the movies i glanced down and notice the toyota was starting to over heat pretty bad. by the time we got to the movies it was in the red. so, after the show i stopped at Checkers Auto parts and got a thermostat and gasket and some RTV blue. got home took a nap for an hour or so while the engine cooled down enough to work on it. replacing the thermostat is a pretty easy job, took me maybe 20 minutes to swap it and that included removing the battery and fighting with a rounded nut. after i put everything back together i let it sit there for a good 30 minutes and it never did over heat until later that evening when i went to petco to get some pinkies for the Gopher snake. then it started over heating pretty bad on the way home. time to work on it again :( i am going to replace the thermostat one more time since the one i got from them had been opened prior and i have no idea why it was opened. maybe that why it was returned, probably bad. if that doesnt fix it then the water pump is the next target. if that doesnt fix it then time to get the radiator raughted.
Did i mention that the X-men was a Awesome movie?

Let me start this by explaining how i view things, i am not a racist or a bigot in the standard sence. Meaning that i do believe that everyone should be blind to color/creed/nationality but if your going to act like a stereotypical idiot of the race that you are demeaning then i will use racist slurs to get my point across..Last night i wanted corn dogs for dinner but we where out of ketchup. as anyone knows corndogs are not complete without your favorite condoment. so i got in the vehicle and headed to the local corner gas station convenient store for some ketchup.. walked into the store looked around a bit to find the ketchup and during that time i was over hearing the convo at the cash register. from what i gathered was that the night attendant was getting his ass reamed for removing beer from the store after the cut off time set by law. his excuse was "i payed for the beer before 2 AM and i was just taking it home". his manager didnt want to hear his excuses and likend the situation to a beer run. at that time this Night Attendent started to spout off at the mouth as i was walking up to the register, he continued by saying to his manager "if your going to fire me do it now and give me my paycheck so i can go the fuck home" at that point the manager lowered his voice so i want able to hear him but the other comments from the night attendent i heard well enough.. he continued with "if i dont get my paycheck tonight i will torch this place, the only thing they will find is 6 pairs of socks as our remains" he said 6 cause there was the attendant that was helping me and the manager and himself.. I dont understand this "Nigger" how stupid can you be? not only was there me standing there looking at him like a freak in a side show attraction but there was a cop car with 2 police officers at the gas pumps running someones liscence. talk about ignorance. those type of people should be shot and ground up for dog food. what a waste of space and oxygen.

Doh! i totaly forgot about this log thing.sulis got her tongue pierced friday. she said it didnt hurt and she was dissapointed that it didnt, i offered to make it hurt but i was turned down *sigh* I keep telling her she sounds like that one girl on South Park with the head gear with her slurring of her words.
As of last wednesday my dads treatment of IL-2 which is for treatment of Kidney Cancer patients (Renal Cell Carcinoma) has ended. He was on a 5 day a week regement for 15 weeks after the removal of the Kidney Cancer itself and the treatments where to rid his lungs of the Metastatic Cancer left from the original Kidney Cancer and also any Floating rogue cells.
He will be going in for a CAT Scan this coming Wednesday to find out if the treatments where a success, well.... I am not a religous person or believe in a higher being. but IF i am wrong.. Please God, let the treatments be a success and the cancer be gone.
That isnt the end of it.... Then there is my mom. She has had Kidney Stones and Breast Cancer (i wish i could give a link for info, but there are so many good resources on the net it is hard to pick just one) in the past. as you all may know. fighting cancer is a life long event. so every few months she goes into her Oncologist and has a work up done, During the last visit to the CAT scan they noticed an abnormal growth on her Aorta. and with a few tests couple more scans it was diagnost as a Aortic Aneurysm. with a size of 5.5cm... I am no Doctor, but i believe that this aneurysm was caused by the Lithotripsy Treatment. and bombardment of sound waves to the aorta softened it and allowed it to swell. There are two treatments for this, i will post more on them when i have enough information and she has yet set a schedule for an operation.
Today was a good day, we went out to my parents place today, kinda unusual for us since most of the times it is on sundays. i had a few projects around the house that i wanted to do and my parents needed me to do. my father electric golf cart up and quit on him last week, without it he is pretty much lost. My parents live on a 2 acre parcel which he uses the gold cart to get around on. it was especially helpfull to him during the treatments, with it not working the simple task of bringing out the trash can to the street wipes all his energy out. So the golf cart was #1 on my list to get fixed.
After talking to him about his thoughts of what is wrong with it i headed out to work on it. i spent about 20 minutes looking for corroded/broken wires, loose connections, blown fuses ect ect. i mixed up some baking soda and water to neutralize the corrosion on some terminals. when i ended up finding a fuse holder i could not open, after some fighting and foul language i was able to access the fuse which was covered with corrosion. i dipped the whole assembly in the baking soda/water mixture and continued searching. when i noticed the fuse holder had stopped fizzing i removed it and cleaned the contacts. replaced the fuse back in the holder, reached over and pressed the accelerator and the cart lurched forward. Woohoo! its working.
Prior to starting my projects i was relaxing on the couch digesting my pizza when the phone rang. and of course my mom answered it and dissapeared into the pantry/laundry room that acts as make shift office for her. she comes out and hands me the phone and said "Its Shane!" well, this was a very pleasant suprise, Shane was/has been my friend since i moved to phoenix in 1988. we worked for his step dads gas station and also Scottsdale Conference Resort together. He was also my Best Man at my wedding and is the God Father to my children. well, 2 or so years ago he gave me a call outa the blue. i hadnt seen or heard from him for almost a year and half prior. he called to invite me to his wedding, i replied i would love to and he said he was going to give me a call within the next few days to set more concrete plans. at the time i was working for Avnet as a Quality Insurance Technician. the Quality Dept was finnaly being accepted as part of the team then and my boss wanted to make sure that we where all cross trained in every Dept to fully support them. I was told the next day that there was a chance of me going to Rochester Minneapolis to train for the IBM APP certification. later that after noon it was final. i was going to head out within a couple of days. from the time of Shanes phone call to the departure date i didnt receive a call from him. I have no excuse and i will not try to make one, the proper thing to do would of been call Shane and advise him of the impromptu plans or deny the trip. i did neither. during the last 2 years i dont know if he was pissed at me for not attending his wedding or that i was ashamed of not being there for him. i have no idea but one thing i do know is that we are in contact once more. I am very happy about that fact
uhm! i think i have gone on to much for one sitting.
Enough Said!

Wow!! ive been online all day from what mIRC's online timer says. im impressed! Its only been a couple days since i did A 50% water change in the Oscars tanks and brought the salt levels back up. i can say that i do see an improvement with the HITH problem on my Red Oscar :) the wounds are starting to heal and the big chunk on the left side isnt pink and i cant see meat anymore.
As i was sitting here watching Wrestling minding my own business when my son walked by and started to ask me a question when he blurted out "Dad! What The.....?" and i look down and my Tiger Batia was flopping around on the floor collecting dog hair and fuzz, so he scooped him up and tossed him back in the 10 gallon tank. Why couldnt he of walked by and minded his own business, i hate that damn fish. i had to remove him from the 20 gallon tank with the Striped Convicts due to him constantly harassing them. Stupid fish!!
After 2 weeks of treating the rats with Tetracycline i think i am going to cease treatment for awhile to see what happens. Ghost (the reason i started treatment) has improved a little, he doesnt have a raspy sound when breathing anymore but he has a persistant sneeze. so, ill stop treatment for a week and see what develops. if it starts to return ill switch to a different medication to keep the disease from becoming immune to Tetracycline.
Monday night i let all the rats out to play on my desk. Well, i guess my female rat is in heat O_O all the other times that i have had them out and Dumbo chased her she would give him a paw in the face and continue onto what ever she was doing. that night was different. Dumbo chased, Fat Rat ran, Dumbo caught her, Fat Rat stopped arched her back and lifted her tail, Dumbo mounted... Ack!! Stop That!! Stop That Now!! we'll see in a couple of weeks if Dumbo hit his mark so to speak.

Thanks to @home i wasnt able to update my log when i usually do.. I ended up getting bored without net connect so i decided i would burn some files onto CD. got everything in nice 600 meg groups. launched my burner software..... WTF!!! wheres the CDRW? no where to be found. not in explorer, not in My computer no signs of it anywhere. oh well reboot time. shut everything down and did the reboot. as my system was booting up i was watching the different devices load and no where did the CDRW show up. Great! this means a cold boot, and with the way my system has been acting i didnt really want to. so i reached over and hit the power button. off she went. hit the power button again.... Nothing *sigh*. so i sat here picking my nose and watching a blank screen for 30 minutes while everything cooled down enough to boot up. well. its back up, CDRW is working great (except for those damn silver/blue CD-R's dont work worth shit)Speaking of ineptitude. while typing this out my Cable Modem went out again. Grrrrrr
Just read this Joke in Maxim Magazine..... A women is spring cleaning the closet in her 13 year old sons room when she finds an S&M magazine. She confiscates the smut and shows it to her husband when he gets home from work. "Look what I found in his room!" she screams, on the verge of tears. "What are we going to do about this?" "Well," the dad says, "I don't think we should spank him."
Last night @home sent me an email asking how my @home experience has been... ROFL simple check boxes cannot descibe the way i feel about them currently
