I finally cried... sitting in my office with tears streaming down my face... it seems almost impossible that the world continues on as normally as it has been...

Back when I was but a wee nipper, I used to calculate these on that most amazing technological marvel - the electronic calculator.

While watching the tragedy unfold, my wife and mother-in-law were quite disbelieving of my claim that I could learn to fly a jet well enough to hit the WTC in two days (me of course arguing that the hijackers weren't necessarily skilled pilots). I gave up. But it's nice to know that I was pretty right-on.As I thought, it's already in the air...
"You haven't got to take it off. You haven't got to land it," Mr O'Hara explained. "It's a one-way trip. You don't need to be a skilled pilot: I could teach you in half an hour the skills needed to aim at that tower."

No mixed feelings about this one - yuk!
9:36 AM >> That's Weberrific!

I have mixed feelings about this story. On the one hand, some of the things sound like abuse. But on the other, knowing teenagers, some of it sounds just like tough-love. For instance, taking away his belongings and forcing him to earn them back through good behavior. I kinda think that's a good idea. Hell, who bought them in the first place? And if the kid ain't pulling his weight in the family, you gotta do somethin'...

Oh brother.
By utilizing user's idle mouse time we are able to deliver advertising banners right into his/hers line of sight.
This was needed. No, really.

So Shrub says, "Make no mistake, the United States will hunt down and punish those responsible for these cowardly acts." Great. Maybe we can put them in jail for fifteen years on death row. Or spank their pee-pees. It's not the time for cowardice and tentativeness. America has the right to make a response, and it shouldn't be to roll over and show a soft underbelly.
