These nordic girls are always messaging me- i think it is funny.

"Hej snygging"

"CECILIAFALUN wrote 2000-09-05:

ceciliafalun vill bli kompis med dig! Gå till klubben och svara! /Playdo crew"

ha ha! 'Till Klubben Och Svara!' he he hee.

Which reminds me, I just went to Ikea last night, and I think it is really neat there. I had 18 small swedish meatballs and the 0.25 swedish in me rejoiced!

Another funny thing; I saw these skillets for $3.00. (crazy!) I was so amazed I called this other guy that was looking at pots..
"Hey man, checking out pots?"
"yeah..."
"well, did you see these skillets for $2.97?"
"no! No way!"
"yeah! crazy!"

"wow!"
"WHy do you need a pot?"
"Oh,I left the water boiling and forgot.."

"ah, melted, eh?"
"yah"

"wait a sec- thats an accent. Where are you from?"
"sweden "
"Sweden?! I'm swedish too! A quarter!"
"o?"
":yeah! aW haw haw- yOU ARE Swedish and you come to shop at Ikea! HA HA!"
"well, this is only my second time.."

I see more and more communities of people choosing to live a large part of their life online. They use webcams, digital cameras and daily diaries to communicate with people through their website, online profiles, chats, etc.

A while ago I was walking (to school, i think) and I kept wishing I could have a digital camera or a digital minidisk recorder so I would be able to capture the quotes, pictures and ideas that I would experince- and then post them on my website.

Post! I kept thinking in my head.

Post! "Those are beautiful clouds- I wish I could post them on a moving background layer."
Post! "That was a funny joke. I wish I could have recorded it and set it up to stream from my webserver."
Post! "That was a neat person I met. I wish she had a website so I could post a link to her."

But the more I think about it- why? Communication is one thing, but thirsting for the communication of everything [possibly] cheapens the experience.

Here's another example;
A lot of the time at Bible College (and after, but not as much), God would speak to me. He would tell me neat things about my life and reality. Whenever He would show me something, I would jump up to tell someone else about it and then go back to studying.

When I was learning things, I wouldn't let them be _mine_. I know that I need to mull over what I learn and let them become a part of me- let them change me. What is that verse in James 1:9- 'Be quick to listen, Slow to speak and slow to anger." This obviously applies for discussions between two people, but perhaps it goes also for personal conversation; before you start speaking, listen to what you have learned. Then, speak what is needed- for that person.
For outgoing people like myself, I think it is important to make things ours, instead of throwing out our experiences to anyone who has an open ear. Instead of shooting people with a shotgun of understanding and conviction, send them a specific thing you have learned that you think will help them.

I expect this person is very intelligent, as his language is parsed very well and he describes things correctly.
No fragment sentences here. No, incorrectly placed commas either.

Now daughter, you know it is wrong to tie a rope to the end of a car and hang unto the rope.
Yes Father, I know. Smiling, she put the rope under her foot. The camera stays on the leash and we come to realize that the rope is actually a dog leash. Hey, wait a second!
[cut to a wide-angle, showing a dog go flying through the background..]
