In or about April of 2000, the Microsoft Corporation launched a website located at the URL of www.digitaldiva.com. This site was intended to promote their own, "Digital Diva", an ambassador to the public. On April 25, 2000, the Digital Divas, represented by Moses & Singer on a pro bono basis, sent a cease and desist letter to Microsoft, demanding that they cease infringing on the use of our trademark.
