Fax to Print and back again.
Say you bang both hands on your keyboard in a fit of pique. If you accidentally press the option and P keys simultaneously, you may find your 'Print' command replaced with a 'Fax' command.
To fix this irksome problem, simply open the Chooser (found in the Apple menu), click on the icon for your printer, and close the Chooser again.
Your Print command should have returned and that's it, you're done!

Hello. While I am, for the most part, a rabid Mac fan, I am not anti-Windows. I am also not interested in arguing over which OS is the best.
Today's Tip: How to do a quick-and-dirty reformat of a word-processing document.
I'm sure you've all copied and pasted information from a web page to a WP document, only to be faced with the daunting task of removing all the extra spaces, adjusting indentations, and/or changing punctuation. If it's more than a couple of pages, the task becomes nothing more than something to be put off.
Step one: Select one of the large spaces. Open the Find/Change feature of your word processing document. In Claris/AppleWorks, you can find it under the Edit menu, or access it by pressing the flower/apple key and the F key.
Step two: Paste the space into the 'Find' box. It may be invisible, or it may show up as '/p'. Then, in the 'Change to' box, type a single space. This will be invisible, but you can use the arrow keys to 'see' it.
Step three: Click on the 'Change All' button. When you get the 'Change All feature is not undoable' dialog box, click 'Okay'.
Step four: Adjust the remaining text as necessary. That's it, you're done!
