No posts for a while. I will be busy this week with AP test review, but I'll have some time Wednesday and Thursday during the teacher strike. Going to the beach one or both of those days. Maybe I'll see
Melee play too.

Argh. My parents grounded me tonight so I can't go watch
U-571. Parents are so mean!

Yess! Ellie gave me props on her website,
The Joop. I am one of her "real-life friends that have homepages." She goes on to say that I am a "lame moron." But is it me, or does the statement, "he never has ANYTHING on his site, and most of the time, there's nothing there" seem just a bit repetitive? Well, on one account, she is right, I need to fix the graphic that says "today" because in actuality, my blog spans a number of days. I also need to fix that background color. I find it way too periwinkle!

I just checked out
riothero, while making the rounds of the blogs on my favorites list. If anyone loves riothero, it's me. And Mark is a cool guy, I imagine. But the frequent pictures of his naked upper torso make me feel so inadequate! How can my blog ever compete with that? I have no pictures of
my naked upper torso to add to the page! And if I did, I'd probably lose my average two hits a day. Arghh! What am I to do?

Okay, seems the teacher strikes really are schedualed for next week. The Board of Education sent home a letter warning against them, telling parents to keep their kids in school for the duration of the strikes. Tonight I saw
Gossip with Brandon and Bryan. It was an okay movie until the end, which completely sucked. But without giving that away, I'd say the actors were good, but the characters seemed unrealistic. I just can't see a couple of college kids living that type of life, their loft decked out in expensive designer furniture from floor to ceiling. Well, maybe they're CS majors. Which leads me to my next topic of discussion, college. I'll be going to college next year, at a fine school, but not, I repeat not, in the major of my choice. For some reason, I put electrical engineering instead of computer science (or comp. engineering) on my application to UCSD. I won't be able to get into computer science (or comp. engineering) now because its a "very, very impacted major." Enough griping, it's my own fault. But there is a happy ending to this story. I just decided that I like electrical engineering more than computer science. Computer science is too trendy these day. In fact, the needle on the computer science trendometer is pushing into the red. I rented
Bladerunner tonight, but I haven't watched it yet.

Mmm. Cake for breakfast. Then I watch an episode of Pokemon. I heard that the OUSD teacher strike will hit Wednesday and Thursday of next week. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Finally, Blogger is back in business! My old makeshift blog entires were deleted forever. Maybe you read them, maybe not. I would write more at the moment, but its 2:38 and I still haven't had breakfast. I love spring break.
