Join my two new discussion mailing lists for two new reality tv series:

are dropped off in the middle of no where and have to find their way
back to the Statue of Liberty in New York!

Lost Mailing List

FOX's Murder In Small Town X
In this show 10 people are taken to a small town stocked with improv
actors and sent on a trail of clues relating to a fictitious murder. The

Link of the Moment: Anonymous Hints
Don't you know someone that has a "problem" that you'd like fixed? But you don't want to say it straight to their faces? Like: "Hey, Buddy, your B.O. is making me sick. Here's two bucks! Buy yourself a bar of soap or a stick of deordorant!" Now there are several anonymous hint sites to help you out to tell your co-workers, friends, & love one's about their body odor, bad breath, nose picking, gas, bad manners, and a wide sorts of other annoyances. Tell them anonymous and solve a problem. And yes, I know someone I wish I could say what I used in my example.... =) Get the hint?

Link of the Moment: Cooking with 7-Up
"At first, it seems as if they're trying to reassure us. Really! You're actually cooking when you use Seven-Up! You're not just pouring sugar-water into a bowl, you're really cooking."

Mmmmmm.... try these delicious recipes using 7-Up! ;-)

You are the Weakest Link, GOODBYE!
Last weekend, I auditioned for the Weakest Link (along with 600 other people)... well, I guess I'll have to live this life without Anne insulting my intelligence. Yeah, I was pretty bummed out! If you're curious, the audition starts with a 10 second introduction of yourself + a short pop quiz. After they analyze your personality performance & score the quiz, they pick a small pool of people out of the 100 or so people in the room. Then I was promptly dismissed as the strongest links got to stay and go further into the audition.

Amusement of the Moment
Checking the search engine keywords used to find my site, I've discovered a lot of you are looking for nude pictures of the beautiful Survivors of the Outback... sorry to disappoint... you ain't gonna find it here! Since I've got a captive audience, why not visit The Scooby Doo / X-Files Conspiracy Theory... and no this page has no relation to the "other" site people are looking for and stumbling onto my page - the Scooby-Doo porno site - now that's just plain sick! =)

Link of the Moment: Cleavant Derrick
Fans of Sliders will love this site! It's the official site of Cleavant "Cryin' Man" Derrick! One of the cool downloads from the site is the "never-before-seen" full length music video from "Cry Like A Man" sung by everyone's favorite Cryin' Man and the Spinning Tops! Portions of the video were used in the Pilot episode! It's a fantastic trip back to the glorious Season 1 of Sliders when it all started!

Link of the Moment: GameFAQs
If you're a gamer, then this is the site for you! It's a great resource of various video game FAQs, walk throughs, secrets, and cheats! Currently, I'm using the site to help me with Final Fantasy 9. Highly helpful and adds to the enjoyment of the game!

Would you rather be invisible or be able to fly?
Yesterday at work, we came up with a rather interesting question that entertained us the whole day. If you had the choice, would you rather have the ability to be invisible or be able to fly?

Of course, we had to put limits to each choice. If you were invisible, you had to be invisible 24/7. If you were able to fly, you would only be able to fly as high and as fast as an average bird. Have fun discussing! Okay, we have a little too much extra time on our hands at work!

Link of the Moment: Erika & Rozane's Emergency! Home Page
I remember when I was in elementary school and every day I would walk home from school and turn on old reruns of Emergency! Pity me, I was a latch-key kid! Last weekend, TV Land had an Emergency! marathon! It brought back a lot of memories. Looking back, the 70's were quite amusing... I should remind everyone that I'm a Gen-Xer. Can you dig it? Anyways, check out the website above to catch up on your favorite actors from Emergency! Who cares if everyone at work doesn't "understand" why I love to watch Emergency! repeats during lunch!

Website Updates
Yeah, I found time to make some minor updates! Check out new email in the Fan Mail section, updated the Spam Counter, & added more "interesting" keywords to those wacky Keywords people use to find my website! I'm also working on a Fortune Cookie section! All in my attempt to add so much thrilling content to the web! ;-)
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know I haven't been blogging lately. Just been busy with life and stuff... I guess I'll blame it on the rolling black outs... yeah, that's it, those dang rolling black outs in San Diego! ;-)
Link of the Moment: 8 Bit Theatre
If you've ever played Final Fantasy on the old 8 bit Nintendo or you're an RPG fan from way back, you'll definitely get a kick out of 8 Bit Theater! It's a great little comic strip featuring the misadventures of Black Mage & Fighter from Final Fantasy of olde. The in jokes and observations are hilarious!

Hate Mail of the Day

Subject: ok..

Wow, um first of all they are ONLY television shows, i dont think the
government even cares. Second of all, your such a loser for even noticing
such a thing, I mean, who watches Scooby Doo and thinks about the X-Files? I
suggest you get a life quick before you unravel another "shocking" theory.
There are much more important theories like aliens and fake moon landings (we
never landed on the moon by the way) so just leave it to the pro's.

Today's Near Death Experience: Death By Zen
While driving to work this morning on Highway 163 through the beautiful Balboa Park, I almost ceased to exist! I've driven the same freeway for the past three years… while driving in, I started admiring one of the bridges that crosses over the scenic freeway… one of those Zen moment with eyes to the sky. Looking back to the freeway, the traffic started to slow down to a near crawl in front me. I had to slam on the brakes… it was so hard and so fast that my tires created a thick cloud of smoke… so thick, I couldn't see the cars behind me. My car almost fishtails! I managed to stay in control! Horrible thoughts of the impending crash filled my head. To the right was a concrete barrier, in front of me a van, to the left was another car, and behind me in the rearview window was a cloud of smoke. Luckily, I managed to slow my car down and averted a crash into the van. Managed to freak myself out and the car behind me who tailed five car lengths behind me! Today's lesson: Don't Zen and drive! =)

I will Survive!
Another great episode of Survivor! Shocking ending! Who would've seen Mitchell being kicked off. I'm actually pulling for Kucha and hope Ogakor gets CRUSHED! Waiting for Jerri to soon be kicked off! ;-)

I will Survive!
So happy to see Survivor back on the air. Like the previous season, it's hard to pick your favorites early on. Heck, I actually *like* little Miss Sue in the beginning! Last season, I was a fan of Pagong…. this season it looks like Ogakor tribe is my fav.

First impressions:

Ogakor Tribe: : Keith is sooooo overbearing… though it'll be nice to have someone around to cook tasty rat (that tastes like chicken!)! How come Maralyn the retired cop isn't in the Survivor commercial with all the pretty girls of survivor that look like supermodels?!? ;-) Everyone else didn't get enough air time to make any evaluations. Though Jerri and her drums whined a lot through the episode!

Kucha Tribe: : Debb… well, Debb, you were voted off the "island." You wonder why people voted for you - maybe your attempt at back stabbing Jeff during tribal council backfired! Kimmi… little annoying Kimmi… perfect for entertaining… but she'll get old and annoying kick and get booted off. Like Rodger… he's like everyone's dad… looks like he'll be low key and will survive if he makes it pass The Merger where's the weak shall prevail! Michael seems to be wrestling for leadership position. Everyone else in the tribe didn't get enough air time to make any evaluations.

Who Will Survive? Kel the Intelligence Officer if he keeps a low profile and doesn't get kicked off for being threatening to the group.

Whack A Mole
Here's my weekly Top Three guesses for who The Mole is on the new ABC game show, The Mole.

1. Jim the Helicopter Pilot - He's still my number one suspect! Come on, all he had to do was wear a cast on both leg for *one* friggen' day! I can understand posing nude, cutting your hair, or even wearing shackles…. but wearing two casts shouldn't have been a problem.

2. Kate the Old Lady - They pretty much said it, either Kate was motivated in winning immunity to do the all the challenges OR she's The Mole and was willing to do anything as part of her job and deflect suspicion.

3. Jennifer the Jock - How did those two socks magically appear in the knapsack?

SUSPECTS RULED OUT:
Charlie the Detective - Have a hard time believing that ABC would hire someone to get drunk and verbally "abuse" Kate the Old Lady… even if she's The Mole

Link of the Moment: Where's George?
George Washington is pretty much dead, but you can track that dollar bill you spent on that bag of Cheetos. With Where's George website, you can deface your dollar bills or any denomination and track it via the web. Surprisingly, I happen upon one such dollar bill and wrote to the owner - "going to spend it on a cheap hooker, but I thought I'd check this website out first!"

Random Thought of the Moment
Shhhhhhh!!! I'm needlessly & frivously wasting electricity right now! Hope Karma doesn't come into effect when I'm riding the elevator to the 13th floor at work! How dare they threaten rolling black outs when I'm trying to download music from Naptster & chatting on AOL Instant Messenger!!! The indignity!!! Shame on you electric companies! ;-)

Website Update
Added a Spam Counter to count how many spam emails I get. Yeah, I was bored. Added more interesting search engine keywords - Sheesh! People are trying to find that Scooby-Doo porno site and finding mine instead! You sickos!!! Updated the links to San Diego webcams and radio stations.
Whack A Mole
Here's my weekly Top Three guesses for who The Mole is on the new ABC game show, The Mole.

1. Jim, the Helicopter Pilot - Something's fishy about him in his response to going to the bathroom and seeing the light underneath Steve's hotel room in the Kidnapping Scenario. If he really thought something strange was happening, why didn't he tell anyone earlier? And where was good ol' Jim and the van when he split up with the two girls? Mostly it's just intuition but Jim is my #1 suspect.

2. Kate, the Old Lady - yeah, something's fishy with Grandma! Something about her makes me suspicious of her. I'm gonna have to agree that I didn't buy all that drama of her struggling on the hike back.

3. Katherine, the Jock - Running the wrong way to the helicopter without a walkie talkie? And who forgot the key? Not listening to directions in the maze? Intuition says she's not The Mole... but she's highly suspicious and I can't take her off the Top Three List at this time.

Link of the Moment: Am I Hot or Not
Do you feel lucky? Think you're sexier than Fabio & Mariah Carey rolled up into one? Ready to be put on display and be judged by the brutal masses? Or do you feel comfortable to judge behind the anonymity of a computer screen for your own guilty and superficial pleasure? Then try Am I Hot or Not. On this website, you'll have the chance to rate pictures of average or not so average random people. Is she a 10? Is he a lowly 0? It's your choice! If you're brave enough, you can even post your own picture! Okay, I'll admit it, I actually submitted two pictures of myself - scoring a 7.6 and a 6.1! YAY, I'M NOT HIDIEOUSLY UGLY! Grant it, it stung pretty bad with people giving me a 1! =P But then again, for all those women who found me an 8 and above, give me your phone number! By the way, that Fabio & Mariah Carey combo... eew!

Random Thought of the Moment
While driving to work today in the rain, I almost got hypnotize by the windshield wiper and almost fell asleep at the wheel. Speaking of my morning commute to work, the parking structure I park in everyday for work, makes a guest appearance in the new movie Traffic!
Mad Cow Thought of the Day
When you screw up on your student film, simply call it symbolism. If someone questions you about it, suddenly become irate and yell that they don't understand your artistic vision and they just don't "get it" then storm away from the conversation. By doing this, you convey an aura of a pretentious artisté instead of an idiot who screwed up on his film!
Link of the Moment: Napster
Sorry guys, haven't been keeping up with my Blog. I'm kinda addicted to download mania after downloading Napster, the music "acquisition" application! Yeah, I feel guilty, but I can't help myself! Yeah, yeah, I know... I'm bit slow on catching on to the newest trend.

Link of the Moment: Papa Smurf is a Communist
Bring you the cutting edge of conspiracies, I present before you a thesis proving that Papa Smurf is a commie bastard. Yes, the infamous Saturday morning cartoon is nothing more than communist propaganda... you just can't trust little blue guys... don't get me started about Vanity Smurf!
