Hm... I know I've been away again.. This time I spent some time trying to put up another blogger-like script on line, so I can post new messages using only my server.
Anyway, there's few things to post... Saturday, feb 3rd was my father's b-day... :)) Happy b-day, oldman. Thanks for your patience and kindness... I know I'm a pain in the S.. :)
Sunday I made another barbecue at home, and it was really nice... Long hours of chatting, talkin about nothing, and so on.. :)
I really enjoy having friends at my place. :)

Hm.. 'long time no post'. :P I wuzz b-z wurkin' out som stuff...

Ouch... I was wondering how people can communicate when they even can't write or spell correctly... In fact, I keep a portuguese oriented blogger about some atrocities (yeap.. atrocities) we see "against" the portuguese language, named Absurdetz.
I spent some time away because past week I was training some new kids to our staff at the Lab. You may ask: what lab?? Mainly, I perform some research on two academic labs: one is about rearrangin and fixing classrooms at University. And the other one, is about design and tech on boats, in the areas that architects may work. It's called sometimes Naval Architecture.. And we're participating on the project of a new research boat, with brazilian flag and brazilian-designed. Hard work, and no money... But that's fine... as long as I can spend some days on vacation in the boat.. :)) eheheeh

I was joking.. I really changed a lot, specially in the past 6 years... It's curious to notice that the changes happened simultaneously with my first contact with the Internet... I mean, with the Net, and the people I've met because of it.
In my personal HP, I wrote (sorry, just in portuguese) about it... And it's cool to see that I have friends (real ones) from that time.. Zel is one of them.. I mean, she's one of my best friends... And the funny part is that she knew all my past girfriends... As people use to say, relationships come and go... Friendship is eternal... :)

Back...

It seems I'm getting lazy.. :P I've noticed that the past weekends I stayed away from the Net and the computer... It's kinda amazing, as I used to spend at least half an hour here even in my busiest days...
Well, I have to say that I've met some "WebLog"-guys on Friday, and it was nice. MarcosRS, Yada, Brunao, Oliver, Cristiano, Lalau (and other guy I don't recall his name) were there. Nice people, and the night was very fun. Mrs Zel, Gui, and Migué were there too. Funny how the Net can bring nice people toghether.. :))

Saturday I went to a wedding, and it was nice too, as we had free food, nice music, and I met my father's brotha and sister (the four at the same party... it's not usual). And I went to a pizza Saturday night, with Mr Elcio, Mr Pereira, and Mr Enio (respectively, the father, the grandfather, and the uncle of my grlfriend). And I forgot to post here. They call me "João".. It's a joke, which comes from "João"-ponês... (and they aren't, of course).
And Sunday we had a barbecue here at my place, with the VIP members of Absurdetz (ehhehehe just kiddin): Zel, Gui, Gabriel, and some other friends, like Luiz and Nelsão (another "João").
Today is still Monday, as I haven't gone to bed yet. Oh, and a last-minute memory: I had temaki for dinner... I just love japanese food... :)

Hm... I'm a little bit sad... A friend of my family passed away... It's sad because I used to call him "granpa", as I haven't much time to enjoy my mom's father (my dad's died one month before the marriage)... It's kinda sad because I'm gonna miss him... He knew me when I was a baby, in my first weeks... So, I looked for a poem by WH Auden, which I first heard in the movie "Four weddings and a funeral", called "Funeral Blues"... Actually, I'm spending more time to party, and I"m working a little bit more than the past days.. Even though, I can't stop blogging... As my friend Zel said very well, I also write to make some things clearer in my mind...
As a matter of fact, I used to wrote to feel better some years ago... The difference is that I'm sharing with other people my thoughts, and I don't care if I know them or not... Writing makes me feel good.. :)

Hm.. I'm back..
Today I feel like that guy in the movie "Ferri Bueller's Day Off", with Mathew Broderick in the main role.
Yesterday I spent the day trying to get rid of some trash and other stuff that are populating my room for years... I hope I get my room cleaned up until next week.. :))
And I'm kinda bored... I think I'm having some sort of male version of that woman-thing... :P

I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaack!
After spending some days at the beach with my girfriend and her cousin (nop, not a menage.. :P), I'm back for another year. The fireworks at Guaruja beach were a little bit "bleargh", but it's ok, as I spent the time with nice people.
Oh, and I have to tell you... I spent the New Year's Eve at a huuuuuuuuuuge house.. I mean, a mansion... Just to start, it has 2 Mercedes in the garage (and the other 3 cars I don't recall the brand) - those ones that looks like a Jeep... Well... then, a huge garden, very well decorated... an amazing 3 stored house (with plenty of wood, mezaninos, and stuff like that). Right in front of the hall, there was an entire set of instruments (a complete set of drum, a Roland synth, an acoustic bass, an electric guitar, some amps, a harmonica, a set of tropical drums). From this point, we could see the pool, 2 kiosk, a "little" bar at the pool, a barbecue grill, a little chopp set, and a simple home theater... This till we get to the pool... There was a ... GOLF circuit. I stared looking at it... How people can have so much mony?? :P
Oh, and at the side of the pool, there was a chef cooking a simple paella... gosh, that was nice.. :) We came back to our place at 6:30 in the morning... feeling a little bit dizzy.. :)
Today I'm making some arrangements, and cleaning up my bedroom.. It's a REAL mess... I nearly don't have a place to walk.. :)
Well... it's better if I go back to my bedroom... :)
