Song of the Night: Weezer - "Susanne"
Magik’s Top 10
Things I could:
01)
To be accepted for being me.
02)
To spend one day with my father, I miss him so much.
03)
This depression to go away and disappear.
04)
These horrible headaches that keep me awake to go back to
hell.
05)
Do something about my weight, I’ve lost tons but wouldn’t mind losing more.
06)
My friends to be happy with their life and relationships.
07)
People to stop lying to me.
08)
To find a job (I'm glad I'm doing well without one).
09)
For everyone in my family to be healthy and in the best shape
to live long enough to see my sister and I grow up. Someone we
can talk to later on in our lives.
10) That color of my skin didn’t mean anything to people I meet
and want to know.

Song of the Night: Joe Cocker - "You Are So Beautiful"
Tonight's
song is dedicated to those who are in love and for those who are
confused about love. Be happy. There is nothing wrong
with loving someone, nothing at all. Beauty can be defined as
anything. Let this be said while I leave to go find something
to do.
You
know who you are. You're a big man with a big mouth aren't
you? Maybe you should seek the real source instead of assuming
you know everything about me from others and my webpage. How
do you know that the "others" do not make fun of you
and/or one of the "others" is just as low as you put
me. Seek the truth about both sides instead of one, you don't
know me. Do me a favor, shut the fuck up, be a real man, and
say what you do in front of me instead in front of a wall of cowards
and protection. I dare you.
On a
good note: Thanks for helping my page almost hit 3000
visitors. Granted many are from me but most of them are from
you. Thanks for the signing my guestbook, sending me email,
and referring others to my page. Also a special thank you goes out to that person who was
there for me Wednesday Night unlike everyone else. I feel much
better and I am glad we are still friends and will remain
friends. It just amazes me how things have changed for the
both of us, hopefully your pain and worries will fade away as you
get ready to write another chapter with that special someone
again. I can see it happening now.

Song of the Night: Alice
DeeJay & DJ Jurgen - "Higher and Higher"
I went
out last night and it was fun. Yeah I know, on a Tuesday
night. I could not believe how many people were out last night
including the fights they allowed outside. Some dude got
knocked the &*&( out, man! Anyway how are you people
this fine day? I'm doing alright for a young, college student
taking summer courses in the mist of the heat. I hate this
weather and it's just going to be worst everyday until the middle
Fall. So until then, I'll be the one walking around campus
sweating my ass off.
Is it
me or does a lot of women who attend LSU are plastically
enhanced? Why? I love boobs but it's not everything in a
girl. Skinny as a stick with a rack of watermelons, I don't
get it. I wish people wouldn't judge by looks but these days
it's seems to be the only reason why people meet each other.
It's pretty harsh to view that from my point, only a few people can
understand how it feels to be half Asian and half American.
The jokes, the looks, the slurs, and everything else growing up from
people who have nothing better to do than to make fun of someone
different. And living in the South doesn't help it
either. To this day I still do not understand it. Why
can't I find someone for will accept me for being me? I will
one day again.
I went
out to Cowboys Saturday night with my sister and her boyfriend and
we had a blast. Thanks Derek and Diana and whoever that girl
was, I needed to release some stress. And breakfast at 4am
wasn't bad either.
I'm
glad that Sautéed
is still running, thanks for giving it a second
spin Jody. Thanks to everyone at Shakey Ground for hooking me
up with free drinks and being friends like all of you are to
me. I wish I could find more people like you here in Baton
Rouge. Thanks to all my friends in Baton Rouge and Lake
Charles for being there for me. You have lifted tons of weight
off my shoulders and all of your advice has been noted.
Well
I'm going out tonight with a good friend. I will write more
when I come back since it's only 12:50 and my day started like 35
mins ago. Come back later tonight to read more about myself.

Song of the Night: Bic Runga - "Sway"
Ok I
didn't update for the past couple days because I'm a lazy mofo.
Don't hate on me, I have things to do too.
I
signed up for a webcam portal site
and I am hoping to see tons of traffic hitting up my cam page.
You should give it a try, it seems like it will bring some
hits. There are some hotties up on there, check it out!
Still
working on the new look for the Magik Cam. It will look
awesome when I get off my ass and finish it. I, like Cheesemoo,
have thought about registering a site for myself. It would be
something like www.magikone.com
or www.magikcam.com or
something like that. I'll have to see about getting one with
school and work. It will be interesting to have my own spot on
the internet.
I'm
going home this weekend to spend time with my mom, my sister, pet
bird and dog, and of course my friends. This should be an
interesting weekend.
To all
the Fathers out there, Happy Father's Day from me. I hope the
day is full of love and that your kids will love you for bringing
them into this world. This will be my third Father's Day
without my Dad. God I miss him, miss him tons and my Grandpa
too who passed away less than a month ago. It's really hard
for me because I have lost the most important men in my life.
So give your Dads and Grandpas big hugs, they deserve it.
Odean and Dad, I miss you two dearly and will think of you two all
weekend long with Mom and Diana. Watch over us for we look up
to you for support and love from above.
If you
have a girlfriend or boyfriend, spend some time with them.
Show them that you care with a surprise. Dinner would be nice
and going out for ice cream would be cool too. Don't take my
advice, do something original. If you're going through bad
times, talk over it with a cup of coffee. There is no need for
hate and anger between love ones and friends. Friends should
be friends and nothing more.
(I
had fun last night, did you?!)
LAKERS
WILL WIN TONIGHT!! Two words: "Shaq" and
"Kobe." Tiger Woods being the best? Looks like
he's messing up at the US Open. I am looking forward to the
LSU Football Games, aren't you?
Ok ok,
this is me ending my journal entry without reviewing what I
wrote. My grammar may be all screwed for I won't know til I
look later tonight. I'm going to see Tomb Raider with some
peeps tonight and will be back Sunday night to update. Take
care my friends.

Song of the Day: Staind - "It's Been Awhile"
This
week has been nothing but a disaster with Tropical Storm Allison and
all the rain and whatnot she brought with her. I really am
lucky have a truck because I would be in sinking in the water if I
had a car. We drove around here in Baton Rouge and I really
feel sorry for these people who live in the low areas by
campus. The lakes, streets, golf courses, etc were all flooded
and I can proud to say I live in the white ghetto. Yes it did
flood in Tiger Land but not as bad where I live. We didn't
have sandbags everywhere and people taking boats to their
cribs. We didn't have to watch our cars sink. So I am
lucky and so is my room mate. For those who did get bashed by
Allison, I feel for ya.
Morpheus
is the program every since Napster. I've gotten everything
I've been searching for. From movies, to text files, to
programs, and mp3s. Everyone should give it a try. I
have like 10 episodes of Jackass and several new released movies.
Get it from Download.com and you'll see that it's worth it.
Yes I've
been in the pits lately and I want to thank all those who have been
by my side. Even though some of you don't understand how I
feel, I appreciate how you have helped me. It's just
scandalous how those who "say" they care about me hasn't done
a damn thing and my "real" friends and some complete strangers have been
there for me. Once again, thank you for helping a
brother out. You know that
Mistah Magik will be watching your backs since you have been watching
mine.
Anyone
watch the MTV Movie Awards? I thought it was ok and that Jimmy
Falloon was one funny ass mofo. I can remember watching him as
the computer guy on SNL, reminds me of myself when I use to work for
McNeese State. Talking about movies. Couching Tiger,
Hidden Dragon came out on DVD this past Tuesday. I haven't
gotten it yet but I will as soon as Wal-Mart gets some more
in. I've actually owned the movie for awhile now, I got a DVD
rip of it and it's in perfect condition. What sucks is my PS2
doesn't play VCDs. OH well. But anyways, I think it's
bullshit that other movies stores sells their DVDs for like $25-$30
when you can go to Wal-Mart and get them for $10-$20. My
advice, a dvd is a dvd no matter what. You're not going to get
a special toy or candy paying $10 more at Sam Goody or other
places. If anyone wants to get me CTHD, I'll be hella
happy and will be your best friend! I'm
off to do laundry and I'm going out tonight. I have no clue
where I'm going but where ever I go it's going to be fun. I'll
update later tonight. If not tonight, for sure tomorrow
afternoon. Advice

Song of the Day: Weezer - "Hash Pipe"
So far
there have been two days of summer school and it hasn't really
sucked. The only thing that sucks is waking up at 7:30 and
getting ready for my 8:30 math class. I'm impressed with how
many students are attending summer school and even more amazed how
many straight out of high school freshman are enrolled. You
can tell who they are because they look very young, the ones that
have that lost face looking for their classes, and are the only
nervous ones in class. I spoke to one and she was so scared; I
told her to chill and that things will be ok. Nothing feels
better than receiving a smile from a very cute stranger.
Today
my professor held class for 20 minutes and reminded us that class
would be like this everyday. It was well worth taking a summer
class and I'm looking forward to making an "A" in Mr.
Slay's class.
Happy
(Late) 20th Birthday Olivia. Checkout my little Photoshop
rendering I did with one of my cam shots, pretty cool huh?
That took me 20 minutes pushing buttons to make that picture look
somewhat interesting. What ya thing?
How do
I feel? Better because I got a haircut with the best barber at
Hair Factory and tons of crap and paperwork done today at LSU.
Sore because I finally got off my lazy ass and started working out
with the weights, the punching bags, and running/walking track at
the Rec Center. It's becoming a feeling I love. I'll be
spending more and more time there until I feel totally comfortable
with myself. I want and need to lose weight and need that
strength I had before. It really doesn't bother me that I'm a
big boy except when it comes to certain subjects. I'm sure all
you big people know what I'm talking about.
Things
have gotten better since my last update, somewhat. The
untrustworthy and lying people I wrote about has taken them no where
except the used feeling in me. Why can't people understand
that trust is everything in a friendship and relationship? Why
do people think that lying will get them away from the truth?
I can only guess the answers but I can give a little advice and say
this. "Don't be a liar."
I'll
be back later tonight to finish this journal entry.

Song of the Day:
Zombie Nation - "KernKraft 400 (Oh Oh Oh) Remix"
There have been tons
of things going on and around my life right now. Since the
beginning of May I have been thinking about tons of things about
myself. I thought about my life and my friends on both trips
to Alabama in the past couple weeks. The first time I went was
to visit for the first time
in six years and the second to attend my Grandfather's funeral. I
have never seen so many people at a funeral and I appreciate all
the support I've gotten from people in person, email, and messages
in my guestbook. Thank you for your kind words and everything
during this difficult time for my Grandma and family.
Do you ever have that
feeling that you know someone but you only know one side of that
person? I do and it was proved to me while I was out of town (Lake Charles and Baton
Rouge). It's a disgusting feeling that makes me want to puke thinking about it. There are a few
people I know right now, that will remain nameless, that think I don't know what's been going
around behind my back. It's a damn shame when it's horrible for someone to do something morbid
that you talk total trash and down about and then a few days later
you do it like it's there isn't anything wrong with it. It's
called a "double standard." Just when you think you
can look at someone and assume you're cool with them. I had a ton of trust for
these people and I've
been betrayed. What am I to do? Don't think I don't know who you people are
because it's obvious you didn't want me to find out and I did
because those people you told care about us. I am still
shocked I found out thru the grapevine. If you have that kind
of beef with me then let me know, not someone you barely
know.
IC3 on FoodTV
has my weekend filled, hell my homeboy Dedpuhl is coming in to watch
it with me. Last night's show was awesome and I'm
really looking forward to watching the Bobby Fake (Flay)/Morimoto
Rematch Sunday Night. Man I don't like that guy Bobby Flay,
he's such a dumbass. Anyways there are 52 more episodes being dubbed right now
for the Fall Season, man I'm going to be in Heaven watching these
shows. If you don't watch it and happen to be home Friday and
Saturday 9PM-10PM and Sunday 6PM-7PM, put it on FoodTV (Channel 56
in Lake Charles, Channel 53 in Baton Rouge) and see all the
hype. My Mom laughs at the thought I watch that
channel.
Congrats to the LSU
Tigers for beating Tulane last night 4-3 in the 13th inning. I
was routing for the Tigers at the casinos last night with my
homeboys. Talking about LSU, school starts Monday!! I
don't want to go to school but I need to get this stupid Math class
finished. Everyday from 8:30am - 9:30am with 50 students
trying to learn Business Calculus. I can't wait though, I'll
have a chance to meet more friends. The ladies were looking
mighty fine last night at Triple A and I'm sure most of them will be
attending Summer School. Who knows?? I might get a
chance if she can look past physical things. LSU plays Tulane
today for the best 2 out of 3 series. Geaux Tigers!
Seen any good summer
movies? So far I've seen Freddy Got
Fingered, Driven, The Mummy Returns, A Knight's Tale, and Pearl
Harbor. I do want to see the other summer hits but not by
myself. Anyone wanna go with me? If so, email me!
If you haven't seen the movies I've seen then go see them, I love them all.
Forget the critics reviews on The Mummy Returns and Pearl Harbor,
both movies rocked my afro. You should see the movie for
yourself, not what others think. Just one thing from me, if
you go out and want to see Freddy Got Fingered, make sure you go
with your friends and not your girl.
I got an email asking
what happened to Sienna and Sourbiscuit and who the other people are
who happen to pop up on my webpage. Nothing happened to Sienna
and Sourbiscuit, I still talk to both of them. Sienna moved
back to her home and Sourbiscuit has been busy looking for a job and
spending time with her boyfriend here in Baton Rouge. I'm hoping to have more girls on my cam
soon. Who were the other ladies on my cam page? The most
recent one kissing me on the cheek was Olivia, my ex-girlfriend who
I still talk to. She's such a good friend and I'm glad to have
her by my side. My sister Diana when she visits and Kristen
who is Sourbiscuit's younger sister. The guys? I've had
so many friends that I can't list them all. But if you come on
later today, Dedpuhl will most likely be on here. Poor guy ran
out of beer, did you see it on his page?
Talking about drinks, Mountain Dew
Code Red is the bomb and so is Instant Tea Mix. Give it a try.
Expect an expected change
on my
webpage soon. Keep your eyes peeled for more cam shots by the
hour. Blah, blah, blah. I'm going to end this
journal entry right now. It's 11:53am and Dedpuhl will be here
soon. I need to clean the crib and take care of some
stuff before he arrives. Take care people and I am thankful
for fans emailing me requesting I update more often. You got
it and I will make time to post everyday. Take care and keep
it real!
