JACQUELINE // EMAIL FRIDAY AUGUST 24 2001 argh i was just about to go to bed because i'm tired after my nerd week but i was checking everything on the internet and bren updated so i HAD to. anyhoo i'm going to make it short; this week was KICK ASS. just to sum it up: just in case, PP, stick up the ass, contact solution shots, the hottened hot plate, "it's stuff burning!", the silent scream, the NON-SILENT scream, the basement and the sub-basement, all-nighters, and the beautiful yellow binders. i saw a preview for the lord of the rings and it looks beautiful. like me! mwahahaha i am dumb. anyhoo that's all that i can remember in my half-dead state... more later. WEDNESDAY AUGUST 15 2001 so yeah. in about 30 minutes i'm going to see american pie 2 with yukina! she's back from japan! we went shopping on monday and i bought a pair of docs because my sneakers died. then i went to swiss chalet with bren and we ate etc. and i got to see fight club on dvd. fight club and go are my favourite movies, i think. and then yesterday i worked and then went to brennan's and i got to see a bit of new waterford. i think it's nice how it has all the mining history - coxheath is just trees. i was the bitterest worker at work today. because beth went home and i had to hostess, and i made shit all in tips. but i got to have cake because andrea is going away! which is sad but hey, i got cake. anyhoo i have to get a move on to see that movie... tis all for now. [Esther^O] ummmmmmmmmm so yeah i had a kid named Brennan in the camp today FRIDAY AUGUST 3 2001 hmmm well today was interesting... kinda, i guess, if you think me almost fainting at work is interesting. we weren't busy at all until maybe 12.30. and it was super hot out, and i was feeling dizzy and faint and at 3 ann told me to go home because i looked flush, i was dizzy etc. etc. and i guess i was dehydrated or something. let's just say that "skittles are my favourite vegetables!" was one of the thoughts running through my head and it made PERFECT sense at the time. the family is home now and i'm glad. i missed them. they bought me socks and gap perfume! they're probably going to marble mountain on tuesday, but i'm not exactly sure what's going on, i might be going or something... i dunno mum was talking to me about it when i was still being crazy so i forget. brennan's manager is jealous of him because he [being brennan] has a cool geeky girlfriend. mwahahaha. and everyone should check out this because i find it so damn hilarious. almost as hilarious as the naked kid at kennington. he peed on the rock! to quote greg, "he's really going to regret that some day". and he will. TUESDAY JULY 31 2001 today was quite busy. i had to go in at 10.30 to do a tour upstairs... however, things got mixed up and i ended up just doing a tour in grandchamps because of the lack of bilinguals. anyhoo it all benefited me i think, i got a lot of money and it's payday! yay! bought a pair of pants at the mall. i swear, this will be the last time. i have enough pants now. i don't need any more. i will not buy any more. i can buy shirts, though. and shoes. and cds. and... heh. when i was driving to work today, two rabbits ran across the dirt road. i didn't hit them, though - i would never forgive myself if i did. bahahaha! do you know what the funniest thing was? arla and i were walking to staff parking, and we were talking about the exercise that we get from walking up and down the stairs, carrying trays, etc... and we started comparing arms, and we have muscles! we were AMAZED for like 20 minutes about it! bahahah it was so funny. i love arla! and i made the BEST supper tonight. it was pasta with spaghetti sauce, but i fryed up a chicken breast and chopped that up and put it in the sauce. it was AWESOME! and i have more in the fridge. oh my god it was so good. heh. and this is the end. SUNDAY JULY 29 2001 just for the record... new waterford girl did not suck. at all. it made me want to live there. well, that's not the only reason i want to live there. but that's another story. well, yesterday i had to work. and work is fun! and then i went to sydney and borrowed my grandmother's car and went to brennan's house and had real food to eat. then we went back to sydney and then to the mall, and i saw arla there! arla is the sweetest person alive, i love her to bits. then... we went to sydney river and i got afore-mentioned film, and then i got groceries. then we went back to my house and joe and colin showed up and i thought it was tara with a keg. then i had to go feed the dogs and i stepped in their water. and then we just did stuff and then lauren came to pick brennan up. and today i fed the dogs, and went to work. then i came home and did laundry and now i'm going to feed the dogs again in a bit. this week is going to be hectic because work blows and i hate tours with individual bills, because then it's not like a tour - it's just serving regular people. anyhoo that's my exciting life. oh yeah and i went to my neighbours and ate supper because they were nice and invited me over. they're so nice! and yeah that's it. for real. buh-bye. FRIDAY JULY 27 2001 ok. i just found the cutest thing ever: brennan has a website!! it is soooo cute. i love my boyfriend. heheh. and um... yeah. this has prompted me to start updating again because he has a link to my page which is very very very out of date because... i used to use blogger but then it went all retarted on me, and because i am lazy slash not a big enough geek to fix it, i'm going to do everything by hand. which is what i used to do before but oh well. that's my story. so i went to work today. god louisbourg is great. and by great i mean crappy! it wasn't very busy today but i did pretty well in tips, because i had a table of like a bazillion french people that had a bill of $119... and they tipped me really well. and for like 5 minutes i loved french people. heh. and then i had a table of 7 german people, and at the end they gave me money... just like handed me bills... to "save for university". because i guess i came off like i was poor, hahaha. well i don't care because it all benefitted me... heh heh heh. and the family's gone to montreal. and left me home alone... i'm trying to make sure that i won't be alone every day because being alone scares me. and apparently it scares sara too. because then she starts believing in ghosts. but she doesn't normally, mind you. i love sara. she's my favourite work friend. oh my god mum asked me the other day, "do you have any girl friends left? or did they all graduate?" i was like... "what??? none of them did!!" she's on crack. anyhoo. i'm gone to sleep, eat, and shower. buh-bye. oh my god i can't get over how cute brennan's webpage is. i'm sure i'm humiliating
the hell out of him. so i'm going to shut up now. it's great, bren. really. okay i'm
