Hey all,
As Jon says, we're all moved in over here at OSU. Andy moved in yesterday, and Jon and I moved in the day before. I'm having a blast here. Everyone is really cool; and I'm having a great time. How are things going for everyone at OIT? Good, I hope.
Well, today we're going as a house to play paintball. I'll probably get beat up pretty bad since it's my first time, but I think it'll be really cool. What is everyone else up to? Anything exciting?

Hey All!
Well, once again I finally got around to updating this site. Please check out the "Mathematica Images" and "Interesting Problems" sections. I think you'll find them to be...well...updated. I hope you find the info as entertaining and interesting as I do. TTYL -- Andrew

Hey Jon,
Andy and I are both here, so it's still clicking along (as opposed to dying)! Andy's been working on the Math Images section. He's doing some cool stuff in Mathematica and using a Web Java front-end called LiveGraphics3D. You should check it out... If you're not "busy." TTYL - Alan

Hey guys, here's an awesome article I found about programming a Go Game. It is very interesting...and plus it talks about AI stuff. It's a must read!

Hey Guys! Jonny - It's great to see you here. How's everyone doing? And how about these graphics?!? Aren't they great. Oh yeah, I just remembered that Andy already gave me credits at the bottom of the site! So I guess I shouldn't be bragging :) He Jon, you know the game they play on Pi (Go)? Andy and I are starting to learn it. It has really simple rules, but the game is rather complex... in more ways than one! It's worse than chess in that respect. But it's pretty cool. Anyhow, I'd better get going. Have a good weekend. And don't forget about The Igloo! Later.

Here is the Bookmarklet for my blog site. Also, the address is here. Hope that all works out. It's great to have ya join the site. I'm working on getting a few more members (but remember, math geeks are rare). I'll see what I can do. Later.

Yo, Andy!!! You got me on that last one, I've only seen "Pi" once, but the rest are all true, or at least have been true (I don't usually wake up in the middle of the night, but if I find equations scrawled everywhere I'll let you know). We'll see how the site develops. BTW does it have a URL like Alan's, or do we have to come to Blogger itself?

Well...I finally found sum time to work on this site, and I guess it's up now. It is my hope that this will be a site where we can post geeky math things, share new and cool problems, talk about new Mathematica projects/code, and generally nerd out. This site is for you if:
- You wake up in the middle of the night and get out of bed to write down equations and oddities that occur to you while you're sleeping
- You relate mathematics to the flow of nature
- You go out of your way to use math in every day life
- e doesn't scare you
- You've seen the movie "Pi" at least twice
Okay, so I realize that the probability that someone will match the criteria in the list is very low...so anyone that I invite is welcome. Feel free to speak your mind and enjoy yourselves.

I'd like to give a special thanks to Alan for helping with the design of this site and creating the main image as well as the "logo."
