Finally got over the damn cold I had all of last week. Just starting to get back into working on the PhD but the urge to procrastinate is still strong with me... speaking of procrastination, we want more updates on Coco Bowjet's blog. It's been a week now and all is quiet.

Had to teach some vector analysis to some residents here for the first time in years. Y'know the deal: path integrals, curls, nablas, Stoke's theorem, Green's theorem and the like. Fun stuff. Oh for the days of clearly defined problems with known solutions, the days of scores and rankings and that sweet rush of satisfaction for jumping yet another illusory, intellectual hurdle.

You've Got Blog
The craze has burst into the media by the looks of things. So many people I know have been starting these things I guess it was bound to be reported on eventually. Not that me noticing a trend necessarily means it's a global one. :) Can you spell Zeitgeist? I probably can't...
