It's been a long time since I've posted in here, and I'm sorry! It's just getting hectic around here with the house being so close to getting finished. We now have a close date set for September 7th so it's just a little over 2 weeks away!!!! I can't believe how quickly they've gotten the house up and ready.
Another cool thing that happened is that my brother is now officially engaged. The wedding date is planned for April 20 and Jade has been asked to be the flower girl. She, of course, can't wait! She thinks they are getting married tomorrow and she's ready every minute of the day to go and buy a "pretty pink flower dress for Uncle Chris' wedding". Her perspective of timing is still a bit off but when kids are 3 and a 1/2, they shouldn't have to worry about days, weeks, months, years, etc. They should just be the cute, little, fun, bundles of jjoy that they are right?! :)
No luck on ever finding our cat, and since it's been such a long time, I've stopped going to the humane society to see if he was ever picked up by animal control. At this point, the onnly thing I can do is hope that he was found by a nice family and taken in and is being treated even better then he was here with me. I miss him very much, but I just couldn't keep going into the Humane Society every few days seeign all the cute kittens and older cats that were picked up. I wanted to adopt them all!!! Maybe we get moved in to our new house, we 'll look at getting another cat, but for now, things are much less harrier! LOL! :) At least I have lots of pictures to remember Pudge by, cuz he was a great cat and I still miss him. Maybe I'll make a little webpage for him (or I guess it would be more for me huh?!). Well, enough for now, I'll try and keep the posts more frequent and not let so much time go by between updates.
