Just moving to Arizona from Alaska, I had not started working so I could get my house in order and putting all my "things" away. While cleaning, I listen to the television. The moment I heard that "America" had been hit by terrorist's, I froze. My heart sunk to my toes and tears streaked my face. I had so many emotions going through my heart and mind. I felt a pain I had never felt before. I cried for the people who's relatives were gone. I cried for our country that was forever changed.
Today, September 11, 2002, I pray for peace and comfort for the world. Those are "things" I will never put away.
