I just found out that the compensation to gay and lesbian partners is not going to be equal to that of other heroes of 9/11. I find this to be truely unfair and hope that the law and the regulations change to view all persons of 9/11 as equal. I can't believe that America continues to view human lives differently because of sexual identity.
Please consider equal compensation to the partners of gay and lesbian heroes of 9/11.
