Victims Fund
Why should someone who did not have the responsibility to provide life
insurance be worth more than someone who actually took the responsibility
and provided for their families?
I think all victims families should receive a fair share, regardless of
whether they receive life insurance proceeds; the current proposal only
rewards those who did not prepare!
