The startling image
My son just forwarded me the account of your photo. May I add to the mystery?

I too saw an image. In yours the face is beginning to dissipate to some extent, but what I saw was an eerily correct rendition of the George Washington portrait, the one where the figure disappears into clouds. I can still see Washington's features in your photo, though much less clearly than they originally appeared to me.

With the horror of subsequent events, the incident completely slipped my mind until I saw your photo.

Best wishes to you and to our dear country.

Dan Traylor
