It was a very strange feeling to be able to walk down Broadway in the middle of the street during normal rush hour, without getting hit or even seeing a single car. One can clearly tell by looking at the picture, that traffic was not let down further south than Canal Street.</dc:description></rdf:Description></rdf:RDF>
