1333.pjpegI took this photo of a female NYPD officer laying flowers down at a blocked intersection Sept 16. After taking this photo I went up to her and simply said "Thank You." I really didn't know what else to say. She did not say a word, stunned and speechless, her eyes watery holding back tears. I felt numb.
