I have a cousin who worked on one of the upper floors of the WTC. She arrived at work early and instead of going upstairs, she decided to have a bagel and a cup of coffee across the street. That is when the first plane hit. I am so very greatful that she decided to do what she did.
My heart goes out to each and every person who lost a loved one. Women without husbands, husbands without wives, childrens without Moms or Dads. How do they even begin to move on with their lives? I would feel like my life is at a stand still. I can do nothing more for than than offer my prayers and hope their grief lessens just a little bit. Sadness can be such a very strong emotion.
