We're not sure who did it, but we still get to bomb under article 51 of the UN Charter, cool!
The Geneve Conventions states that bombing of infra-structure, i.e. water supply is illegal, but the U.S. does it anyway, look at Iraq. The bombing is legal! gimme a break!
