Yes I walked through the Crystal palace on the evening of Sept 11th looking for people and the windows and shops were smashed in and the frontside was totally ripped open, there were piles of rubble and other sad things inside.
They are working hard and it will soon be brand new again.

I always enjoyed my visits to what I know as the "Crystal Palace." I'd wondered if it had been damaged...
I volunteered at the Louisville Free Public Library today, helping to tag and hang the here is new york exhibit.
Amazing. Thank you for allowing it to travel.
