You were a comet

I was in the Berlin exhibition twice and was grateful to have the ability to surf on the "Here is New York" site there. I discovered this poem and it made me cry.
I would like to know who wrote it- the link below the poem is hard to read.
The exhibition is truly touching and moving.

Our grief is not a cry for war

I wrote the poem in this photo. It was photographed where I hung it up on a wire fence in Union Square in New York In those first terrible, surreal days after the attacks we gathered there with candles, flowers, shock, tears, and silence.

I have revised my website to include new work in recognition of the one-year anniversary of the attacks. I invite anyone interested to log on. I hope some part of what I have felt, and tried to say, will resonate with you.

The website address: http://home.earthlink.net/~adelepoet/index.html

May God keep you safe, and close to those you love.

Peace to all.
