Empire State Building Crash, 1945 [Archival Audio]
Title
Empire State Building Crash, 1945 [Archival Audio]
Description
At first, the events of September 11 seemed to be replaying a tragic accident that happened half a century earlier: On July 28, 1945 a B-25 Mitchell bomber crashed into the 79th floor of the Empire State Building. A reporter broadcasts live and interviews witnesses; then you will hear a recording of the crash that was captured on a Dictaphone from five blocks away.

amazing archival, old so sound quality isn't so great. Not sure who owns the rights to this. Public Domain? 1/15/03.
